Video on JMU's Official Instagram Page Condemns Rittenhouse For Taking '2 Beautiful Black Lives'

The legacy media's massive propaganda campaign surrounding the Kyle Rittenhouse trial has left many Americans with an inaccurate grasp of the facts.

As we know, a white man shot three white men, two of them fatally. Yet the left, starting with unhinged leftists like MSNBC's Joy Reid, have weaponized race and made it the primary issue in this case.

Their distortion of the truth is making fools out of their viewers. Simply put, many Americans who are denouncing the verdict literally have no idea what they are talking about.

Although it has been deleted since, the following video appeared on James Madison University's official Instagram page on Friday afternoon shortly after Rittenhouse's acquittal.

Deaquan Nichols, who I'm assuming is a student at the University, tells viewers:

I simply wanted to publicly announce that the Kyle Rittenhouse case has been nothing more than a discussion of what it's like to be black in America. All the protesting, everything we went through in 2020. We really would think would make a change, but clearly, it doesn't. We scream 'Black Lives Matter' enough times, but it doesn't matter enough for these people who are in power, the jury, the judge, anybody, to charge this man with murdering and taking away two beautiful black lives at the ripe ages of 26 and 36. It's disgusting. We can't go to the store. Rest in peace Trayvon Martin. We can't lay in bed. Rest in peace Brionna Taylor. And we can't even protest without our lives being on the line. And that's what we fight for. We fight for.

Deaquan's error, if it was indeed an error, is just one small real-world example of how disinformation from "trusted" sources ripples through society.

When MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace and her colleagues call Rittenhouse a white supremacist - repeatedly, people naturally assume he must have killed black men. Why else would she use that term?

The prosecution also (tried) to spread disinformation. Assistant district attorney Thomas Binger played a video that clearly showed Joseph Rosenbaum, the first individual to be shot, running after Rittenhouse. At the same time, he was telling the jury that Rittenhouse was the aggressor.

Perhaps that was the defining moment for some members of the jury.

In the video below, conservative commentator Jason Whitlock offers some much needed perspective on the Rittenhouse verdict. If you have the time, I highly recommend it.
