How Evil Do Those Mandates Look Now?

I’m going to say something so over the top that a lot of people are going to accuse me of being hyperbolic – if not completely nuts. But I can defend it, so bear with me. Our country is being governed by a chief executive who is a spree killer. There, I’ve said it. Now let me defend it. First let me say that I’m not a lawyer. This is more of a moral rather than legal argument.

Let’s say I gather a bunch of people together, give them a revolver with one loaded chamber, and order them to take turns playing Russian roulette – placing the gun to their head, pulling the trigger, and taking their chances. I’ll make it interesting by threatening the welfare of their families if they refuse to play. Would I have any culpability for the one in six who die a gruesome death?

As a matter of fact, I would. The moment I placed everyone under duress, I became culpable for the outcome of my orders. I would have killed the victims just as surely as if I had pulled the trigger myself. Just as the deaths from the COVID vaccines have become Joe Biden’s responsibility.

The moment he mandated the vaccine, and made it a condition of holding a job, going to school, or being treated at a hospital, he decided to play Russian roulette with the population – using an experimental drug rather than a revolver. The consequences of non-compliance were dire – loss of income, loss of homes, and dooming families to life in one of those 21^st century tent communities Gavin Newsom would like to open across America.

So, what does the responsibility Joe assumed mean? Did people actually die?

We don’t know the death count, but there is plenty of evidence that there is in fact a death count. As of July 2021, just 7 months into vaccine distribution, the CDC Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System (VAERS) reported 6,207 deaths from the jab. How many of these can be legitimately blamed on the vaccines? We don’t know, but the evidence is growing that the vaccines are not as safe as we’ve been led to believe. Whatever the actual death count, Joe is responsible for all of them.

Alarmingly, our medical industry is curiously incurious about it. We shouldn’t be surprised about their silence, since they may be accessories to a crime – if there was actually a crime. At any rate, asking them what has happened is about as likely to get an honest response as asking Vlad the Mad Russian how many atrocities his troops have committed in Ukraine. So, the real question remains, was a crime committed?

To answer that question, we need to explore some definitions. Did Joe commit an accidental homicide – which usually isn’t a crime? An accidental homicide is

Where one kills another in the course of a lawful act that is done with a reasonable belief that no harm will take place.

Was Joe’s order a lawful act? Absolutely not. The courts have found that our wannabe dictator had no legal authority to order those vaccines be a condition of employment. His mandate was unconstitutional – and it doesn’t get any more illegal than that. Any deaths that resulted were not the result of an accident. They were caused by an illegal act.

Did Joe Biden commit murder with his vaccine mandate? According to the Oxford Languages Dictionary, murder is the unlawful, premeditated killing of one human being by another. For Joe to be a murderer, he’d have to intend to kill someone, and know what he was doing. If he knew what he was doing, it would be the first time in his 50 years of “public service” that he did. I believe that Joe’s attorney could credibly make the argument that even if some people died, he didn’t commit murder, he was just stupid – again.

But stupidity is not necessarily a “get out jail free” card. It depends on another definition. Did Joe commit negligent homicide? Negligent homicide is

A criminal charge brought against a person who, through criminal negligence, allows another person to die.

And criminal negligence occurs when

A person ignores a known or obvious risk, or disregards the life and safety of others.

Was it obvious that there were risks in using a new vaccine technology, with only limited testing, bypassing numerous industry safeguards, and with no knowledge of long-term effects? I’d love to see Anthony Fauci attempt to convince Dr./Senator Paul that there were no obvious risks. In addition, when Biden ordered everyone to take the vaccine – regardless of medical, ethical, or religious concerns – he showed complete disregard for the safety of others. Joe ordered everyone to take an experimental medical treatment, ignored the risks, and showed a complete disregard for their safety. He committed negligent homicide. He is a killer, but on what scale?

Is our Mandater in Chief a serial killer? The FBI definition of a serial killing is

The unlawful killing of two or more victims by the same offender, in separate events.

There has to be a cooling off period between the killings. But all of Joe’s killings were the result of one event – the order to put the vax revolver to our heads and fire – the mandate. Therefore, Joe is not a serial killer.

Is Joe Biden a spree killer? A spree killer is

Someone who kills more than one person, at more than one location, as part of an ongoing event.

And in this case that one event is the single executive order that Biden used to commit this crime.

Let’s run through the checklist:

• Multiple unlawful deaths – Yup. The mandates were illegal, implemented with criminal negligence, and certainly resulted in many deaths.
• Occurred in multiple locations – You better believe it. It happened all over the country.
• As a result of one event – Absolutely. One executive order forced citizens to spin the cylinder and pull the trigger, under threat to their families.

Joe Biden is clearly a spree killer. But Merrick Garland is only interested in pursuing pro-life protesters, and Democrats think mean tweets are the only impeachable offense. We’ll have to accept the truth in lieu of justice.

There was no crime in the rapid development of the vaccines. I don’t even have a problem with releasing them with limited testing. After all, we initially feared that COVID could be an apocalyptic pandemic. It was prudent to rush the vaccine development and make them available to the public – so that each individual could discuss their unique medical circumstances with their doctor and make an informed decision. But instead, Joe ordered us to take the jab.

As the COVID tyrants plead for “amnesty,” remember that they showed zero flexibility or compassion as they ordered us to go “all in” with our lives and spin the wheel. When Joe Biden ordered everyone to take the jab, and used the power of government to compel compliance, he gambled with our lives. We may never know if 6 or 6,000 innocent victims died from the vaccines. But every one of those deaths is on Joe Biden’s hands – making him the first spree killer to hold the office of President of the United States. Way to go Joe. Welcome to your legacy.
