You will be astounded to find out who is prosecuting persecuting former President Donald J. Trump. You will not believe what you read in this column. It will be more than most can process. But believe every word. It is all just as true as it is scary and horrifying. The best fiction writers could not make this stuff up.
Alvin Bragg is a product of Harlem, NY. A great start for a social justice warrior. However, the sob story ends there. Although Bragg talks up his upbringing in such a way as to make anyone think he had a poor and “under-served” childhood. Like Bragg himself, it’s all an illusion. His parents sent him to one of the most expensive, elite private schools in all of New York, The Trinity School (K-12) on the upper west side of Manhattan. Tuition there is over $58,000 per year! Many colleges aren’t that pricey. He tells of harrowing gun encounters with both cops and robbers during his upbringing. Of course, these tall tales cannot be verified, conveniently. So, is Bragg from “da hood”? No. He grew up in a relatively docile, middle-class section of Harlem brownstones known as Strivers Row. The brownstone he grew up in is worth $2 million. From Trinity, he went on to graduate from Harvard undergrad and then Harvard Law School. Sounds like a really tough life, doesn’t it? For some reason, he rarely mentions his pampered upbringing. Not only has he never been under-privileged, he has been ultra-privileged since birth. Hard to garner respect and street cred in “da hood” when that hood is Strivers Row where you commute to one of the top elite schools in the country. I wonder where Big Alvin stands on school choice? Hmmm….
We know where he stands on crime because on his first day in office he told us in writing in a memo to his office staff on January 3, 2022. His stated principles aren’t to reduce crime but rather to reduce incarceration, pretrial confinement, alternatives to incarceration and helping those recently released from jail. Victims? Nary a mention of them, except as second thoughts. Ah, who cares? He lays out a laundry list of all the crimes he will no longer prosecute, among them: marijuana possession, failure to pay fares, trespass, unlicensed driving, resisting arrest, prostitution, obscenity, adultery, misdemeanors (except Donald J. Trump), residential burglaries not in the dwelling part of the house, commercial burglaries not attached to dwellings, etc. Prosecutorial discretion taken to the extreme. In effect, he’s taken these laws off the books. Tell me again which branch of government he works for?
This philosophy of treating criminals with kid gloves and hoping somehow, they will stop committing crimes is just the opposite of the successful “broken windows” approach adopted by America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani. Nabbing small violators will reduce crime because most criminals, including violent criminals, commit petty crimes too. NYC became the safest large city in the country under Mayor Giuliani. However, not only has Bragg not arrested small time criminals, he’s also reduced prosecutions of violent crime by 54% by downgrading them to misdemeanors. Thankfully, in only one instance has he been known to upgrade a misdemeanor to 34 felonies.
What has Bragg’s soft on crime approach done for to the city of New York? Nearly all crime is up since he took office. When you don’t care about justice, you don’t care about the consequences of injustice. Here is a sampling of just some of the misery and destruction Bragg has wreaked on the inhabitants of NYC.

The feckless and useless, yet well-dressed mayor of NYC, Eric Adams, “…revealed that the same 10 criminals made up nearly 500 crimes and that 60 percent of them were still roaming the streets at that time.” This begs the question of why the “crime fighting” mayor does nothing but talk to stem the rising crime rate? Talk is cheap.
“In one instance, a suspect was arrested for possession of a police scanner — and then a few days later was arrested again with two stolen ATMs. As he attempted to flee apprehension, he drove right into an occupied, unmarked police car, injuring two officers.”
Bragg will even charge victims with attempted murder after being shot twice and defending themselves.

This is only a small sampling of the evil unleashed on New Yorkers by Fat Alvin. I could go on and on and on with similar criminal reports from Alvin Bragg’s crime spree, but you get the picture. Notice the pattern of all of Alvin’s thugs, multiple violent crimes, body length rap sheets and nearly all are members of a minority group. Alvin does not like to prosecute criminals of a certain complexion. His justice is not blind justice. It truly is “racial justice”, which is no justice at all.
He’s filled his office with like minded thug allies. His chief assistant DA doesn’t think we should be calling criminals “bad dudes”. It’s racist to do so. In fact, she thinks our criminal justice system is racist. Meet Meg Reiss, Alvin’s Chief Assistant DA. Reiss is a radical leftwing, anti-police activist known for releasing criminals, including murderers with no jail time. “She… bragged that she helped a murderer get out of serving jail time in connection to the homicide of a victim who had very few family members.” She, like Alvin, believes in a phony, new wave criminal justice theory known as “restorative justice”. Because she believes our criminal justice system is racist, she uses restorative justice to “develop and advance solutions to violence that… foster racial equity without relying on incarceration.”. Got that? Let me explain. If you’re a violent criminal with the approved skin tone, you don’t deserve jail time, period. No word on where this nit wit stands on victim’s rights, but we can guess. With a criminal justice system run by certified fanatical lunatics like Reiss, what could go wrong? Well, we’re watching daily what could go wrong.
With that as a backdrop, Alvin Bragg goes after Donald J. Trump with a frivolous criminal indictment. While Big Bad Bragg ignores real crime, he interferes with the 2024 Presidentil election with an indictment that so thoroughly underwhelms even the biggest Trump haters. There is plenty of meat on Alvin’s bones but not on his indictment. Big Al’s indictment is the equivalent of Legal Blackface just as surely and ridiculously as Dylan Mulvaney and his corporate sponsors, such as Anheuser-Busch, are guilty of Womanface. It is Trump Derangement Syndrome disguised as a legal process. Even Big Alvin could drive a Mack truck filled with ham sandwiches through the gaping holes in his bogus indictment. After all the crimes Alvin Bragg has let go unpunished in NYC, for him to say at his post indictment press conference, “We cannot and will not normalize serious criminal conduct.”, is the height of arrogance, self-unawareness and hypocrisy. He should have been drowned out with laughter at that point. Why he chose to crucify his party’s number one political opponent during Holy Week is curious. As the liberal atheist he must be, maybe he doesn’t even know what week this is.
As a professor at New York Law School in 2019, Bragg was co-Director of the radical Racial Justice Project. Justice is justice. If you have to modify the word, you aren’t really interested in it, and it certainly isn’t justice. You’re interested in politics, typically leftwing radical racial politics. Bragg is a Soros puppet DA who is spreading destructive ideas, along with other Soros clones, to disrupt the U.S. criminal justice system, turning it into a grotesque shadow of its former self. Thus far, they are succeeding. The question remains whether those who love our country, regardless of your opinion of Trump, will fight to give us back our Lady Justice, blindfold and all, giving the Alvin Bragg’s of the world a fitting taste of their own justice.
