I have frequently said that the Republicans are slightly less heinous than the Democrats. Since retaking the House, the Repugnant Republicans have done little to bring the country back from the brink of civil war and fascist-dominated DC. Sure, the YouTube videos of Ted Cruz, John Kennedy, and some of the others bashing woke witnesses and injecting some facts and analysis into hearings are entertaining, but it’s all talk, talk, talk. Republicans are all hat and no cattle. Gideon J. Tucker once said, “No man’s life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session.” Perhaps the best we can hope for from these politicians is stalemate and inaction. The one thing we can count on is for the Repugnant Republicans to be completely out-maneuvered and out-thought by the Demonic Democrats.
Recently, a friend sent me a link to a video (here) from Andrew Klavan. If you start at 37:29, you will see his scary prediction for the upcoming presidential election. In the video, Klavan shows a snippet of a video from Tucker Carlson in which he predicts that the Democrats have tried everything they can to destroy Donald Trump and that the only thing they haven’t done is try to assassinate him. Klavan, on the other hand, rightly asserts that the Demonic Democrats want Trump to be the Republican nominee in the same way they pumped millions of dollars into supporting Trump-backed candidates in the midterms. He also asserts that a recent study shows that moderates don’t want Biden or Trump to win the next election. He rightly says that the party that jettisons either lead weight will win the White House in 2024.
With the large field of Republicans vying for the nomination, Trump will do what he did in 2016. Trump will gain a plurality of votes in each primary and have enough votes by the time of the convention to secure the nomination. While I was never a prominent Trump supporter, though frequently supporting many of his policies, I have been disgusted by his vile anti-DeSantis hate ads. He even took a vindictive shot at DeSantis while he abandoned the campaign trail to return to Florida and expertly manage the recent hurricane crisis. Taking a page from the Democrats’ playbook, Trump didn’t waste time using a crisis in Florida to attack his closest (and frankly better) opponent. With the Democrats and the media working as hard as possible to build support for Trump among his base, his nomination is nearly a certainty unless they overplay their hand and convict him of a crime that can stop him from running for election.
(It is clear to anyone with three brain cells to rub together that Trump is being persecuted for things that Pelosi, Biden, Clinton, and Obama all did. Despite evidence of Biden’s crimes, he has remained Teflon. We even have video evidence of Biden bragging about a real quid-pro-quo regarding a Ukrainian prosecutor and Hunter.)
In discussing this with my friend, he suggested this scenario. I think he is right on the money. Thanks to media collusion and flagrant lies about all Biden’s extraordinary accomplishments, Biden will get his party’s nomination while sleeping in his basement. Trump will get his party’s nomination because the one thing Repugnant Republicans are best at doing is fighting among themselves. Right before their national convention, the Democrats will eject Biden. Who will they nominate? Gavin Newsome. He’s a complete disaster as a leader and human being, but he’s pretty, which will appeal to many woke, white, middle-class, college-brainwashed women. Newsome will win the presidential election because moderates despise Trump and Biden with equal vigor. Gavin Newsome will be the least hated – mainly because the media has ensured the nation is unaware of his dismal job transforming Kalifornia into a communist hellscape. So, our next President will be Gavin Newsome by a sizeable majority, and the Demonic Democrats and their big media and tech tyrant propaganda machine will convince everyone that they have a mandate from Americans to implement their woke, “progressive,” Marxist, America-hating, green fantasy agenda. And Republicans will do what they always do: nothing.
Indeed, there are many ways that this prophesy can fail, but for me, it’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
