Not content to destroy women’s sports and other abominations, the PDRK wants to destroy the prison system.
Let me make one thing plain. I respect the right of workers in the private sector to strike…But we cannot compare labor-management relations in the private sector with government. Government cannot close down the assembly line. It has to provide without interruption the protective services which are government’s reason for being.
President Roland Reagan on the Air Traffic Control strike

I thought of this quote from President Reagan after the latest disaster from the People’s Democratic Republic of Kalifornia (PDRK). Not content to ruining women’s sports by allowing pathetic “male athletics” to compete against females or destroying their transportation system by preparing to ban functioning vehicles with EVs, they are not placing female prison workers at risk of their lives. They are placing male (she-male) prisoners in female prisons.

Female prison guards in California have been traumatized after being forced to perform naked strip searches on male felons under the state department of corrections’ gender-inclusion rules.
For decades, the department prohibited female officers from conducting unclothed strip searches on male inmates except in emergency circumstances, such as when a same-sex officer is not available or if the male inmate is at risk of harming themselves or others.
Now, “Incarcerated individuals who are transgender, non-binary, or intersex must be searched according to the gender designation of the institution where they are housed or based on the individual’s search preference,” according to official prison policy obtained by National Review.
This sudden shift in policy, officially implemented in 2021, has shaken female staff at the California Institution for Men, colloquially known as Chino. Some male inmates who identify as women, or have even undergone transition surgeries and hormone therapy, choose to stay at Chino rather than request a housing transfer to a women’s facility, such as the California Institution for Women.
While there, trans-identifying male inmates are entitled to request that they only be searched by female guards. The female guards are required to perform the searches or face penalties or termination, former and current female Chino officers told National Review…
In over twenty-five years of law enforcement, I’ve searched countless female prisoners in the field, and a few in Houston’s Southeast Jail when it was open. I’ve searched countless prisoners as a jail supervisor and it’s a critical issue for handing arrestees.
Both agencies I’ve worked for have a similar search policy. You search same sex when practical. That doesn’t apply to strip searches (only same sex) or body cavity searches (medical personnel at a treatment facility).
But to place female workers in danger like this is absurd. No matter what anyone says, most women cannot handle an enraged male. Hell, most women cannot handle a non-enraged male. The simple fact is the strongest women are likely not a physical match for a weak to average strength male.
As much as police agencies are understrength, confinement facilities are worse. Long hours, very tough and hazardous working conditions, and the pay is disgustingly low. Now add to these normal hazards males into female prisons.
I wonder where the National Association of Gals (NAGs) will be when a “female” prisoner rapes an actual female prisoner? Or a female guard for the matter. Both happen, with too much regularity, and that’s without putting “females” with a penis into a female prison. Will the PDRK legislature be shamed when a guard is violated and traumatized for the rest of her life? I think she’ll be ready to change positions quickly (see comments above.).
Back to Reagan’s statement. The government has basic functions that only government can perform. Printing our money, regulating our trade, and most importantly, securing our nation for all threats, foreign and domestic. The idiots in the former state of California are trying to destroy whatever safety exist in the state.
It’s difficult enough to get someone arrested, charged and convicted today. Now we have to deal with paying for sex changes and same “sex” prisoners and guards. The former Golden State is collapsing. An old saying, “You want to see America in twenty years, look at California today.” If that doesn’t scare you at least as much as President Gavin Newsom, you need a shrink examining you and serious reality therapy.
God help us all.

Given that this was written about bodily searches, the obvious answer is to have several armed guards present to protect the searcher.
But, in the larger sense, this is all a result of the absurd government decision to treat a ‘transgender’ person as the sex he claims to be, rather than the sex he actually is. This is where you have to watch for the bias, because the media will use the names, honorifics, and pronouns that the ‘transgender’ person claims, rather than doing something really radical and telling the unvarnished truth.
Good point. I just hope the PDRK comes to its senses soon. A lot of the jail staff will say, “I’m out of here…” and that will make the conditions worse for the staff that remains.
