The Peaceful Phase of This War

Greetings my fellow Americans!
With the backing of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Catholic parish has filed a lawsuit against the State of Michigan claiming violation of First-Amendment provisions against prohibiting a private institution from operating in a way consistent with its religious beliefs (see https://ADFmedia.org/case/sacred-heart-jesus-parish-v-nessel). This comes on the heels of a Michigan Supreme Court decision in July in which that court enabled sexual orientation and gender identity to be protected against discrimination under the State’s Civil Rights Act, as well as the recent passage of Proposition 3 by popular vote last month, which effectively amends the Michigan Constitution to include explicit rights to abortion and contraception.
While I tend to steer clear of current-event reporting in my weekly articles for AFNN, I found this one to be particularly noteworthy and personally inspirational, considering that this is happening in my home State, that my memories of not being allowed to attend church during the COVID lockdown while pot, porn and liquor shops, as well as the “big box” stores, were allowed to remain open, are still quite fresh, and that it was filed a mere three days before Christmas. What also struck me is the seeming proactivity of this, in that this parish, along with ADF, are filing this suit before the government’s heavy hand is unleashed as we embark on 2023 and emerge from our relatively unfettered holidays (in fine psyop/gaslighting fashion). And while I’m relatively certain this is either being completely ignored by the so-called “mainstream media” or being sufficiently propagandized as to characterize these Christians as haters and purveyors of intolerance (and perhaps violence) and opponents of the “will of the people,” I find both the timing and the impetus of this refreshing, as it has hit some less slanted national news outlets regardless.
Inasmuch as this last quarter of 2022 have been particularly dark times in Michigan for those of us with an inkling of American patriotism, what with passage of the aforementioned Proposition 3 and the re-election of the governor-who-would-be-queen and George Soros acolyte Gretchen Whitmer (and her consorts, Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary-of-State Jocelyn Benson, also Soros minions), I believe our beloved Great Lakes State serves as a microcosm for the benevolent destruction of all that has been America in key strategic places around our continent. Through a combination of poor education, addiction to mass media, and general Godlessness, many who (legally or otherwise) were able to cast votes in the most recent elections were summarily duped into voting for government-sanctioned baby-killing under the guise of “freedom.”
In a move that, perhaps permanently, alters the fundamental premises of the republic of Michigan, a la the People’s Republic of California and the moral and ethical cesspool that is Washington, D.C. Combined with the presumed codification of professed sexual orientation and gender identity as “protected,” as well as the doubling of the number of IRS agents, and it’s just to be a matter of time before those who currently qualify for 501(c)(3) exemptions will be made to bend the knee to those who oppose anything remotely American, Christian or, frankly, promotes the perpetuation and survival of the human race and its freedom and liberty.
Short of taking up arms (which may be upon us sooner than we currently realize), thank God we have organizations like the ADF and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Parish who are willing to take up this fight, via the peaceable means still at our disposal within those American Christian remnants known as our justice system. This is why we’ve had a judiciary, so the taking up of arms could be a last resort; it is also why it became one of the early targets of those who’ve sought our destruction, to sow discord, dissension, and despair from within.
Pay close attention to this one. I fear the fate of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan will serve as a bellwether for where we stand in our war to preserve America, and whether we may still do via peaceable means.
