WATCH: Putin approves Moscow’s revised nuclear doctrine

Russia has warned it will respond after Ukraine fired long-range US missiles at its territory for the first time.

While US officials blame Moscow for escalating the conflict, the Kremlin has accused Washington of doing the same, as it sends warnings about how it might use nuclear weapons.
