Symphonies play
in dulcet refrain,
with love and respect,
we remember their names;
for life’s tapestry, woven
with threads of the brave,
is far richer than whispers
of the timid in graves.
As petals of memory
in reverence fall,
for those who stepped up
to heed freedom’s call—
with indelible valor,
bold hearts have tread,
and hope blooms anew
when the fearless have led.
