Europe in Decline by Michael Deshazo

     In 1843, Sir Charles Napier issued the following warning to the Sindh people, part of the British Indian colonies, about their practice of burning widows alive.

“Be it so. This burning of widows is your custom; prepare the funeral pile. But my nation has also a custom. When men burn women alive we hang them, and confiscate all their property. My carpenters shall therefore erect gibbets on which to hang all concerned when the widow is consumed. Let us all act according to national customs.”  The burning of widows ceased.

     The elimination of such barbaric practices is just one example of the countless benefits of colonialism and of the expansion of western achievements and values. British colonial expansionism was responsible for more progress, for more people, than any other in history, with the possible exception of the Romans. Most of Africa, for instance, had never heard of the wheel, structures that were not made of mud or which were more than one story high, roads, or water filtration, etc. until the British or other Europeans introduced those things.  I would estimate that the British, in their colonialist ambitions, were almost solely responsible for dragging a fourth of civilization out of the dark ages.

     Western nations, especially European nations, and the British in particular, gave most of the world the gifts of modern medicine, philosophy, music, poetry, art, democratic governance, and, of course, the single biggest rescuer of those in poverty in the entirety of human history….capitalism.  And, this is to say nothing of the abolition of slavery, at least among western cultures (slavery is very much alive and well today in Africa and the Middle East), robbing slavers of their best revenue stream.

     The impact of western culture, especially that of the UK, is a lesson to those who are paying attention.  But, the bigger lesson is how quickly that pedigree can be reframed as cultural guilt and used as a weapon by politicians, the media, and the education system that have been coopted against the forces of good. In a few short decades the UK has gone from the conquerer of the known world to being all but conquered by the third world savages it once brought to heel.  They have fallen not by the efforts of those savages, but through their own efforts to ensure their invasion and willing subjugation, while being told by the powers destroying them that it is penance for their past colonialist actions.  As a student of history, I cannot think of any other time in our past where such madness has occurred. It will surely be studied, and hopefully guarded against for centuries to come, if we in the West are fortunate enough to survive it and learn from it. I say, “we”, because we in the U.S. are not immune to the same calamity. In fact, we are only a handful of years behind the EU and the UK if we don’t continue to turn things around on our own soil.

     The immigration we are seeing at home and abroad isn’t immigration at all, but a kind of reverse colonization, the colonization of advanced societies by primitive ones. When Europeans were kicked out of Africa, African nations largely reverted back to their former selves. They went from having fully functioning infrastructure, prolific farming, effective governance, the rule of law, quality roads, good health care, etc. to tribal warfare, genocide, and a complete reversion to savagery and dysfunction, and they did so in less than a generation. Now, Europe, especially the UK and Germany, actively import these third world savages, who throughout the entire existence of life on this planet have never been able to form a functioning society in their own nations.  European governments import them as a replacement population for the people who gave us DaVinci, Mozart, air travel, the internet, astronomy, and open heart surgery. To say that it is suicidal to replace the progeny of geniuses with violent dullards is obvious to most people, but we live in a strange new world now where that reality is less important to some than their political power. 

     What is needed is a resurgence of colonialism, not condemnation of it. At the very least, we must not bring the savages to our doorstep, and we must remove the ones that are already here.  At home, we should be forming up behind ICE to help them deport sub-80 IQ Somali grifters and violent TdA gangsters, not impeding them. Abroad, the issue is much more complex and much more dire, and there must be an unprecedented effort at remigration if Europe is to survive.  Unfortunately, such an effort will certainly beget massive political upheaval.  There is a small flame of hope burning in the UK, though, in the form of the new political party, Restore Britain, formed by Rupert Lowe.  And, if Tucker Carlson is to be believed, another hopeful sign is the German Chancellor supposedly confiding in him that Germany cannot enact conscription for fear of building an Islamic Army in Germany, using German weapons and training (although he has touted the need for conscription publicly, and still champions more immigration).  Such is the extent to which Germany has been invaded.  There are grim times ahead in Europe, far more so than here in the U.S.  However, we could easily find ourselves in their shoes if we aren’t diligent in maintaining our borders and our culture.  In this hour of need for the West we look for another Napier, another Drake, another Raleigh. If we in the West don’t find the fortitude of our ancestors, we will surrender all they won for us. And, we had better act before it is too late.

     Soberingly, the current situation in Europe is that the millions of people they have imported come from failed societies who hate Europe and want to destroy all that Europeans stand for.  And, European governments have imported them while simultaneously disenfranchising native European patriots, showing them through their tyrannical actions that they are no longer welcome in their own nations.  Europe has imported 40 million foreigners since 2015.  The total population of Europe as a whole is 400 million, and Western Europe is half that at 205 million.  When you consider that very few of these “refugees” went to Eastern Europe, the number of those who went to Western Europe accounts for roughly 20% of the total population.  That is catastrophic.  How will European nations field an army to fill their NATO obligations when the native population refuses to fight for countries and governments that have turned their backs on them in favor of third world savages, and the third world savages have a holy duty to destroy the nations and cultures that have taken them in?  How does the United States continue to partner with such countries?  When you consider the presence of nuclear weapons in the UK and France, this potentially becomes an existential issue for America.  The United Kingdom has a very real chance of becoming the first Islamic nuclear power in the world, and doing so in my lifetime.  The implications are considerable, to say the least.  

     Perhaps the most troubling aspect of the immigration picture in Western Europe, however,  that few are talking about, is declining birth rates among native Europeans.  The Total Fertility Rate (TFR) among those native Europeans in Western Europe is around 1.5 which is well below the replacement rate of 2.1. This means that without either net immigration or a significant increase in TFR, Western Europe is living on borrowed time.  The low birth rate is the reason people like Chancellor Merz give for their support of massive immigration.  Among immigrant populations in Western Europe the TFR is approximately twice as high, and in the case of Luxembourg, 67% of births are to immigrants.  This is a slow moving train wreck, but it is picking up speed.  Europe is in a Catch-22.  It needs immigration to survive, but the immigrants want to kill it.  

     The solution, in my opinion, and to the extent there is a realistic solution, is to simultaneously increase the birth rate among native Europeans, possibly through financial incentives and a campaign built on nationalism and national pride, and to encourage immigration from similar cultures with shared values.  The obvious problems with that are what to do with the current immigrants and where to draw new immigrants from.  The current immigrants from the Middle East and North Africa need to be purged from European society before it is too late, regardless of any replacement scheme.  Concurrently,  the nations of Western Europe should be encouraging and subsidizing immigration from places with stable and productive societies, while refusing anymore “refugees” from anywhere, and any immigration at all, from the Middle East, South Asia, and most of Africa.  Of course, none of this will be possible under current political conditions and while a significant portion of the population has been indoctrinated to believe the Islamization of Europe is a good and virtuous thing.  

     Whatever happens, it should serve as a warning to us in America about the dangers of such ludicrously irresponsible immigration policies and act as a catalyst to examine and shore up our own immigration policies and enforcement.  Let’s hope our European cousins are able to take the necessary action before they become a footnote in history, and let’s pray we in the United States are able to learn from their mistakes.
