Another Example Of The Corruption Of The Medical Profession.

First, mutilating children. The latest, Birth Tourism.

Two weeks ago in an abortion of constitutional law (ranking up with Roe v Wade and National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius) entitled Trump v. Barbara was inflicted upon the United States. In it Chief Justice John Roberts declared the authors of the 14th Amendment, who by record never intended the create birthright citizenship, intended to create birthright citizenship. I guess it was reasonable, like the tax that was not a tax in Obamacare. But like that abortion of law, it has to be dealt with.

I’m a resident of Texas, happy and proud we have Ken Paxton as Attorney General. One of the reasons being his office suing two Texas hospitals for mutilation of children in the name of “gender affirming care.” The hospitals were conducting these “medical services” in spite of a 2023 Texas law prohibiting “puberty blockers, hormone therapy and certain surgical procedures for people under 18.”

Attorney General Paxton also sued and entered a settlement with Texas Children’s Hospital for charging Medicaid for these procedures. As part of the agreement, Texas Children’s will fund a detransition clinic for children. I hope his office goes after the “parents” who allowed this harm to go on. This is definitely abuse of children, and the worst case of Munchausen by proxy I can imagine.

I now have another reason to support the man. His work against birth tourism.

Texas AG Ken Paxton files lawsuit against Houston ‘birth tourism’ center

HOUSTON – Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against a Houston-area business accused of operating an illegal “birth tourism” scheme designed to help foreign nationals obtain U.S. citizenship for their children.

The lawsuit targets De’Ai Postpartum Care Center, alleging the company unlawfully facilitated travel for Chinese nationals whose primary purpose was to give birth in the United States and secure so-called birthright citizenship. According to the Attorney General’s office, the operation violated multiple Texas laws, including provisions of the Texas Penal Code and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Authorities say the operation spanned several properties across the Houston area, including locations in Sugar Land, Houston, Richmond, and Rosenberg. The lawsuit alleges that multiple families were housed at these properties simultaneously, with the business facilitating a high volume of births.

Court filings claim the business has operated for nearly two decades, during which it allegedly facilitated the births of more than 1,000 children in the United States. The lawsuit contends that the Center promoted its services primarily through Chinese social media platforms and websites, targeting expectant mothers abroad…

Good to know Governor Greg Abbot jumped onto train. For those not in Texas, the governor is no conservative nor friend of the AG. But he knows a winning issue that will give him votes, so he’s on it like white on rice. Is this is an actual issue? Look at the billboards in Mexico and South America:

An amendment is not a likely option to correct this constitutional abuse. Democrats have enough votes to block this procedure. However, Justice Kavanaugh left in his partial dissent a possible legislative correction.

“Congress could — consistent with the Fourteenth Amendment—amend §1401(a) or otherwise enact new legislation establishing exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to foreign citizens unlawfully or temporarily in the country.”

Knowing the Democrats desire to change the nature of our population, plus their business masters wanting cheap labor, this will be a challenge to get through. Assume the GOP holds the Congress this fall, it is time to get tough and use Democratic rule “bending” to get this law through.

Top of the list is budget reconciliation. Attach it to a budget bill which require only a simple majority to pass. If the Senate Parliamentarian says it’s out of order, have the President of the Senate, J. D. Vance, override her. The fact Obamacare originated in the Senate did not stop Mr. Roberts from calling it a tax, in spite of the clear requirements of the Constitution (Article I, Sectio n 7, Clause 1).

We have a major problem, inflicted on us largely by the courts. For the first time in my life the government is actually working to fix this. Let’s hope their efforts succeed.
