Early Wednesday morning, an individual set fire to a 50-foot-tall Christmas tree standing outside of Fox News’s headquarters in New York City. Security officers saw the suspect climbing the tree, and shortly afterward running from the area.
He was quickly apprehended and is currently being held in police custody.

The headline in The New York Times? “Fox News Christmas Tree Catches Fire in Manhattan.” Hmmm.

This is vaguely reminiscent of CNN’s report on the SUV that plowed through a Waukesha Christmas Parade two weeks ago killing six and wounding 62.
It’s often difficult for liberals to report a story accurately if it doesn’t fit their narrative.
Most readers, it appears, noticed the omission. Twitchy compiled a bunch of responses to the Times’ story about the “flaming” Christmas tree.
