Hunter Biden is a Convicted Felon

Convicted on all three gun charges he faced, including unlawful possession of a firearm, Biden was found guilty on both counts related to lying on ATF Form 4473, which asks in Question 11(e), “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

Hunter answered “No” and the evidence proved that he was seeking and using illegal drugs in the days immediately before and after his completion of that form.

Significantly, on the unlawful possession count, Hunter had only owned the handgun for ELEVEN DAYS before things went sideways. Maybe this is why Question 11(e) asks about drug use?

Ultimately, this case is about 4 things:

1. It’s about hubris. It’s about a privileged elite relying on his politically powerful father to make this problem too go away, as all the other legal problems in his life were made to go away, rather than plead guilty to a lesser charge.

2. It’s about corruption. Never forget that our top-to-bottom corrupt DOJ tried to slide an absurd plea agreement past the judge. A plea agreement that would have insulated Hunter from these gun charges and Hunter, his father, his uncle, and shielded his other alleged accomplices from federal prosecution for their much graver crimes.

3. It’s about integrity. The integrity of Judge Maryellen Noreika to ask some very basic questions about that plea agreement and to refuse to accept it.

4. Finally, it’s about an honest jury. Unlike the biased NY jury, this Delaware jury dispassionately applied the law to the facts and arrived at their verdict, despite the overt political flex by the Biden family sitting in the courtroom every day. This jury would not be intimidated and they demonstrated what an honest jury of your peers looks like.
