Biden Unveils Major Immigration Reform, Offering Citizenship Path to Immigrants Married to U.S. Citizens

In an effort to get as many votes as possible, Biden is illegally making many moves.  He follows the same Democrat scam of getting massive numbers of illegals into the nation, then making them citizens.

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden announced a significant new policy aimed at providing citizenship opportunities to a large number of immigrants living in the U.S. without legal status. This move comes as part of Biden’s broader strategy to balance his administration’s strict border security measures with actions that support immigrant communities.

Under the new initiative, certain immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens can now apply for permanent residency, and eventually citizenship, without the requirement to leave the country. This policy could potentially impact up to half a million people. Biden emphasized that this effort reflects America’s historical commitment to being a nation that welcomes immigrants, symbolized by the Statue of Liberty.

The announcement is particularly strategic as it contrasts sharply with the policies of Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, who has advocated for stringent immigration restrictions and portrayed immigrants in a negative light. During his presidency, Trump implemented harsh policies, including a zero-tolerance approach at the southern border that resulted in family separations. Biden criticized these actions in his speech, positioning his policy as a corrective measure.

To be eligible for Biden’s new immigration pathway, immigrants must have lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years and have been married to their U.S. citizen spouse as of the announcement date. Approved applicants will receive a temporary work permit and protection from deportation while they pursue their green card.

This policy was revealed at an event celebrating the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The initiative is also expected to benefit about 50,000 children of noncitizen parents who are married to U.S. citizens.

Despite the potential positive impact on many families, the plan has faced criticism from Republicans, who argue that it amounts to a mass amnesty and could face legal challenges. GOP leaders and figures like Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Senator Marco Rubio have voiced opposition, suggesting that the policy could be overturned by courts or future administrations.

The urgency of the situation is underscored by the looming possibility of a second Trump presidency, which would likely seek to reverse Biden’s immigration policies. Thus, advocacy groups and immigrant communities are being encouraged to apply for the new program swiftly.

Biden also introduced new regulations to help certain DACA beneficiaries and other young immigrants qualify for established work visas, providing a more secure form of protection than the temporary measures currently offered under DACA.

Come November Biden is set to lose the presidency to President Trump. But, can he marshal the tens of millions of illegals to vote for him in time to overwhelm Trump’s American supporters? That is the question we will soon find out, as the combined total of this number, with the already planned massive numbers of fake ballots the Democrats perfected in 2020, may decisively move to destroy the entire nation and freedom itself in the United States.
