White House Cancels Meeting with Israel Following Netanyahu’s Claims on Withheld Military Aid

Tit for Tat. Only way to look at it. Biden and his Democrats are doing all they can to pressure Netanyahu into doing as he is told. Netanyahu wants to destroy the terrorist organization of Hamas.  It seems our leadership has other ideas on the matter.

The White House recently canceled a significant meeting with Israeli officials that was slated to discuss Iran, following a contentious video released by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In the video, Netanyahu claimed that the U.S. administration had been withholding military aid, specifically weapons and ammunition, from Israel.

This claim quickly escalated tensions between the two nations, with top advisers to President Biden expressing shock and outrage. According to a senior Israeli official, the American response was one of significant displeasure, noting that “the Americans are fuming” and that “Bibi’s video made a lot of damage.”

In response to Netanyahu’s video, Amos Hochstein, a U.S. envoy, was dispatched to personally inform Netanyahu that his accusations were both incorrect and inappropriate. Shortly thereafter, the White House made the decision to cancel the upcoming Thursday meeting focused on Iran, as confirmed by two sources from the U.S. and Israel.

One U.S. official commented on the cancellation, stating, “This decision makes it clear that there are consequences for pulling such stunts.” Meanwhile, at a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre addressed the confusion surrounding Netanyahu’s claims, mentioning that only one weapons shipment had been paused since the start of the ongoing war. “We genuinely do not know what he is talking about,” Jean-Pierre said.

The fallout from the video not only affected diplomatic engagements but also disrupted the travel plans of several Israeli officials who were already en route to Washington for the now-canceled meetings. While two U.S. officials indicated that the meeting was canceled as a direct response to Netanyahu’s video, another source suggested that the meeting was postponed due to a scheduling conflict, not canceled outright.

This incident marks the second time a meeting on the Iran strategic dialogue was abruptly called off. Previously, in March, Netanyahu himself canceled a meeting after the U.S. chose not to veto a UN Security Council resolution that referenced a ceasefire in Gaza.  It seems as if the Deep State is pulling all of the strings in this conflict, as the United States paus and supports all sides in the conflict. The only way to clear up the matter is in my opinion, to get Trump back into the White House.
