No candidate or political party checks all the boxes. Voters must decide the level/percent of importance each box is to them. As a Republican, I have entered my percentage of importance. My Democrat friend has tendered his/her level of importance. Though we both put strong emphasis on foreign policy the difference is: confrontation/offense is traditional conservative/Republican strategy while liberal/Democrat style is appeasement/defense.
DICTATORIAL FEAR: Though the President will dictate policy, personnel and procedures; to become a dictator the military would have to go along. However, control of all three branches could result in a de facto dictatorship.
Republican 5%
Democrat 0 % (unless it’s Trump)
PERSONA: Neither candidate is running for Pope.

BORDER: Are too many criminals/terrorists slipping in?

FOREIGN POLICY: Supporting our proxies fighting their proxies and establishing trade/sanctions/tariffs with competing nations is the privilege of the President.

Democrat 25%
PERSONAL SAFETY/LAW ENFORCEMENT: Are the streets safe?
