Honest Abe Lincoln said:
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.
Of course that didn’t stop the Dems from trying to fool everyone, forever. They figured they could use narratives – or “lies” to be more honest – to sell socialism to America.
Well, it turns out Abe was right, and “some of the time” expired last November. The majority of Americans are no longer “fooled” and the Democrat party’s approval has dropped to 29 percent – a 33 year low. Perhaps just as bad, nobody can figure out who’s in charge of the party, because they’re all too old to remember.
What President Lincoln didn’t mention was that when the people learn that they’ve been lied to, there will be a price to pay. That bill is currently being collected by a guy with a spray-on tan and a bad comb over. Karma has arrived for the Dems, and his name is Donald J. Trump.
Of course, it didn’t have to be this way. Back in the day, the two political parties actually liked America, but had differing views on how to make it great. That triggered some lively debates. The Republicans and Democrats liked to needle each other (i.e. Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neill), but frequently found common ground for compromise. America always benefited from the conflict.
But after Al Gore lost the presidency to that other Nazi – George W. Bush – the Dems decided to retool as the “no more Mister Nice Guy” party. They decided that party purity and absolute obedience to the socialist narrative was the way to political domination. That radical from California – San Fran Nan – cemented her leadership in the party, and made it a haven for radicals.
They purged anyone inclined to work with republicans, calling them traitors (i.e. Joe Lieberman). Next, they invited the vampires into their home by electing a new ideological brain trust. Adam “Shifty” Schiff, Eric “Honeypot” Swalwell, Sandy “Bartender” Cortez, and Ilhan “Brother’s Bride” Omar set the tone. That pretty much killed any rational debate and made “congressional compromise” a relic of the past.
But things really went off the rails when the dems lined up to support a community polarizer organizer for President. Barack Obama sat behind the Resolute Desk, and decided that he would win by dividing rather than uniting. He waved his finger and lectured that
- You’re for DEI, or you’re a racist,
- You’re anti-2nd Amendment, or you’re pro-murder,
- You’re pro-socialism, or you’re greedy, and
- You’re pro-government, or anti-intellectual.
His rhetoric left no space for reasonable dialog, and forced all debate onto the sidelines. It worked great at putting us at each other’s throats, and advancing Barack’s own career interests. He got elected twice to the Oval Office, and retired a wealthy man on the proceeds from 3 autobiographies – proof positive that the man had enough ego for three lifetimes.
But half of America resented being told to shut up. The Obama Presidency cost the Democrats over 1000 seats nationwide, decimated the party bench, and created the party’s current geriatric leadership problem. Even worse (for the Dems), it paved the way for Trump’s first election.
After a brief 4 years of leadership sanity, the radicals regrouped and made another run at total political victory. They leveraged a pandemic to game our elections and slid the most corrupt politician in U.S. history into the office with no corners – Joseph Robinette Biden.
The radicals had picked a guy who they knew could be bought, and they bought him. Joey from Scranton served his patrons well, and repaid them for rides in the big blue airplane, by granting their every wish. With his executive auto-pen, Joe showed us what America would look like if the radicals of the Democrat party got everything they wanted.
- School orders to sexually groom children – check.
- Borders opened to foreign invasion – check.
- Fund leftist causes to change the weather – check.
- Normalize mental disorders – check.
- Demand Americans believe men are women – check.
- Prioritize pronoun proficiency over combat readiness – check.
- Advance globalism with international instability – check.
- Place the country on the precipice of economic collapse – check.
But the radical project only worked while the propaganda ministry could keep the narrative alive – fooling all of the people all of the time. Eventually reality became “unfoolable.”
We ignored Paul Krugman’s fairy tales about the economy, because we lived the truth at the grocery store. We laughed when the MSM said the Afghanistan surrender was different than Vietnam, because we could see the people clinging to the sides of airplanes. We shook our heads when the Pope said walls were an afront to humanity, as he lived behind guarded walls. We knew Leonardo DeCaprio was lying about climate change, when he jetted around the world chastising us for heating our homes. We also noticed that Merrick Garland was imprisoning grandmothers for praying, while the harpies on The View told us that Donald Trump was worse than Adolph Hitler.
The propaganda stopped working when our lived experience contradicted it. Once the lies were exposed, the Democrat party’s socialism started to collapse.
Now the bill is due for the damage done. Donald Trump, the politician that offered to right the ship of state, was elected. He won the electoral college, the popular vote, and moved every state to the political right. America had spoken. Trump had a mandate to fix the mess.
During his first administration, the Donald would have gladly negotiated with the Dems – he does consider himself a deal maker after all. But the Dems showed him that compromise is not in their current vocabulary. The author of “The Art of the Deal” knows when to walk away from the table, and he did. Now President Trump is playing by Ronald Reagans strategy for the Cold War – We win they lose.
President Trump is sealing the border, reestablishing law and order, digging corruption out of the government, informing the world that it isn’t our job to provide their prosperity, and generally delivering the consequences that the radicals have coming.
Unfortunately for America, the Democrat party hasn’t come to grips with its problems. The nuts are still in control, and they’re behaving in the same way that cost them power. They’re screaming that we need to continue funding overseas gay opera productions. They’re filing lawsuits to defend the rapists and murderers that their PINO invited into the country. They’re asking for court injunctions on the grounds that our elected representatives have no right to oversee our government. They’re whining to the press about people losing their jobs because they’ve wasted our money. Which is all to say: the Dems are defending the indefensible.
Fortunately, President Trump is overcoming all of it because we chose well when it elected him. His approval is climbing, while that of his opponents is cratering.
Naturally the blame game is underway:
- Biden is blaming Obama,
- Pelosi is blaming Biden,
- The Donors are blaming Harris,
- Fetterman is taking on the squad, and
- Schumer is getting death threats from his own people.
I’d like to know: Did refusal to debate and compromise work out for the Democrats? Is their demand for total victory, going to cause total defeat?
