“Money is the Mother’s milk of politics”. And, it’s much more than that. It is both feeds politics and is the product of politics. So, you need money to get power in politics and you will get a lot of money out of politics.
Politics is all about money and power, power and money.
Likewise, political power is based on money and votes. If you control a lot of money or many votes, then politicians respond to you. Also, wait for it, money produces more votes.
Money is at every intersection of the spider web of politics locally, state-wide, or nationally.
Regrettably, the Left is awash in money from Tech moguls, Liberal Elites, the monied class reflecting their regional Liberalism, Union pass-through, and foreign cash – especially from the CCP and Muslims.
Conservatives not so much.
Consequently, a necessary, but not fully sufficient, means to win the Great U.S. Culture War is to defund the Left. Take all their money.
Where to start?
Go back to the DOGE cuts – which largely weren’t put into the budget and take as much as possible out of the Federal budget.
Do the same state by state. Do it locally, if you find waste and padding accounts.
Defund, prosecute, de-naturalize and deport as applicable, everyone involved in childcare, adult car, Medicaid, etc. fraud like the “Learing Center” in Minnesota.
Quit sending Federal Aid overseas. End it. The money is recycled to the Left.
End Federal student loans. Many degree factories will go under. The Cultural Marxist instructors and administrators will have to get real jobs. The howling attack ads for being “anti-education” is more than almost all politicians can stand. But, it remains a necessary goal.
Defund the Education Department.
End H1B visas. They fund corporations.
Not a penny for Planned Parenthood.
Change Social Security to not pay for foreigners brought in by serial immigration. Restrict the Supplementary Social Security to very narrow, needy persons.
End Section 8 housing and the Food Programs by step downs. Of course, that looks like another highly lethal “third rail” for any politicians. The States can try 50 different ways to address this Poverty business – because it is a business.
In other words, quit buying votes to maintain an underclass living on the government plantation.
Cut taxes to stunt government growth.
Deport millions of illegal aliens to raise wages for the lowest paid workers and lower rents for the cheapest housing.
Especially, disallow or tax at a 98% to 99.5% rate all foreign “gifts” to education, foundations, and religion – even though the recipient is legally a “non-profit.”
Close every legal loophole allowing foreign money to get into our politics. Again, keep foreign money totally out of education and religion.
End the “non-profit” status of professional sports. Less money is likely to make them less Woke.
Yes, I know these are politically impossible today. But not tomorrow. Defund the Left. Take their money. Every penny possible.
The more, the sooner, the better.
