Stealing From Taxpayers to Buy votes From Gen Z

The U.S. Department of Education announced a few days ago that it “will begin notifying more than 804,000 borrowers that they have a total of $39 billion in Federal student loans that will be automatically discharged in the coming weeks.” “For far too long, borrowers fell through the cracks of a broken system that failed to keep accurate track of their progress towards forgiveness,” U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona said in a statement. “Today, the Biden-Harris Administration is taking another historic step to right these wrongs” while  announcing $39 billion in debt relief for another 804,000 borrowers

“By fixing past administrative failures, we are ensuring everyone gets the forgiveness they deserve…”

How is it they deserve debt forgiveness? They borrowed the money knowing fully that it had to be paid back. Why should my tax money be used for this?

Colleges engage in indoctrinating the students into the Democrat party, colleges and universities also donate money to the Democrat party.  The Democrat party will not hold them accountable because that would be biting the hand that feeds them.  

What kind of money are they giving away and how?   $39 billion to 800,000 borrowers is about $48,000 each?!?!   So they just do what they want regardless of anything else?

So if I didn’t do my due diligence or perceive that I was cheated by my real estate company for buying a lemon of a house should I be forgiven for my loan that I took out too?  Really?  I still have to pay whether I made a mistake or not and now I have to pay for some Poet who thinks he was cheated.

Btw, you may have noticed that the borrowers were those with useless degrees. Not engineers, accountants or even business degrees. They were what I call the “social Oligies”, for which there is very few good paying jobs and if it were not for professors teaching them, no intelligent person would waste their money on the major. Minors are for the fun stuff like sports, band and the oligies.
