It has been a wild couple of months. Joe Biden decided to put his infirmities on public display, and in the process exposed a massive coverup orchestrated by the Dems and their propaganda machinery. When his polling cratered, the party bosses retired to their smoke-filled room to veto the will of the primary voters, and replace their decrepit useful idiot with a more vibrant useful idiot – who might have the stamina to pull off an upset win.
But President Gremlin had other plans. He gave the party overlords a demonstration of Obama’s warning: “Never underestimate Joe’s ability to eff things up.” He put on his aviator shades, posed for the cameras, and announced that he was the only guy that could save democracy from Donald Trump. He defiantly proclaimed:
I am running. I am the leader of the Democratic Party. No one is pushing me out.
But apparently, his commitment to remain in the race had the lifespan of a mayfly. A day later he dropped out of the race with a social media post, and endorsed the only person with a lower approval rating than his own. Obama really called it.
Without any explanation for his sudden change of unwavering commitment, political speculators filled the information vacuum with speculation.
- The donors must have forced him to withdraw. You can’t
steal an electionrun a campaign without mountains of cash. - Maybe his staff pulled him from the election without telling him. We’ve always suspected that he signs anything they put in front of him.
- It’s possible he suffered a medical emergency – other than the one we see every time he climbs stairs.
- Perhaps he’s dead and is explaining himself to the Almighty, while Jill tries to serve out his term without notifying anybody. We need proof of life.
- My personal favorite, and the least believable of all: He withdrew from the race because it is best for the country.
But information has slowly leaked out, as it always does from Washington. “Lightbringer” Obama, “Reap the Whirlwind” Schumer, “San Fran Nan” Pelosi, and “Cackles” Harris conspired to fix another election. They told Joe they would remove him from office using the 25th Amendment if he didn’t voluntarily withdraw from the election. They agreed to let him play act President for a few more months, if he’d stop asking the voters to let him do it for 4 more years. That was the offer Joe couldn’t refuse: Leave office in 7 months, or leave now in disgrace.
Republicans and the conservative media are calling it a coup. Senator Tom Cottom posted:
Joe Biden succumbed to a coup by Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, and Hollywood donors, ignoring millions of Democratic primary votes.
It’s certainly revealing that the party of “every vote must be counted” skipped the vote counting when the wishes of the voters became politically inconvenient. However, it’s not a coup if the President is still in office, and I notice that Joe is still riding in the big blue airplane. Convincing a President to pass on reelection – even with threats – is not the overthrowal of a government. It’s not even a scandal to threaten to remove an unfit President, using a legal process designed to remove unfit Presidents.
The actual scandal is that the Dems know Joe is unfit, and didn’t remove him. They decided that it would be just peachy for President “Mumbles and Stumbles” to continue trying to figure out if he’s a Senator, Vice President, or President on any given day; while the guy with the nuclear launch codes follows him on his daily field trip to the ice cream store. The scandal is that the Dems don’t care about the welfare or safety of our country, only about retaining their power over it – and they’re willing to make any deal necessary towards that end. Risk a Chinese invasion of Taiwan? No problem if that’s what it takes to avoid giving the Donald a boost in the polls. Risk Iran building their first nuke and using it on Israel? That’s a small price to pay to get the jihadi vote. Joe Biden has not been the victim of a coup. He was just pulled in the 9th inning because his fast-ball is shot. The regime is unchanged.
If they really wanted a coup, deep state actors could have created a hoax and a sham investigation, to fraudulently impeach Biden. Those same actors could have curated propaganda to the public and corrupted an election to remove him from office. Had any of those efforts been successful, the coup conspirators could have corrupted our justice system to prevent Biden’s return to office, and punish anyone who dared to support him. Does any of that sound familiar?
We have witnessed a genuine – and not entirely bloodless – coup against an elected President. But the target wasn’t Joe Biden. It was Donald Trump.
Fortunately, Trump isn’t beaten yet, because he hasn’t surrendered. We have an opportunity to reclaim self-governance by removing the coup conspirators from power. Defeating the Democrats in the next election is even more important than the Donald’s legacy, or 4 more years of Trumpian prosperity. It is our only means to tell the forces of tyranny that “We the People” reclaim our power, and will not accept one party rule.
