Why Joe Biden Is the Worst President in U.S. History

Let’s start with Biden’s crowning achievement: the economy. Under his leadership, inflation has soared to levels we haven’t seen in 40 years. Prices on everything from groceries to gas have skyrocketed, and the administration’s answer? More government spending! Biden’s policies, including his massive COVID-19 relief bills and infrastructure packages, are seen by critics as pouring gasoline on the inflation fire. The result? Families struggling to afford basic necessities, all while the White House assures us things are just fine. Sure, Joe.

Then there’s the border. Biden promised a more humane immigration policy, and what we got was an absolute disaster. The southern border has turned into a revolving door, with record numbers of illegal crossings. The administration’s rollback of Trump-era policies has led to overwhelmed border agents and chaotic conditions. The cherry on top? Biden and his team keep insisting everything is “under control” while the rest of us watch the mess unfold. It’s almost like ignoring the problem will make it disappear.

Foreign policy under Biden? Let’s just say “Afghanistan” and leave it at that. The catastrophic withdrawal in 2021 was a disaster of epic proportions. The world watched in horror as the Taliban swiftly reclaimed power, and images of desperate Afghans clinging to planes became etched into history. Biden’s administration botched the exit, leaving behind American citizens, allies, and billions in military equipment. But don’t worry, he assured us it was a “success.” History, on the other hand, might remember it differently.

Biden’s energy policies are another masterclass in how not to govern. In the early days of his presidency, he shut down pipelines and restricted oil drilling, all in the name of green energy. The result? Gas prices that reached record highs, hitting Americans at the pump and in their wallets. Sure, clean energy is the future, but maybe don’t kneecap the energy sector before you have a viable alternative ready to go.

Finally, let’s talk about crime. Biden and his party’s rhetoric around policing and criminal justice have coincided with a noticeable spike in crime rates across many major cities. From violent crime to property crime, the data isn’t pretty. Yet, Biden’s administration seems hesitant to take any real action, preferring to stick with vague promises of reform. Meanwhile, many Americans are left feeling less safe in their communities.

In short, Biden’s presidency has been a textbook case of what happens when big promises meet harsh realities. The economy, border security, foreign policy, energy, and crime—he’s had a chance to tackle each one, and each time, it feels like he’s just made things worse. Maybe history will be kinder, but right now, the outlook isn’t great.
