The more the “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” grift is exposed, the more Americans want to do away with it. Corporations are closing their DEI departments and firing the haters. Matt Walsh, the creator of the “Am I Racist?” movie, shares this clip about FEMA’s DEI bullshit at 17 minute mark. In this training session they clearly state: “The shift we are seeing in emergency management from utilitarians principles where everything is designed for the greatest good, for the greatest amount of people, to disaster equity, but we have to do more.”
“DISASTER EQUITY:” WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?
FEMA’s abject failures during the Hurricane Helene rescue and recovery exposed them for the DEI propagandists they are. On their website they clearly state that their “Goal 1” is “Equity” as though mother nature carefully chooses, one by one, which human beings to harm the most and, of course, “white” people are spared:

FEMA was too busy teaching their employees to hate most Americans, they don’t have time to train them how to perform rescues and recoveries. They could not be bothered to rescue, because they didn’t show up for days after the Hurricane Helene hit. Their recovery efforts were minimal because they were too lazy to venture into the mountain areas where Americans had been stranded for over a week before volunteers got to them.
FEMA is so busy fussing over “equity” they can’t handle their core responsibilities: They actually sent a pallet of ELECTRIC chainsaw to the Helene disaster zone WHERE THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY because the power lines were swept away along with houses, businesses, roads, bridges, all infrastructure. Truckers are reporting that in every previous hurricane, the ‘Loader Boards’ were full of orders for loads to go to the Disaster Zone. For Helene and for Milton, the FEMA Loader Boards are COMPLETELY BLANK! No loads are being assigned for disaster relief!
During Obama’s tenure in the White house, “diversity training” morphed into the tyrannical indoctrination called “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)” as federal dollars flowed into race grifting programs, which were obviously designed to divide the races, to get them to hate each other and to demonize white employees. As ever more tax money was funneled into DEI programs, ever more race grifters got onboard.
“TOO MANY WHITES” IN NORTH CAROLINA?
Here is even more asinine and outrageous indoctrination of FEMA employees, wherein they are trained to hate white Americans and hate their own country (why don’t they move abroad?):
President Donald J. Trump has said he will dismantle the DEI grift in every department and agency within the DC Swamp. However, some agencies have been so corrupted by this racist indoctrination, he will have no choice but to close them and start from scratch.
FEMA is one such agency. He must dismantle the Federal Emergency Management Agency, fire every level of management, throw into the trash can any & all training materials, and hire top notch CEOs & managers from the private sector to rebuild the agency into an agency WHICH PUTS AMERICANS FIRST, ALL Americans.
