A quarter century has passed us by and 2025 is shaping up to be known as the year of the great America awakening.
Donald Trump won the presidential election again in what is likely the greatest political comeback of all time. A republican winning the popular vote is an astounding accomplishment in its own right. But Trump basically defeated and overcame the entirety of our government and state sponsored conspiracies thrown at him in the hopes of derailing his candidacy through any one of a half dozen or so gambits: they all dashed on the rocks.
Time Magazine named him Person of the Year for the second time, a testament to his indefatigable tenacity and pugnaciousness, never say die-or uncle-attitude in consideration of the obstacles that were thrown at his candidacy in the way of lawfare and the entirety of the LSMBTGA focusing fire and brimstone upon him.
In the midst of a celebration of his triumph over evil-as corny as that may sound-it is sobering to consider that one of the worst candidates in American history by most measures one would care to take, received ~75M votes that would have won her the presidency in every election that has taken place in American history except for the last two.
The above does not bode well for America’s future if such a Johnny-Come-Lately, simply terrible candidate, one of the worst Vice President’s in American history according to polls, who came to the quest so late in the game without receiving a single primary vote, could in effect come so close to the presidency.
Notwithstanding that her campaign was only effective in one sense of the word, having garnered and frittered away over a billion dollars in such a short span of time and yet thankfully falling woefully short.
The legacy travesty of her presidential run (if you will) is how close to an absolute disaster America came due to fratricidal politics where the LSMBTGA labeled her opponent as Hitler: as asinine a label as was ever misapplied to a presidential candidate since the last time. Or maybe Barry Goldwater in the 1960s.
The signs are everywhere that the cataclysmic events leading up to the election are a harbinger of change coming to America. People-American citizens-as well as the Europeans, British and South America-evidence an awakening of the spirit that many have long hoped for in this century that always seemed like a long shot not likely to come to fruition.
There is always a renewal of optimism when great events happen, best exemplified by miracles of sports that resonate long after the event in the heart and spirit and outlook of observers.
I’ve written about a few sports miracles before. They are often deeply personal, but when experienced at the national level they represent special moments with intangible affects. The US Olympic National Hockey team defeating the Soviets in 1980 called the Miracle On Ice is an enduring example of what I mean.
Another miracle win was Team Oracle defeating New Zealand in the 2013 America’s Cup after falling behind 8-1. Sailing is admittedly somewhat of a niche sport-the very definition-and I have only watched a handful of races and exactly one series. But this was an astounding comeback by the American Team in iconic San Francisco Bay. The space technology designed catamarans flew around the bay, routinely reaching speeds of over 40 knots. Making some of the legacy America’s Cup highlights look like horse and buggy affairs.
My two other miracles are admittedly “homers,” including the Boston Red Sox comeback against the NY Yankees after falling behind 3-0 in the American League playoffs, only to come from behind and win the World Series heard around the world that erased the “curse of the Babe.” It may be a “homer,” but this was a great comeback for the ages.
The Patriots comeback victory over the Atlanta Falcons in 2017-Super Bowl LI, was epic-maybe the greatest sports comeback of all time. Yea-I know-many dislike the Patriots-but you can watch that game today-and still not believe the Patriots have a chance of winning.
There are others of note, but my point here is 2025 has the feel of-the spirit-of the aftermath of these miracles. It isn’t just that Trump won against all odds. It isn’t that he overcame all manner of lawfare, collusion, LSMBTGA lies, skullduggery, manipulation and collusion against him.
I think it was more the demise-the final death knell/rattle-of the deep state swamp fighting for its very life and future-going down like a paper mache sailboat-that made Trump’s win against the odds so epic.
And it bodes well for America and the world as we see the ramifications in terms of the aftermath in reaction to his victory.
No greater evidence of change exists than people turning away from their here-to-fore go to news sources. The LSMBTGA has been discredited by constant lies, distortions, propaganda and vitriol-all one way-and it is the left that is now clamoring to “tighten-up” freedom of speech “safeguards” that not so long ago they would have fought to the death to protect.
More people are getting their news, information and updates from non-traditional/conventional sources than ever before, including Podcasts, aggregation sources and “personalities.” Yet in the face of declining viewership and continued lies and distortion, an internet search can produce something like this list that shows the top several sources of news as “NY Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN and Reuters.”
The above is interesting in light of Podcasts like Joe Rogan simply trouncing-in terms of listeners-numbers-traditional news sources. It isn’t even close. I recently highlighted in articles the Rogan Podcast “discussions” with Mike Benz and Mark Andreessen that are shocking in terms of revealing government censorship collusion and also government scheming to debank businesses and individuals. Both techniques use cutouts-non-governmental officials-to inflict harm on Americans.
I recommend another effort by Tucker Carlson with Aaron Siri-Robert Kennedy Jr’s lawyer-who since 2014 has been drawn into the vaccine debate in monumental lawsuits that have exposed government corruption with big pharma.
And more importantly the exposure of the failure of our government “health organizations”-in quotes because Siri outs them as policy, vice health organizations-to perform due diligence in the testing of shots and vaccines-particularly those intended for children-and the shoddy efforts by our supposed guardians of our health in enforcing adequate testing prior to authorizing-mandating-the resulting experimental vaccines.
The discussion about the use of fetal tissue by these companies is astounding, disturbing, disgusting, maniacal and enlightening.
The LSMBTGA is misreporting Siri’s positions on vaccines that are well explained in his lawsuits, to go after his client and prevent RFK Jr from gaining office in a position to do something about government malfeasance in these areas.
This trend is going to continue and explode in 2025 as formerly loyal and somewhat acolytes are going to move away from the LSMBTGA as they tire of losing arguments with friends who are much better informed and educated on details of issues that impact everyday Americans.
The “debunk delay” to counter false and fake news is near zero today on platforms like “X.” Even on platforms like CNN-still trafficking in “Orange Man Bad” lies, distortions and misrepresentations-there has been a comeuppance in their normal “schtick” as they have highlighted and likely inadvertently elevated Scott Jennings into a near folk hero status as he jousts with CNN “hacks” seemingly incapable of reporting the news and telling the truth (takes a bit to get to it, fast forward to 06:46.)
2025 is shaping up to be a glorious rebuke of democrat cultural lunacy across the spectrum of issues of concern to the American public. I predict a popcorn run as people settle-in and enjoy the comeuppance!
