WATCH: Zelenskiy: Ukraine Ready for Security Deal With Trump; Macron, Starmer US Visit| Bloomberg The Pulse

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy says in a post on X that Ukraine is ready for a “strong, effective investment and security agreement with the President of the United States.” Zelenskiy comments come after meeting with US special envoy Keith Kellog, where the two discussed the battlefield situation, how to return Ukraine’s prisoners of war, and effective security guarantees. With Europe sidelined from US talks with Russia this week, French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer will visit the White House next week. Support for Ukraine is also on the agenda for Germany as the country heads to the polls this weekend. Latest polls show that Friedrich Merz’s CDU/ CSU alliance is maintaining leads among voters.
