Trump Criticizes Israel Over Lebanon at G7 Summit in France

President Donald J. Trump criticizes Israel for taking too long and killing too many people in the country’s attack on Lebanon. He recommended to Israeli Prime Minister, Bibi Netanyahu, that Syria be given the task of eliminating Hezbollah. Israel’s actions against Hezbollah have not been targeted, have eliminated non-Hezbollah people and have taken the momentum away from the more pressing negotiations in Iran.

Oil Falls Below $80 For First Time in More Than Three Months

Brent oil fell below $80 a barrel for the first time in more than three months as the US-Iran deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz boosted expectations for a revival in supply, with leading Wall Street banks reducing their price forecasts and regional benchmarks collapsing.
