Chief Justice Roberts’ Mess Is Really Starting to Stink

Pretend defender of the Constitution Johnny (A.K.A. Chief Justice Roberts) is not big on neatness. In fact, he’s made a real mess of his room in this house we call our constitutional republic. You see Johnny is more concerned about the public’s perception of his court, than fidelity to the Constitution.

Johnny’s desire to be everybody’s pal has driven him to seek the middle ground on almost every big issue that comes before his court.

Forcing Americans to buy a commercially available product not one of Congress’ enumerated powers? No problem. We’ll make believe it’s an issue of taxation.

Censorship specifically prohibited by the Constitution? No problem. We’ll just presume the founders would have included an “emergency” exception – if they had known about emergencies back in the day.

But while little Johnny has had his folks scribbling away at incoherent opinions in a futile attempt to satisfy everybody all of the time, he failed to notice that at least a third of the population – and all the Democrat leadership – are bat-crap crazy radicals hell-bent on giving communism a spin. He should have realized that finding the middle ground between radicalism and constitutionalism is inherently unconstitutional.

Hence, Johnny’s “play to both sides” approach to blind justice has created a chaotic mess of the Article III room in the house.

But Barack and Joe didn’t see Johnny’s slovenliness as a problem. They saw it as an opportunity and decided to rub Johnny’s nose in the mess by making it worse. They appointed activists instead of judges to the bench – using the “battered spouse” republicans to dutifully confirm them.

During Trump 45, Obama judges issued nationwide injunctions, played along with a coup attempt, and participated in the incarceration of political dissidents – those opposed to one party rule. It got so bad that Johnny had to make a public statement that

We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.

Which everyone understood to mean that we totally had Obama, Trump, Bush, and Clinton judges, but were supposed to keep the lights off so we wouldn’t see the roaches scurrying around. Seven years ago, John Roberts had an activist infestation problem, which he was determined to ignore rather than remediate.

But any homeowner could have told Johnny that ignored infestations fester. Now under Trump 47, his mess is starting to stink worse than a San Francisco sidewalk on a hot summer day. His judicial termites are issuing nationwide rulings to seize authority over immigration enforcement, government staffing, fiscal oversight, and even military deployments. The termites Johnny allowed to fester in his room, are determined to nibble away at the foundation, until our constitutional house collapses.

Just as I was wondering what it would take to get Johnny to clean up his room, “Biden Judge” Brian Murphy came along and announced: Your constitutional crisis has arrived!

Without getting into all of the “injunction vs stay” legal gobbledygook, on May 21 “Biden Judge” Murphy told the Trump administration that it couldn’t deport illegal alien savages to third countries (countries which aren’t their original homes). On June 23, the Supreme Court cleared the Trump administration to go ahead deporting the world’s unwanted to third countries. Then on June 24 – after one day of deliberation – “Biden Judge” Murphy told the Supreme Court to pound sand. Murphy said the order written in response to his case, didn’t apply to his case, and ordered the administration to stop deporting the illegals to the only countries that would accept them.

Why did “Biden Judge” Murphy feel empowered to such a level of audacity? Because of past court behavior. He figured a dozen years of court dereliction of duty would be followed by a dozen more of sweeping problems under the bed rather than dealing with them head on. He suspected little Johnny didn’t have the balls testicular fortitude stop him, and decided to test his theory.

So, here’s what our constitutional republic faces. The transition to despotism which the Supreme Court was intended to prevent, is almost complete. Unelected judges have declared themselves unrestrained by the Constitution, superior to the other branches of government, and exempt from decisions of the Supreme Court. Now

  • Partisans on the bench are showing disdain for the will of the people,
  • The justice department is fighting a broken justice system rather than crime, and
  • Justice Sotomayor – our “wise Latina” that facilitated all of this – is bitching expressing dissatisfaction that all the emergency motions are interfering with her summer vacation.

So, what do you say Johnny boy? Are you ready to get your damn room back in order? You simply need to “do” rather than “play-act” your job – the one where you swore to uphold the Constitution rather than do public relations for the Supreme Court. All it will take are a few simple rulings and one statement – issued while ignoring the names which the TDS addled radicals will most certainly hurl your way.

For the rulings:

  • District Judges have no nationwide authority – period.
  • District Judges have no authority unless expressly granted jurisdiction by Congress.
  • The Article III branch of government has no authority over the internal management practices of the Article I or II branches of government.

Chief Justice Roberts should also issue a rare public statement: Judges who violate Supreme Court rulings or show obvious lack of understanding of the Constitution will be referred to Congress with his recommendation for impeachment. He should put and exclamation point on that statement with a referral for “Biden Judge” Murphy.
