Dominion’s Dr. Eric Coomer Is Deposed By Sidney Powell. Surprise, He was Lying All Along
Maybe it’s just me and old age crotchery, but it seems like the “wheels of justice” turn like some ponderous, unsatisfying wheel of time for some, while others get immediate attention in the form of a Federal Bumblers of Investigation (FBI) raid, lamestream media echo chamber (LMEC/LMSBTGA) live coverage-somehow getting the scoop in an obvious made for TV takedown where guns are drawn, the neighborhood is blocked off-I mean it looks dangerous and fraught with risk-and yet somehow they-the LSMBTGA deep state swampy water carriers-are there on the case-inside the wire-veritable “scoop Jacksons.”
We’ve seen this playbook for a certain category and class of alleged criminals who somehow meet the FBI criteria as apparent flight risks, a danger to their communities: serious criminals. Typified by the publicly feared ~70 year old Roger Stone, or similarly scary ~70 year old Paul Manofort, as he was in the middle of voluntarily testifying in response to congressional requests, as well as the apparently dangerous Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, similarly cooperating but apparently not fast enough.
We’ve seen this playbook and the opposite, the seeming incongruity of a two-tiered justice system where the “in” and “popular” people can lie, cheat and steal, tolerate-indeed empower and incentivize-those who do, and yet never be held accountable for their perfidy. Even when it’s acknowledged they’ve been caught-and it has to be dead to right-you almost get the sense that failure of their deep state swampy quest and being caught is punishment enough: like slimy FBI lawyer Clinesmith, who “suffered enough,” being caught ruining Carter Page’s career and life and others it led to, he being single-handedly responsible for enabling lies to the FISA court to go forward that cost taxpayers millions of dollars and supplanted far more important priorities and work.
Although what had more importance than getting the Bad Orange Man to stop tweeting? Contrasting the treatment of the “principles” in this disgusting stain on American justice is best viewed in the context of the treatment of Carter Page-or better yet LTG Michael Flynn and Clinesmith.
With the passage of time-and the winners executing the AG Barr expressed principle of truth (the winners write the stories)-one can be forgiven for being a little pessimistic and having little faith-well, none-in our justice system communicated through the bias filter of the lamestream media echo chamber (LMEC/LMSBTGA.) For instance-the Barr expressed principle above has nothing to do with Trump and the administration and everything to do with historical views, notwithstanding this being somewhat of an ambiguous sentiment of unsettled veracity (although I am going with George Orwell’s version about “us” telling fewer lies than “them” as a closer approximation of what transpired in the wake of the 2020 election.)
Yet the LMEC/LSMBTGA populated the internet search results with blather and “queep” bashing Barr as if he made it up on the spur of the moment, somehow indicative of the “lawless nature” of the DJT administration. Particularly egregious when you consider that he made the comment in response to Michael Flynn’s case-the poster child exemplar for the US government abusing power and railroading an individual targeted or disliked by the intelligentsia if ever a case existed (except for maybe Senator Ted Stevens, ironically enough another infamous Justice Emmet Sullivan case involving FBI improprieties by Mueller. From the piece: Senator Stevens is unavailable for comment, having died in a plane crash in 2010. But the fruits of his bogus conviction live on I (sic) the form of Obamacare, and now the two men who railroaded him are to escape any punishment at all.)
The general public still believes basic lies about what Flynn may or may not have done, despite FBI acknowledgement that he did not lie about his conversation with Kislyak in the subsequent FBI interview schemed to ensnare him. This American Thinker article by Andrea Widburg quotes the always temperate and detailed Margot Cleveland. Her words tell you all you need to know about this railroad job Obama engineered on Flynn: “This entire 3-year nightmare for General Flynn all arose because a petty little man named Barack Obama demanded revenge. And @JoeBiden was right by his side.”
Course, many consider these bedrock examples of good or righteous investigative work by the Bumblers, but those opinions are simply ignorant or show blatant disregard of the facts that nearly all of this attention was originally deemed warranted by the Russia, Russia, Russia Pee Pee Hoax “national security priority” humma, humma, lies and the illegally obtained FISA warrants that provided three hop “ACLU characterized spying” that suddenly became “not ACLU spying” cause it was against Trump and peripheral Trump actors Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, Manafort and American hero Michael Flynn, among others.
The US government has had its share of tawdry affairs and actions over the arc of history, but these were the scummiest and most egregious by far when you consider how early they knew it was all a bunch of poppycock created to draw attention away from the true criminal in all this, HRC herself.
As evidenced by Durham’s recent announcement of charges against attorney Michael Sussman-representing HRC and the DNC-who lied to the incurious FBI about who he was representing-just another stark example of a concerted smear campaign against a US citizen’s political campaign that gained sufficient momentum to eventually become a coup attempt against a sitting president.
The aforementioned “wheels of justice turn” has taken over 5 years in this instance with no apparent closure to accountability yet visible on the horizon, nor any overt signs that it is coming.
Where is the outrage (he cried)? It can’t escape very many that this “most experienced” presidential candidate in US history was up to her neck in the swampiest of the swamp conspiracies-led by her former boss Obama and his administration to tar a presidential campaign and candidate-ever, and yet she escaped from the cesspool smelling like a rose.
The contrast between how two well-known public figures were treated here (DJT and HRC) stands in sharp contrast to our national sense of right and righteousness: What happened to the hangings indeed (justice)?
Lady Justice is best served through blindness, but not by ignorance…
To the point of this article, I covered in what many likely considered nauseating detail how a conservative, rugged outdoorsy, independent state like Colorado transitioned from solid red to blue, blowing past purple from 2010 to 2018. I admittedly made somewhat of a long story long, but in my mind there were a lot of facts, ideas, possibilities and conclusions to be drawn and it seemed appropriate to clearly identify one from the other.
Dear reader is the judge on whether I managed to allot the appropriate amount of verbosity in the right places-in fact we have a comment box below that is the perfect place to administer the remedy in the form of an opinion on my effort.
This is an update to the Colorado Election series because the character I introduced in Part 1 as a potential important or key player in this revolutionary act of turning the electoral demographics of this state-Dr. Eric Coomer-has re-emerged in the public eye.
“Who’s dis guy?” From the piece: “Until recently he was the VP for Strategy and Security at Dominion Voting Systems (DVS.) He began his IT election career in 2005 working for Sequoia, becoming the chief software architect. He later took over all development operations as Vice President of Engineering. DVS acquired Sequoia in 2010, with Coomer joining as Vice President of US Engineering overseeing development in the Denver, Colorado office.”
One of the outcomes of the 2020 election was a bright white-hot spotlight on the ubiquitous use of DVS in counties and states conducting elections across the United States and the correlation of anomalous or suspicious “bidness” in a number of swing states. This is the type of fact that, while true, only establishes a baseline of information that might need to be revisited as part of a larger effort. As often stated, (by many,) but certainly explained better by some (like Dan Bongino,) correlation does not mean causality unless investigation proves otherwise.
Our friend Eric Coomer is in the news again because as the facts came in about the above correlations, certain public comments were attributed to him that weighed strongly for the case to establish a logic path evidencing a potential causal relationship behind the correlation of DVS and the strange “bidness” emerging from the election.
That is admittedly a mouthful, but in plain English Coomer is to voting machine tabulators what HRC is to presidential campaigns: both allegedly introducing a lot of smoke to fan the proverbial talk of fire.
Coomer was alleged to have ANTIFA ties and had reportedly been on a conference call where he assured those listening “that Trump will not win, I’ve made sure of that.” When that information came to light many alleged the potential for fraud and Coomer went on the offensive, denying in direct statements and through Dominion that any of it happened and eventually suing those who put forth such “blasphemous” ideas.
And the lamestream media was right there singing the “dowaps” supporting this guy and undermining “conspiracy theorists” who would make up anything to get their way-accusing folks-much like in the HRC playbook-of doing what she was doing-first-to get ahead of suffering the consequences.
I mean having the lead software engineer-the designer and patent holder-for one of the predominant election tabulators-express hateful, vengeful, dogmatic sentiments against one of the candidates would be as problematic as-I don’t know-maybe having one of the lead FBI Counterintelligence investigators-say, Peter Strok-or lead FBI attorney Lisa Paige-thusly prejudiced: and indeed, both had equal opportunity-motive-to act upon their views prejudicial to the individual who was the target of their ire.
So weird how so many of these “planet” orbits seemingly came into such phenomenal happenstance and alignment as the 2020 election played out (while I almost never use this source, this long winded discussion of what transpired is of interest as much for its blathery statements of nothing as it is for its failure to update the information based on recent events: but yes, please do help battle mis-and dis-information to get to the facts…)
Coomer was recently deposed in Denver to answer questions in pursuit of the specific defamation lawsuit he brought against one Sidney Powell: it did not go well. It turns out that all the denials he made-and Dominion on his behalf-were simply lies. He did make those statements-he was on those calls-he is a Trump hater-he is not a fan of America-and he therefore had access, motive and also the means to do something about it via the DVS systems used in 28 states during the 2020 election, including use in 62 of 64 Colorado Counties.
I would like to write about how Coomer’s acknowledgement clarifies and cleans things up once and for all. However-sadly-I don’t believe that to be the case. He might likely be-and judging from his own testimony-is the scumbag many have alleged him to be: vitriolic Trump hater, ANTIFA supporter, loather of Trump voters, etc. and humada, humada. He basically said as much in the deposition.
And much like HRC in her sphere, a mastermind or black belt Machiavellian-Dr. Evil-like character talented and motivated to pursuing a desired outcome by any means possible and available to achieve that outcome.
But this is another case of the anointed or “correct side” of the political spectrum, so his lies and potential abuse of the system in suing, when in truth much of what was alleged is true, does not for a slam-dunk, blue dress type of proof evidencing the changing of any votes illegally. Coomer may have been the genius who designed the DVS concept of operations from soup to nuts and even introduced the modeling and simulation capability, the validation and adjudication process, all of it.
But to complete my analogy-much like HRC-he may have come up with the idea, written the story and even surreptitiously touted details to those who would carry water with others and the LMEC/LSMBTGA, but it is unlikely that he has his fingerprints on more than his own vote.
His special skill was hypothetically executing the plan that he helped come up with as the DVS subject matter expert-suited for each state and voting center in turn (Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, California, etc.)
For Colorado the DVS identified right up to election day those who had not yet voted out of the 4.6M ballots the Secretary of State (SOS) mailed to Colorado voters, eventually (hypothetically) turning the errata-those who had not yet voted-into a list that could be generated into ballots within DVS-identified for adjudication (since they were blank) and subsequently adjudicated by the responsible government elections official.
Under this scenario Coomer did nothing but execute instructions as part of his contract to properly identify problematic ballots using the approved process for adjudication by authorities. It is unlikely that any FBI agents are going to apply the type of pressure-door knockdown-threat to reputation and livelihood-draining of his financial accounts funding attorneys to meet government imposed legal actions and deadlines-necessary to turn Coomer into the type of songbird that makes and breaks cases: and that is a travesty.
One of the issues with the focus on DVS and in particular Eric Coomer is the bottom-line, so what question: can a court of law find that Eric Coomer used his expertise and engineering talents through the employment of DVS to change election results?
It is an unfortunate truth that this is the wrong issue and wrong person and wrong question to pursue causality in this matter, notwithstanding that Coomer may be a brilliant engineer capable of setting up the conditions to contribute to such an effort like bowling pins on a short alley. But we don’t indict people who have different morals and ethics than we do, nor for their political views.
The day the justice and legal system allows lawsuits to succeed based on the tools or devices used by criminals in the conduct of their efforts is the day that knife and gun manufacturers shutter efforts in America for good. So where does that leave us with Dr. Eric Coomer?
Nowhere: under our current version of justice those who executed these efforts across this land get away with it-unless the FBI takes action via a pressure campaign-or the weight of these lawsuits results in extruding enough information or monetary pressure in the form of settlements-so that the songbirds are motivated and incentivized to sing.
It’s unfortunately a very long shot at this point despite the smoke.
