The Biden Administration failed to adequately control our borders allowing an unprecedented number of illegal immigrants to invade America. Many of these criminals settled in Minnesota. This Democrat controlled state then provided these infiltrators with taxpayer paid benefits while facilitating scamming federal assistance programs. The governor and the mayor of the City of Minneapolis failed to compel the local and state police to comply with their sworn duty to protect all citizens (ICE agents are also citizens). In addition, these elected officials failed to realize – and then to walk-back – their anti-American rhetoric was encouraging their constituents to disrupt enforcement of federal law.
Trump 2.0 failed to comprehend that city and state sanctioned resistance would result in chaos and that ICE agents were not adequately trained in use-of-force protocol. Additionally, the administration failed to have weather protected containment areas for kettling (herding/corralling) out-control- protesters/rioters.
Cities and states are subservient to the federal government – not vice-versa. For a city or state to officially ignore, much less embolden, violations of federal law will bring about the failure of America. Survivability of a republic depends upon voting – not mob rule and/or subverting enforcement of the law.
