There’s always good news for Bible-based Evangelicals in the Good News of Lord Jesus Christ. His Resurrection is celebrated every Sunday. And, there’s good news in numbers, despite the gloom and doom data painting a Post-Christian America and death spiral for Western Civilization. Bible-based Evangelical Protestants are growing – not as much as non-Believers and way less than possible, but growing. Growing is good.
The scare statistics on religion in the U.S. are the percentages. The Christian percentage drops while the percent of Non-Believers or “Nones” increases. And as the number of Non-Western Civilization Muslims and Hindus grow.
Consequently, Evangelicals as a percent declined from 26% to 23% of the U.S. from 2000 to 2025. Yet, the actual numbers of Evangelicals increased from 54m to 61m. That’s 7m more Bible-based Believers.
Seven million more Americans who likely share the Bible-based worldview of the American Revolution. Seven million who believe in our Constitutional Republic for the same reasons the Founders did. That’s very good news for the U.S..
Overall, Protestants decreased from 108m to 107m. That’s no surprise. The flight from apostate LGBTQ++ “religion” is more than understandable. Believers should welcome flocks fleeing false prophets.
Catholics stayed at 51m from 2000 to 2025 despite the massive influx of immigrants and illegal aliens from Catholic Latin America.
The “ginormous” increase in Nones from 29.5m to 77m reflects several trends. All which are reversible.
First, the Apostle Paul taught there is natural man who is a pagan, the converted Christian who still lives like a pagan – cultural Christians, and the truly changed person who is a devout Believer and Disciple of Jesus. The Cultural Christians are walking away from Christianity.
In every society there are large numbers of unthinking, uncaring, uncommitted persons who identify with the cultural norms of their society – and actually believe little to nothing of the theological worldview of that society.
Case in point, it’s estimated that 20% of all Muslims believe in the Koran and Hadith as written and try to live it verbatim. Those are the Muslims who Western apologists mislabel deceptively as extremists or radical Muslims or Islamists.
Meanwhile, 80% of Muslims more or less share the identity, culture, civilization, and political ideology of Muslim Totalitarianism without the overt violence. Those Muslims fit into the norms of wherever they live.
They behave well until Muslims are 5% of the population. Then, they support the truly faithful Muslims fighting to conquer for Islam.
Likewise, when regional subcultures in the U.S. were Biblical Christian, the cultural Christian went along with the dominant majority. When ruling majorities in regions or cities changed their worldview to Human Secularist Totalitarianism – our Cultural Marxist Left, then the “normies” went along with their bosses.
Ruling majorities in New England, Middle Atlantic, Left Coast, and big Blue cities across America share the evolved worldview of the French Revolution as Cultural Marxists.
Furthermore, education as an institution, especially Higher Ed, runs as a Cultural Marxist indoctrination and conversion camp.
The invasion of 28.1m more foreign-born adults in 2000 to reach 50m adult foreigners in 2025 among our total U.S. population of 267m muddies the picture.
Foreign-born adults added about 3m more Evangelicals while feeding the growth of Muslims from 1.1m to 2.7m and Hindus from .8m to 2.7m. Large Muslim families and enough multiple wives, despite the law, portend rapid growth.
The growth of Jewish believers from 2.8m to 5.3m seems off. Maybe it’s large families among Orthodox Jews.
The challenge and opportunity for Evangelicals is clear. When the overall population of the U.S. increases from all sources by 28% and the Evangelical population increases by 13%, then Evangelicals must double it up and more. The fields are white for the harvest across America. Normies are a huge mission field.
Read the Bible daily and get empowered to share the Good News, get married and have larger families, and stop aborting babies.
