Trump Is the WORST!!! At Being a Fascist Dictator

The Left insists Trump is subverting our government in ways no leader in human history ever has — while, in the very same breath, invoking the 25th Amendment because he is too incompetent to function. You cannot make this up.

Let me get this straight, class, because I have graded enough self-contradicting lab reports to recognize one on sight.

According to the finest minds on the Left — and I use “finest” the way I use “jumbo shrimp” — Donald Trump is a FASCIST DICTATOR. A brownshirt. An orange Mussolini with a spray tan and a posting habit. He is dismantling democracy itself, we are told, in ways no tyrant before him ever dared to dream.

Also, at the exact same time, from the exact same mouths: he is a doddering, senile incompetent who must be yanked out under the 25th Amendment because he cannot locate his own motorcade.

So which is it? The most cunning authoritarian mastermind our species has ever produced, or a man too feeble to work a doorknob? Pick a lane. You cannot be Darth Vader and Mr. Magoo simultaneously. (Quinn’s Law #5: when liberalism conflicts with reality, reality must give way.)

Fine. I am a generous man. Let us GRANT the premise. Let us stipulate, purely for argument, that Trump is a fascist dictator.

Then I regret to inform you: he is the single WORST fascist dictator this planet has ever produced. Not the most brutal. The most INCOMPETENT. And I am going to prove it the way I prove anything — with the historical record, dates included, because unlike your favorite blue-check I actually read it.

Here is how this works. For every single thing this “dictator” does, I am going to show you what a REAL dictator did when he sat in that exact chair, faced that exact situation, and had actual power. Watch the gap open up. It is the Grand Canyon with better lighting.

Bring a highlighter. This is going to take a while.

— He OBEYS the Judges. Even the Unhinged Ones. Even His Own. —

A competent dictator treats courts like wallpaper. Inconvenient ruling? The judge has an “accident.” The order gets shredded. The policy is implemented by lunch.

What a REAL dictator does with a judiciary: Adolf Hitler took power as Chancellor on January 30, 1933. Within eight weeks — by the Enabling Act of March 23, 1933 — he had gutted the courts and the Reichstag and could legislate by decree. When ordinary German judges were still too independent for his taste, he simply built his own court: the Volksgerichtshof, the “People’s Court,” established April 24, 1934, where under Roland Freisler there were no real appeals, only verdicts written in advance and a lot of shouting. Joseph Stalin did the same with his Moscow Show Trials of 1936 to 1938 — prosecutor Andrei Vyshinsky would demand the defendants be shot “like mad dogs,” and they were, the confessions having been beaten out of them weeks earlier.

Now here is our terrifying tyrant’s response to an inconvenient ruling. He files a BRIEF. His birthright-citizenship order? Blocked, nationwide, by single district judges — several appointed by Biden’s Autopen — then re-blocked as class actions even after the Supreme Court trimmed universal injunctions in Trump v. CASA. His DEI rollbacks, funding pauses, grant conditions, refugee changes? Enjoined, appealed, litigated for MONTHS. He argued about the Administrative Procedure Act like some kind of law-abiding citizen.

And the cherry: some of the justices who ruled AGAINST him are justices HE APPOINTED. Freisler never once ruled against the man who appointed him. Trump’s own picks tell him no and he takes the no. Some Reichstag. This man cannot ignore a magistrate in Rhode Island.

Quinn’s Law #26: Liberals like the courts — right up until the decision does not go their way. Marvel at the choreography. The “threat to democracy” is the one respecting the rulings.

— He KEEPS the Constitution Running While the Left Tries to Torch It —

A real dictator dismantles the machinery that limits him. He abolishes the upper chamber that gives small states a voice. He scraps the mechanism that forces a candidate to build a national coalition. He packs the high court until it is a rubber stamp with a gavel.

And WHO, exactly, has been demanding those precise things lately?

  • The Democratic Socialists of America have openly argued the SENATE should be ABOLISHED.
  • Pete Buttigieg has publicly called to ABOLISH the Electoral College.
  • Sitting Democratic senators have introduced a constitutional amendment to scrap the Electoral College outright.
  • Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, and the rest of the book club have pushed to PACK the Supreme Court and KILL the filibuster.

Here is your history lesson, and it is a doozy. You want to abolish the Senate? A real dictator already ran that experiment. On February 14, 1934, Hitler signed the Law on the Abolition of the Reichsrat — and just like that, Germany’s upper chamber, the body that represented its states, ceased to exist. The Enabling Act had already reduced the Reichstag to a room full of men applauding on command. He banned every other political party on July 14, 1933, making it a one-party state. Benito Mussolini ran the same play a decade earlier — the Acerbo Law of 1923 rigged the elections, and after the murder of opposition deputy Giacomo Matteotti in June 1924, he declared open dictatorship in his January 3, 1925 speech.

So let me get the scoreboard straight. The people SCREAMING “he is destroying our democracy” want to abolish the Senate, gut the Electoral College, and pack the Court — the literal wish-list of every 20th-century strongman. And the alleged DICTATOR is the one DEFENDING those institutions. What is next — the tyrant delivers a speech on the sanctity of the separation of powers… wait, I am told he keeps DOING that.

Open Federalist No. 10. Madison — who understood government, unlike the entire TikTok civics faculty — warned that pure democracies “have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention… and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” Hamilton praised “legislative balances and checks” in Federalist No. 9. Madison returned in Federalist No. 51 to explain why: “ambition must be made to counteract ambition.” The whole machine is DESIGNED to frustrate any one man who wants too much — which is exactly why it keeps frustrating the man you call a dictator.

And Article IV, Section 4 guarantees every state “a Republican Form of Government.” Not a democratic one. REPUBLICAN. We are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC — a distinction your favorite influencer keeps flubbing, probably because some teacher decades ago flubbed it first and handed the error down like a family heirloom, right alongside “you only use 10% of your brain” and “Einstein failed math.” You do not, and he did not. And spare me “but we are a representative DEMOCRACY” — “democratic” is an adjective describing a process; “democracy” is a noun describing mob rule. The second word appears in your Constitution exactly ZERO times.

Quinn’s Law #22: Liberals love democracy — unless it does not go their way. Then democracy is a “threat” and the Constitution is “outdated.” Which lands us on the Congressional Record: on January 10, 1963, Congressman Albert Herlong read into the RECORD the 45 Communist Goals for America. Goal #29 — discredit the U.S. Constitution as outdated. Goal #15 — capture one or both political parties. Goal #16 — use the courts to weaken American institutions. I am not saying anyone plotted it in a bunker. I am saying if you wanted to hear Goal #29 read aloud in real time, it sounds EXACTLY like a Democratic Socialist explaining why the Senate has to go.

— Blue States Openly Defy Him. His Response? A LAWSUIT. —

A real dictator does not permit provinces to nullify his policies. He federalizes them.

What a REAL dictator does with defiant regions: Through the Gleichschaltung of 1933 to 1934, Hitler simply ABOLISHED the German states. The Law for the Reconstruction of the Reich, signed January 30, 1934, dissolved the state parliaments and stripped the Länder of their sovereignty; Reich governors were installed to rule them directly. Stalin’s method was uglier still — when whole peoples proved inconvenient, he deported them. The Chechens and Ingush in February 1944, the Crimean Tatars in May 1944, packed onto cattle cars, hundreds of thousands dead. Francisco Franco crushed Catalan and Basque autonomy outright after 1939, banning the very languages.

Our “dictator’s” response to open, on-camera state nullification? Democrat-run states — New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey — pass laws limiting cooperation with ICE, shielding “sensitive locations,” even banning federal agents from wearing masks. Governors Hochul and Newsom go on television and brand themselves the “resistance,” using his name like a swear word.

And the fearsome tyrant SUES them. In court. Where he waits for a ruling. Sometimes he LOSES. Then he appeals. Like a man who has read the Tenth Amendment and — brace yourself — respects federalism. Hitler abolished his states in a single signature. Trump files a complaint and prays for standing. That is not a dictatorship. That is a very grumpy HOA president losing a vote at the annual meeting.

— His Own Government Refuses to Obey Him —

A competent dictator purges the civil service on day one. Loyalists only. Everyone else disappears — and I mean that literally.

What a REAL dictator does with a disloyal apparatus: Stalin turned the guns on his OWN. The Great Purge of 1936 to 1938 devoured the Communist Party, the government, and the Red Army. Marshal Mikhail Tukhachevsky, his top military commander, was executed in June 1937. He then killed the men who ran the purge for him — NKVD chief Genrikh Yagoda was shot in 1938, his successor Nikolai Yezhov in 1940. Hitler butchered his own paramilitary in the Night of the Long Knives, June 30 to July 2, 1934, murdering SA leader Ernst Röhm — his old ally — along with dozens of others. Mao’s Cultural Revolution, 1966 to 1976, purged the Party from the inside; his own designated successor, Liu Shaoqi, died in detention in 1969, denied medicine.

Our “dictator’s” disloyal apparatus? His bureaucracy LEAKS on him daily, slow-walks his orders, files internal objections, and drags him into court against his own agencies. There are no loyalty purges of the administrative state. No show trials. And the former Cabinet officials? They write scathing TELL-ALL BOOKS about him that sell in every airport in America, right next to the neck pillows. Stalin’s disloyal ministers got a bullet in the Lubyanka basement. Trump’s get a book deal and a slot on the morning shows.

The porch light is on, folks, but for a supposed strongman, nobody in his own government is home.

— His “Gestapo” Cannot Silence a Single Loudmouth —

The Left calls ICE his secret police. His brownshirts. His Gestapo. If that is true, it is the most PATHETIC secret police in the recorded history of tyranny.

What a REAL secret police does to critics: The actual Gestapo, formed in 1933, sent Germans to Dachau — which opened March 22, 1933, mere weeks into the regime — for telling the wrong joke. The Nazis held public book burnings on May 10, 1933, torching the works of authors they disliked in front of cheering crowds. In the Soviet Union, the poet Osip Mandelstam wrote a sixteen-line poem mocking Stalin in 1933; he was arrested in 1934 and died in a transit camp near Vladivostok in December 1938. A POEM. Sixteen lines. And when protesters gathered, real dictators did what real dictators do: the Chinese Communist Party opened fire on its own students in Tiananmen Square on June 3 and 4, 1989. Hafez al-Assad leveled the city of Hama in February 1982, killing tens of thousands to crush dissent.

Now behold the crushing iron fist of MAGA tyranny:

, a progressive influencer with a seven-figure following and a paid Substack, spends every waking hour branding Trump a fascist. She is… still posting. Still solvent. Still free. Mandelstam got a labor camp for sixteen lines; JoJo gets a subscribe button for sixteen posts a day.

  • Bluesky — an entire platform that exists mostly to hate this man — is up, running, and uncensored.
  • Late-night hosts and sketch comedians roast him by name every single night, and they all still have their shows, their studios, and their dental. A real dictator jails the cartoonist. This one gets impersonated in a bad wig on network television.
  • The “No Kings” protests filled streets in cities across the country. Crowds in the MILLIONS. Marching under a banner that mocks him as royalty. His response? He let them march, then go home, then apply for the permit for the NEXT one. In Beijing in 1989 the tanks rolled. In America the biggest danger a “No Kings” marcher faced was a parking ticket and a sunburn.

Quinn’s Law #12: Liberals do not engage in debate; they try to silence you — because if they engaged, they would lose. Notice which side is actually shutting down speech, and which side keeps handing out microphones and permits.

Bravo. Some strongman. Couldn’t organize a book burning inside a match factory.

— He LOSES Fights To His Own Party —

A genuine tyrant does not negotiate. Not with enemies, and CERTAINLY not with his own coalition. His word is law and the legislature applauds on cue.

What a REAL dictator’s legislature looks like: After 1933 the German Reichstag met a handful of times a year for the sole purpose of clapping. The Supreme Soviet approved every measure unanimously, hands shooting up in perfect rows. North Korea’s Supreme People’s Assembly to this day votes 100 percent yes, every time, forever.

Our “dictator”? He HAGGLES with Congress like the rest of us haggle at a used-car lot. He clashes with members of his OWN party over spending and legislation. He gets told no by senators wearing his own hat. There is a functioning legislative branch that writes the laws, controls the purse, and forces him to bargain, compromise, and occasionally eat a loss on live television. He even had to sweat out a whole government-shutdown circus — the same Democrats who spent years lecturing us on the sacred duty to pass CLEAN continuing resolutions suddenly decided a shutdown was worth it, then quietly folded and reopened the government anyway, having accidentally confessed on the record that their own healthcare law collapses the instant the temporary COVID money runs out. But that is a lesson for another day.

A man who loses floor votes to his own party is not a dictator. He is a project manager with a bad steering committee.

— He LEFT Office. After LOSING. On Purpose. —

This is the one that should end the entire conversation.

Here is how real dictators leave power. They do not. Mussolini was shot and hung upside down in a Milan square on April 28, 1945. Hitler shot himself in a bunker on April 30, 1945. Stalin died in office on March 5, 1953. Mao died in office on September 9, 1976. Franco died in office on November 20, 1975. Nicolae Ceaușescu was dragged before a firing squad on December 25, 1989. Muammar Gaddafi was beaten and killed in a ditch on October 20, 2011. The Kim family has never once packed a moving truck; they pass the throne to their sons. And when a modern strongman merely SUSPECTS his time might be up, he changes the rules: Xi Jinping abolished China’s presidential term limits in 2018, and Vladimir Putin rewrote his constitution in 2020 to potentially rule until 2036.

Now the un-tyrant. In 2020, Donald Trump LOST an election. And then — hold onto your latte — he LEFT. He went to Florida. He handed over the nuclear football. He is bound by the 22nd Amendment like every other mortal president. To reclaim power he had to do the single most humiliating thing any self-respecting dictator can imagine: WIN AN ELECTION. Campaign. Debate. Get more votes. Under the same rules. In 2024. While you counted every ballot.

And he got IMPEACHED. TWICE. By the legislature — which is itself proof the legislature had power OVER him, the exact opposite of dictatorship. He sat through both, was acquitted by the constitutional process, and kept operating inside the system that just tried to remove him. Stalin was never impeached. You cannot impeach a man who has already shot the committee.

What is next — this “unstoppable authoritarian” voluntarily submits himself to the voters yet again… wait. He already did that too.

— No Cult. No Camps. No Currency With His Face On It. —

Run the full authoritarian checklist and the man fails every line — and history shows you exactly what passing would look like.

Cult of personality: Stalin renamed a city Stalingrad and hung his portrait in every office in the USSR. Mao put his sayings in the Little Red Book and made 900 million people wave it. The Kim family requires a portrait of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il on the wall of every single home in North Korea, dusted daily, inspected by the state. Turkmenistan’s Saparmurat Niyazov made his own book, the Ruhnama, mandatory reading to get a driver’s license, and built a gold statue of himself that rotated to face the sun. Saddam Hussein put statues of himself on every corner in Iraq — the world watched one get toppled in Firdos Square on April 9, 2003.

America’s “dictator”? There is no mandatory Trump portrait at your DMV. No loyalty oath at the school assembly. No law against mocking his hair. You can call him a clown to his face on live television and the worst you get back is a mean nickname.

State media? He has a press corps that despises him, investigates him daily, and openly debates whether to even AIR his speeches. There is no Ministry of Truth — there is MSNBC. Political prisons full of Democratic staffers? They do not exist; enforcement runs through the same ordinary courts that keep enjoining him. And his most powerful ally — the richest man on Earth, who owns the very platform we are posting on — had a spectacular PUBLIC falling out with him, trashed him online for the world to see, and remains free, wealthy, and fully in control of his companies and his account. Röhm turned on Hitler and got the Night of the Long Knives. Musk turned on Trump and kept his rockets, his fortune, and his megaphone.

Quinn’s Law #2: If you want to know what liberals are up to, watch what they accuse conservatives of. They howl “DICTATOR” while THEY campaign to abolish the Senate, pack the Court, torch the Electoral College, and criminalize “misinformation.” Projection: not just a river in Egypt.

— The 25th Amendment Punchline —

And here is the grand finale — the moment the whole accusation folds under its own weight.

The SAME people insisting this man is a criminal genius quietly strangling the republic ALSO insist he is so senile, so cognitively vacant, so far gone that we must invoke the 25th Amendment to pry him loose.

So he is, at once:

  1. The most dangerous authoritarian mastermind since the 1930s, AND
  2. Too incompetent to be trusted with cutlery.

Pick. One. You cannot execute the most sophisticated coup in human history AND require a caretaker to find the restroom. That is not analysis; that is a horoscope co-written by two people who despise each other. Life is hard — but it is harder when your two talking points shoot each other in the parking lot.

— The Verdict —

Let us tally the scorecard for the World’s Worst Dictator.

Look at the SPEED of the real ones. Hitler went from Chancellor on January 30, 1933, to total legislative power by March 23, 1933 — under sixty days — and after Hindenburg died on August 2, 1934, he merged the offices of President and Chancellor into “Führer” and made the entire army swear a personal oath to him. Sixty days to break a nation. Trump is YEARS into his supposed reign of terror, and here is his complete authoritarian haul:

  • Elections? Still happening. On schedule. He LEFT once after LOSING — a maneuver so un-dictatorial that Stalin just fainted a second time in the afterlife.
  • Courts? Still ruling against him, including his own appointees. Still being obeyed.
  • Press? Still calling him Hitler nightly, from studios he forgot to seize.
  • Congress? Still writing the laws, holding the purse, and impeaching him for sport.
  • Opposition? Still free, funded, loud, and already fundraising for 2028.
  • States? Still openly defying him — and getting SUED for it, not deported to Siberia.
  • Allies? Free to betray him and keep their billions.

Hitler needed eight weeks. Stalin needed a basement. Mao needed a Little Red Book. Trump has had years, every institutional tool a would-be strongman could dream of, and has used exactly none of them the way every real strongman in history always has. If this is fascism, it is the most courteous, rule-following, constitutionally-handcuffed fascism ever attempted by a human being.

The truth is simpler, and it will never fit on a protest sign: he is not a dictator. He is a polarizing, ELECTED president operating inside a stubborn constitutional republic that keeps telling him NO — and keeps watching him take the NO for an answer. Which is the one thing no genuine tyrant in history has ever done.

So the next time your timeline erupts with “DEMOCRACY IS DYING,” ask the poster one gentle question: if he is such a GOOD dictator, why are YOU still free to post that?

I will wait for the answer. I have a feeling it is coming faster than green grass goes through a goose.
