Hillary Clinton, a/k/a Crooked Hillary, is arguably the most corrupt politician in US history. On September 16, 2021, special counsel Durham indicted attorney Michael Sussmann of lying to James Baker during a meeting he had with the then-FBI general counsel in October 2016, weeks before the 2016 election. Sussman met with Baker to tell him about “Trump ties” to Russia. Sussman told Baker he was acting as a private citizen but did not disclose he worked as a partner for the law firm, Perkins Coie, that represented Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC.
The indictment charges that Sussman led Baker to believe he was acting as a “good citizen.”

If Baker would have spent five seconds googling “Michael Sussman” he would have confirmed that Sussman worked as a partner at Perkins Coie law firm.
It is difficult to believe that Baker did not know this even without a Google search, which raises the question of why Baker believed Sussmann.
Sussmann also represented a tech company, referred to as Tech 1-executive,( Rodney Joffe of Neustar), that was used to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump presidency, and to create the impression that Trump was communicating with Russia.
On February 11, 2022, Durham filed a Motion with the Court titled “Motion to Inquire into Potential Conflicts of Interests.” The purpose is to notify the Court that there is a potential conflict of interest for the law firm of Latham and Watkins to represent Sussman. The Motion states:
“The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic pertaining to (i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (“EOP”). (Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.”

In simple language the Joffe company and others were spying on the Trump campaign and the Trump presidency.
Sussmann worked with others to concoct a story that the “Trump Organization” was using a “secret channel of communications” to interact with Alfa Bank, a Russian bank.
They accessed the servers at the Trump campaign and White House. The Hillary campaign was creating and planting evidence with the FBI and CIA that Trump colluded with Russia collusion to support her delusionary charges that she should have won the election and Russia helped Trump win.
Crooked Hillary did this through her agents. The only ones who would not believe Crooked Hillary did this are the Democratic Media, and probably Mitt Romney and Mitch McConnell.
The Joffe company discovered exculpatory evidence that would have helped Trump, but Sussman did not disclose this to the FBI and CIA.

In Watergate, Nixon’s men broke into the DNC headquarters. It is not clear what they were looking for. There was no evidence that Nixon authorized or knew about the break-in. At worst Nixon tried to protect his men by suggesting the CIA tell the FBI to back off because of national security concerns, which was never told to the CIA and the FBI was not interfered with.
Here, Crooked Hillary’s boys accessed the servers at the Trump campaign and White House, which is much worse than one break-in to get paper documents.
Crooked Hillary’s was an ongoing break-in to defeat Trump and ruin his presidency.
The Russia Hoax led to the Mueller Investigation that wasted millions of dollars, bitterly divided our country, and helped Biden win.
Crooked Hillary’s boys fed lies to the Democratic Media. They were aided by those at the FBI who knew or should have known that Sussmann represented the DNC. The FBI should never have accepted without question the information provided by Sussmann because they must have known that Sussmann worked at the law firm that represented the DNC and the Hillary campaign, and therefore should have questioned his sources and information, and investigated it with great scrutiny.
The big question is will Sussmann take the fall, or will he testify about what the others, such as Hillary, knew and when they knew it, and who are the “others?”
If a Republican did this or even suggested this, the Democrats and their Media would have convened Senate and House Committees, as in Watergate, to investigate, and the Democratic Media would be running stories on this not-stop.
