Gender Identity is a Harmful Cancer
The Democrats and the Left (and I am being redundant) have become the party of Marxism, indoctrination, and pedophilia. The Left has an unhealthy and deranged preoccupation with sex. This goes well beyond the freedom to practice their derangements, and has become a preoccupation with grooming children, infusing them with gender identity nonsense, and in some cases encouraging gender identity crises behind the backs of parents. The Left is trying to sexualize young children and indoctrinate them. The end-state goal of the Left is that once your children are part of the derangement clique then convince kids that “those other guys hate you because you’re in our club” and use that to drive them farther to the Left. It’s like telling people that white cops are on a racist murder spree against unarmed black men, when the actual number is about 12 deaths a year.
In a recent article I wrote, Disney, once the benchmark of family and children’s programming, admitted that they have a blatant agenda that 50% of all characters in upcoming children’s “entertainment” will be queer. Schools and teachers are sexualizing our children. Recently a teacher was filmed telling students that sometimes doctors make a mistake when they determine the gender of a baby!! Recently YouTube removed a video in which Tucker Carlson interviewed someone that transitioned, regretted it, and then “de-transitioned.” Disney and others are up in arms about the Florida Parental Rights in Education Act that prohibits discussions of gender identity to children in ages K-3. Here’s a news flash: If it takes a law to tell teachers that they shouldn’t be talking to kindergarteners about sex, they don’t belong in a classroom. In fact, they should be labeled as sexual predators and placed on sex offender registries. Just this week, Florida banned half the math text books, presumably promoted by teachers’ unions, school boards, and teachers, because they included gender identity, critical race theory, diversity and other woke topics. Why does a math problem have to involve computing the ratio of (delusional) non-binary students in a classroom? (By the way, the ratio in that math problem was 50%, when in fact the national population is something like .6%, so the math problem in that textbook was designed to create a false impression of the number of people who are ignoring basic biology and imply that gender derangement is normal.)
Schools and teachers grooming children by pushing them into LGBTQ “clubs” where they are pressured to claim a different gender. Parents and schools are conducting child abuse by mangling children and making them take transition drugs. Here’s a hint: If teachers or school administrators tells your kid to “don’t tell your parents,” they know they are doing something repugnant. When my kids were in school or camp, the nurse couldn’t even give them an aspirin without parent approval, but in the minds of the deranged Left, giving kids transition drugs (or abortions) without notifying parents is okay. Developmentally, when are kids able to even comprehend sexuality? Can an 11-year-old be pansexual or transsexual? Or is this really about parents and teachers following a fad to the detriment of their children? Why has being transgender become a “me too” fad?

Even the Hallmark Channel is getting into the act. I like the Hallmark movies, because I don’t have to worry about who is going to tear off their clothes, the language is clean, the stories are interesting, and they have a happy ending — much like the screwball comedies of the thirties and forties, that I enjoy. But the advertising on the Hallmark channel is unabashedly woke. Rarely are couples portrayed in their ads that aren’t interracial. Now, I don’t have any problems with interracial couples, but why does every commercial need an interracial couple? And recently it seems that every Hallmark movie must include a homosexual couple as well.
Parenthetically, the Left’s preoccupation with sex I think contributes to feelings of homosexuality as well. The dogma confuses some into thinking that strong friendship and bonding must be a sexual relationship. Cannot men feel a strong bond (like soldiers do) without it being construed as homosexual? Why is everything about sex to the Left?
So, what is the science behind all this gender identity indoctrination?
Gender Identity and Gender Fluid Ideology is Harmful to Children
Affirmation-based care (confirming that the child’s feelings of being in the wrong body) is abhorrently dangerous for both the physical and mental well-being of innocent children and adolescents. The word innocent is especially relevant in the case of David Reimer, as the antiscientific notion that gender is fluid and medically malleable resulted in his later suicide. Despite Reimer’s childhood sexual exploitation and subsequent affirmative care, he expressed experiencing gender dysphoria, consistent with being born a biological male.
Walt Heyer provides a personal account of his experience with transgenderism, reiterating the harmful effects of gender fluidity. Throughout childhood, Heyer was conditioned by his grandmother to cross-dress and later experienced sexual abuse perpetrated by his uncle. According to Heyer,
“That abuse caused me to not want to be male any longer. Cross-dressing gave me an escape. I lay awake at night, secretly begging God to change me into a girl. In my childlike thinking, if I could only be a girl, then I would be accepted and affirmed by the adults in my life. I would be safe.”
Radical gender ideology also results in indirect harm to minors. In Loudon County, Virginia, due to lax bathroom policies promoting biological men to utilize women’s bathrooms, a 15-year old girl was physically and sexually assaulted. What’s more, the school district failed at notifying parents regarding the incident. To summarize, a female child was assaulted at school and officials failed to appropriately notify parents, putting the safety of their children in jeopardy. Unfortunately, this is not the only occurrence of an assault related to “gender nonconformity” and bathroom usage, as a report in Georgia indicates that a 5-year old girl was assaulted in 2018. Per a DailyWire article, males assaulting their female counterparts in bathrooms is not uncommon, particularly when bathrooms are not separated based off immutable biological sex.
Affirmation-based services are not nearly as successful as the Left makes them out to be. In his thoughtful analysis of a Swedish study examining the long-term effects of sex reassignment surgery, Dr. Ryan Anderson highlights the following:
“The most thorough follow-up of sex-reassigned people-extending over 30 years and conducted in Sweden, where the culture is strongly supportive of the transgendered-documents their lifelong mental unrest. Ten to 15 years after surgical reassignment, the suicide rate of those who had undergone sex-reassignment surgery rose to 20 times that of comparable peers.”
According to a review of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, GnRH agonists (i.e., puberty blockers) yield no statistically significant improvements in gender dysphoria or mental health more generally. Additionally, studies that did demonstrate mild improvements were riddled with confounding variables and practitioner bias. Per an issue titled “Do Not Sterilize Children,” desistance rates, or the percentage of children who are ameliorated of gender dysphoria, are extremely high, with males demonstrating anywhere between 70 and 97.8% and females 50-88%. If the natural recovery rate is so large, why would pubertal suppression be helpful, much less warranted? The risks appear to dramatically outweigh the benefits.
The Left constantly claims that affirmative therapeutics, both physical and mental, are required to reduce the LGBTQ+ community’s heightened suicidal ideation, attempt, and completion rates, which are four times higher than those not involved in the cult. One of the issues with examining reports pertaining to the impact of puberty blockers is the subjective nature of response collection. Per a review synthesizing the 2015 U.S. Transgender Survey, while those receiving puberty blockers reported lower levels of lifetime suicidal ideation, they were also found to attempt suicide, resulting in hospitalization, two times higher than those abstained from taking puberty blockers.
Validity to “Woman Stuck in a Man’s Body” Argument
How can the Left declare that a man has the ability to desperately declare that he is a woman if the term “woman” cannot even be defined, despite the pledge that a black woman would be nominated to the supreme court? That tongue-twisting sentence in and of itself demonstrates just how flawed and ridiculous gender ideology is. Over the past few years, differences between the terms gender and sex have been drastically conflated and resulted in a massive uptick in gender dysphoria. This can be examined very easily through observation of the Planned Parenthood website, which provides two pieces, one examining gender roles, and the other discussing the term intersex. Per the website, gender roles involve a sex’s stereotypical public actions and presentation. While casual dress for men tends to involve wearing a button-up shirt and tie, for example, women oftentimes don dresses. So what?
One click later, the term intersex is discussed, with statements that many individuals may not “fit the boxes” of male and female. Legitimate medical abnormalities and gender roles/identity are explored in the same sentence, demonstrating an utter conflation of the terms gender and sex. Additionally, the statistic arguing that 1-2% of the population is intersex is exaggerated significantly, as 0.018% is the accurate percentage. This is yet another attempt at misguiding innocent youth who may not yet understand how to search for scientifically sound studies by claiming that various derangements are “normal.”
The term ‘tomboy’ has been out of commission for some time now due to the notion that activities and behaviors cannot be separated into the simplistic categories of boy or girl. For instance, if a girl decides to sport athletic clothing, which may be more characteristic of a boy, that does not mean she is acting “boyish.” Utilizing this synthesis, it can be deduced that behavioral differences do not denote or alter one’s biological sex. Agreed! If this is indeed the case, however, then why do drag queens wear dresses, lipstick, makeup, and other feminine accessories? Which is it: are men who dress like women therefore women, or is doing so completely unnecessary since there are no gender norms and men and women cannot be labeled as aesthetically different? A simple solution to the above predicament would be to separate individuals based off biological differences, though perhaps a biologist would need to be consulted to determine genomic and cellular variables that an incompetent pleb is unable to do.
It is possible for people to enjoy activities that are stereotypically associated with the opposite gender without being trapped in the wrong body. When Rosey Grier, of the New York Giants and the original Fearsome Foursome of the LA Rams, revealed that he liked to crochet on plane trips make him a female? When Joe Namath revealed that he wore pantyhose to keep warm on the field, did that make him a girl? I wouldn’t want to be the one to tell either of them that to their faces! If a girl likes carpentry, does that mean she is trapped in a man’s body? The Left’s inconsistency in this regard is unfathomable. What does it mean to be trapped in the wrong body when the Left cannot even agree what is a woman or man, boy or girl, other than objective biology? More importantly, if a person has self-esteem issues or is unhappy, why does that mean they are trapped in the wrong body and not attributed to some other cause?
Jordan Peterson, a Canadian psychologist, has consistently noted the differences between men and women, which can be broken down psychologically. According to Peterson, “on average, men are more interested in things and woman in people.” Differences in aggressive tendencies and agreeableness have also been observed, with men demonstrating higher levels of aggression, and woman tending to be more agreeable. While variances have been discovered, their significance is oftentimes minute. Thus, despite men and women being biologically diverse from one another, their psychological makeup may differ on more of an individualistic level. This suggests that, while women may generally tend to be characterized as agreeable and consciences, there is potential for aggressiveness to spill over, possibly paired with increased neuroticism. Likewise, while men may tend to be biologically wired with higher levels of aggression, there are some individuals who display heightened agreeableness. To summarize, psychological and cultural differences between the sexes may overlap, but that does not negate biological variances. A man who displaying a reduced level of aggressiveness than his peers is not a woman, nor is a more aggressive woman a man. Biology matters and is a completely distinct entity. The conflation of biological sex and gender has resulted in rampant dysphoria.
Summary
If an adult wants to pretend to be of the opposite gender (there are only two), adults have the freedom to do that. What I have never understood is self-identifying being trans and shoving that in your face. If you want to pretend to be a girl, go ahead. But be a girl, not a trans girl. “Trans” identification is an attempt to make you accept their derangement as normal, when it is not. When did we stop identifying things as abnormal that occur in less than a percent of the population and is objectively, physically untrue? If 0.18% of the population had horns growing out of their heads, we would call that abnormal.
In the past, the vast majority of “trans” people were men who wanted to be women. Recently there has been a huge spike in young girls who think they are boys. If LGBTQ+ people are “born that way” instead of groomed and socialized, how do you explain the recent spike? I attribute it to a fad. A five-year-old cannot possibly have enough self-awareness to declare that he is non-binary or in the wrong body. Five-year-old children don’t even have a fully formed sense of right and wrong, truth and lies. There was a news story last week that a woman declared that her infant was trans! Really?! How would you know? Gender identity is a tool used by the Left to further destroy American culture. For the sheeple, gender identity has become a fad that “me too” and virtue signaling parents are projecting on their kids. This is child abuse, plain and simple.

For the left, to agree with any ‘traditional’ moral values when it comes to sex is tantamount to being an evil reich-wing Republican, so they wind up supporting the most cockamamie far left positions advocated by anyone.
So, I’ve got to ask: when an oh-so-progressive white woman, supporter of Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Emhoff and the ‘LGBTQIA+’ agenda finds out that her husband has been dallying with a pre-operative ‘transgender woman,’ is she going to be wholly understanding?
Some polls have shown that a slight majority of Democrats agree with restricting the ability of the public schools to teach sexual deviancy to prepubescent children, because somehow, some way, even parts of the left are realizing that it’s their children as well being put at risk.
