How does a country go about setting up what it defines as its goals? What should those goals be? Why do we have, it seems, two competing ideas about which direction our country should be heading? Evidently, it is all about power, at least with one of those ideas, and maybe both.
We have founding documents that are supposed to restrict what the federal government can do, and that illustrate what our rights are, but does it set a path for the direction, economically? Does it allow one ideology to make changes in the direction of our economy causing someone to live or die, by the stroke of a pen, in the form of an executive order? That’s exactly what has been happening with all the Executive Orders(Actions, or whatever the heck you want to call them).
The Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution make no reference to governance made by the stroke of a pen, so why is it being allowed? All it has done is destroy one big roaring economy, only to demean the once great reputation of the USA, and cause harm to its citizens. Those two documents only reference certain rights granted to government, and specifically name that it is only at the behest of the governed. In other words, it is the citizen who is the boss, not the government. Yet, a political ideology has taken over and made a few changes which were never granted, except by our complacency, or because of the efforts of thieves and criminals wishing to consolidate power and control, that we are being led down that path to oblivion.
Some, many actually, use the term “God given rights”, and John Adams said that the Constitution was “only” for a moral and religious people. Where does that give a secular and hungry for power group any rights at all? It doesn’t. That bunch decided they were going to “take” that power and control, and we are letting them.I don’t see Congress setting any examples that a representative republic would be proud of, when you, who believe in the polling say that those of us who are on the conservative side are winning the battle and are going to win an election in a landslide. Where is that football, Lucy? Are we just being set up for another fail? Or are we being promised something that the politicians have no intention of delivering on? What is moral about that?
If we don’t start forcing our potential political candidates and those who are already holding office to do what we sent them to Washington DC to do, we are doomed. There’s a goal we should have been doing for decades. We keep sending them to DC, and they keep betraying us, the People, who are the Boss. I think that betrayal already made the US Constitution go on that sabbatical I have mentioned in the past, and that it has been harmed so bad that there are no options left, unless you want to live like Klaus Schwab wants you to. I sure don’t, and I sure don’t want to see future generations have to live like that, also.
Our main goal should be reinstating the letters and words found in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, and how we get that done doesn’t matter to me, because the only option we haven’t used is Article V in the Constitution, which can restore, but it is still dependent on the same complacency that got us here: Politicians, only different ones.
Read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. It’s not for me to put up a few quotes. Go read the whole thing. You could sneak it in between Genesis and Exodus, and not lose a beat with either. Those documents contain the pathway for the goals we should be living happily by, right now. Instead, we have that one ideology killing people the old fashioned way, one body at a time by making it harder to find opportunity,… and gas, and baby formula, etc.
It is a time for choosing. Run them out of DC, or a civil war. Choose your method before it is too late.
