LEDE: Mixing male and female prisoners will get someone killed before it’s over
A truism I’ve learned over the years, you think someone’s stupidity is hitting rock bottom, he can’t get any worse. Then he grabs the pickax and starts to break the stone.
These articles remind me of when I was instructed on using a fingerprint machine (First generation digital system) at my old army reserve unit. The instructor showed us how to fill in the information on the screen, name, height, weight, etc. It came to sex, I made the comment, “That should be easy.” The instructor responded, “You would think so.”
My choices: Male; Female; Male claiming to be female; Female claiming to be male; Birth male in sex change to female; Birth female in sex change to male; Refused; Unsure. Their may have been a few others, but it astonished me, and this was back in 2003 (?).
The issue with leftist destroying amateur sports is bad enough. But this is beyond belief. A New York assemblyman actually says of males, calling themselves “women” to get themselves housed with actual female prisoners, “these are not ‘men.’”
In a letter responding to a constituent, Democratic New York state senator Kevin Parker dismissed concerns that admitting male inmates into the state’s women’s prisons would endanger vulnerable female residents, simply declaring that because the male prisoners identify as transgender, they “are not men.”
The constituent, a lifelong Democrat and the mother of a child struggling with gender dysphoria, petitioned Parker after she learned of a bill recently passed by the state legislature that would enshrine and protect “gender identity” and “gender expression” in all areas of public life.
“As you mistakenly mentioned, these are not ‘men’ with ill intentions but are a part of transgender individuals who have the right to identify with their respective gender identities,” Parker responded in a letter obtained by National Review. “They are, in fact, women, many of whom have gone through an all-encompassing, lengthy, and life-threatening transition…”
Where to start? Forgive me for being blunt, you are born with a penis between your legs, you are male. You have a vagina, you are female. Those are that fact of life.
Two, women and men are different, and they are born that way. Time magazine actually discovered that and put it on a cover story years ago. Critically, men are physically stronger than women, 999 times out of 1000. I know there are some femal mixed martial arts devotees who can kick men’s asses on the street. They are the exception, and we cannot make policy on the exception to fact.
Back to the prison issue, I spent a year as a supervisor for a male only jail. The upper floor was for Class C prisoners, minor offenses like Public Intoxication, Urinating in Public, etc. The lower floor was for the “hold” prisoners, the more serious crimes, from Criminal Trespass (Class B Misdemeanor) to Capital Murder. It was an experience when you dealt with murder suspects who saw nothing in killing you. Not trying to be dramatic, but they knew they were going to prison for the rest of their lives. What is killing one more?
I had several staffers who were female, and we knew to keep them with male jailers. The fact was most of the male prisoners could overwhelm the female jailers, as well as the males.
Something to remember, once a person is taken into custody by the police, their wellbeing is now the public’s responsibility. Once the cops pass the prisoners to the jail, that facility is responsible for their welfare. This is what happens when liberal politicians get a hold of public policy:
Lawsuit: Female Prisoner Says She Was Raped by Transgender Inmate
An inmate at Illinois’ largest women’s prison says she was raped by a transgender inmate who was transferred into her housing unit last year, and claims Illinois Department of Corrections officials conducted a “sham investigation” to help cover up the incident.
In a federal lawsuit filed last week, a Jane Doe inmate at the Logan Correctional Center in central Illinois said that after being sexually assaulted in June 2019, she was coerced by a supervisory officer into denying the attack took place and then punished for filing a “false” complaint under the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)…
“The transfer of transgender inmates from male to female prisons has been a contentious policy within IDOC,” the plaintiff’s Peoria-based attorneys wrote in a five-page complaint. “In an attempt to justify the transfers, Defendants Sexton, Calhoun, Keeler and currently other unknown IDOC employees covered up the sexual assault of Plaintiff and tried to falsely classify it as consensual, to keep it from being considered a PREA violation.”
Two transgender inmates who were housed in men’s prisons, Strawberry Hampton and Janiah Monroe, have sued IDOC separately in recent years, demanding they be moved to Logan because they’d allegedly been the target of sexual harassment and abuse from male inmates and prison employees…
…An IDOC spokeswoman did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
I am not surprised they don’t want to talk about this disaster. Well, this stupidity is not just on our side of the Atlantic:

Karen White, 52, who was described as being a danger to women and children, admitted sexually assaulting women in a female prison and raping another two women outside jail…
…The 52-year-old, who is currently transitioning, was sentenced yesterday for two counts of rape, two sexual assaults and one offence of wounding.
White has previous convictions for indecent assault, indecent exposure and gross indecency involving children, animal cruelty and dishonesty…
The Ministry of Justice has apologised for moving her to the women’s prison, saying that her previous offending history had not been taken into account…
You think maybe you should look at that first before you put a male predator in drag into an area full of women for him to assault? This won’t make up for what they endured, but I can only hope the women sue Her Majesty’s government for a king’s ransom. Great Britain eliminated capital punishment decades ago, but someone needs to hang for this.
Here is another classic, from New Jersey (I know, shocking):
NJ women’s prison inmates pregnant after sex with transgender prisoner
Two inmates serving time in New Jersey’s only state prison for women became pregnant after they had sex with a transgender inmate, according to a report Wednesday.
The unidentified jailbirds became pregnant at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility after engaging in “consensual sexual relationships with another incarcerated person,” the state Department of Corrections told NJ.com.
In 2021, New Jersey enacted a policy to allow prisoners to be housed in accordance with their preferred gender identity.
The policy was part of a settlement from a civil rights suit brought by a woman forced to live in men’s prisons for 18 months.
There are more than 800 prisoners, including 27 transgender women, at the Jersey correctional facility, which does not require trans women to undergo gender reassignment surgery in order to be housed there.
OK, how can a “female,” who, by definition cannot produce sperm, impregnate females who can only produce eggs? I’ll wait for the answer on this on.
One thing I’ve noticed on these “women in transition” issues, it’s always males transitioning to female. I have yet to hear of a female teenager “transition” to male, and try to compete in men’s swimming or track. Could it be the fact they will never come close to winning a completion, or sexually assault a woman? Can’t be that, can it?
Like many a cop, I make off color jokes about prison rape, but it is a serious topic. Prisoners, state or federal, are under the care of a government agency. It is bad enough when we don’t have liberals allowing males into female prisons. With idiots like this New York assemblyman (Excuse me, assembly non-birthing person) opening the gates, the lawsuits (And with any luck prosecution) will stop governments from encouraging prison rape. We can only hope.
The solution is obvious, tell these “males” sorry boys, take off your makeup, you’re in male lockup. But knowing many states will not go the easy way, fine, set up an isolated wing or other segregated area and let all the transexual “females” live with themselves. Hey, a transexual “female” can’t sexually assault other transexual “females,” right?

In terms of sex, the choices should be three: male, female, and those with a mental disorder called gender dysphoria.
Don’t know if you’ve ever heard of Cigar Dave? He use to be on radio, now podcast, on cigars, life in general. His answer, “There are three sexes. Male, female, and freak.”
A few months back I discussed the Texas law prohibiting sex assignment surgery until you’re 18. I mentioned to someone who was very annoyed about the law it specifically exempts intersexuals, which is a very small fraction of a percent of newborns. But wanting to mutilate the body (and that is what destruction of healthy flesh is) is a decision for an adult, not a child. You need the permission of a parent to piece you ears, but you want a 15 year old to be able to remove her breast. Good God, what freaks are thinking of this crap.
Without this coaching, most of this wouldn’t have happened.

The solution is actually to say “Tough s&&*, you are a male, you compete with the other males…” but until this is done, I would try this. All the young women get together and agree once the gun goes on your track or swim meet, just stand there and let the transexual “female” take off. Show his award for what it’s worth.
