The Twitter Files revealed that an unholy alliance between the Democratic Party, the FBI, Big Tech, and the legacy media worked together to interfere in the 2020 presidential election. These powerful entities abused their power to achieve a common goal: to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story. The revelations expose a concerted effort to manipulate the free flow of information to voters ahead of a critical election.
This was not their first rodeo. In 2016, this corrupt group collaborated to frame former President Donald Trump as an agent of Russia. By the spring of 2019, the scheme had completely unraveled.
Deeply disturbed by the Mueller team’s failure to find evidence that Trump had colluded with the Kremlin to win the election, Democrats seized upon a July 2019 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. During the call, Trump asked him to look into Hunter Biden’s lucrative job with Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings and former Vice President Joe Biden’s famous 2014 threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko fired the prosecutor who was about to interview his son.
An anonymous whistleblower with second-hand information submitted a complaint to the Intelligence Community inspector general. His information had come from a colleague, the insufferable Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, then-Director for European Affairs for the National Security Council, who had allegedly been alarmed by the call. The Democrats refused to publicly identify this individual. He is alleged to be CIA analyst Eric Ciaramella, a young man with deep connections to Biden himself, former CIA Director John Brennan and current Biden domestic policy advisor Susan Rice. This complaint sparked the inquiry that led to Trump’s first impeachment by the House in December 2019.
Meanwhile, that same month, the FBI took possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop which he had dropped off at a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, eight months earlier and never retrieved. The proprietor, John Paul Mac Isaac, later told Fox News that the FBI was curiously uninterested in his revelations. He said, “I think that was my first indication that maybe the FBI was more interested in returning the laptop to the former owner and protecting the Bidens than they were [in] protecting me or getting this to the proper channel.”
It wasn’t the trove of homemade pornography found on the laptop that concerned Republicans. Emails strongly suggested Hunter Biden had sold access to his powerful father. The most damning was one that showed the “big guy” was slated to receive a 10% stake in the profits of a joint venture with CEFC China Energy, a company tied to the Chinese Communist Party. Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski, has gone on the record repeatedly to say the “big guy” was indeed Joe Biden.
If the allegations that Biden was set to benefit financially from the Chinese government were true, then the possible future president would be compromised. This represented a risk to U.S. national security and voters deserved to know about it.
Throughout his campaign, Joe Biden strenuously denied he had any knowledge of his son’s foreign business dealings. His denials were bolstered when 51 former high-ranking Intelligence Community officials, led by rabid anti-Trumpers James Clapper and John Brennan, published an open letter which said the laptop had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
We now know from whistleblowers that an FBI investigation into the laptop was scuttled by the agent in charge in the months leading up to the 2020 election.
When the New York Post broke the laptop story in mid-October 2020, Twitter executives did the unthinkable: they censored the report. So did Facebook. During an interview on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast earlier this year, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted Facebook suppressed circulation of the story following a warning from the FBI about potential Russian disinformation. The legacy media did their part by either discrediting the story or simply failing to report it.
Every step of the way, the Biden campaign was aided and abetted by the FBI, Big Tech executives, and the national press, who worked together to carry out the Democratic Party’s agenda. If there had been any lingering doubts, the release of the “Twitter Files” has erased them.
In September, Biden delivered arguably the most disingenuous speech ever made by a U.S. president. Standing before an unforgettable “blood red” backdrop at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, he angrily declared that “MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
With clenched fists, Biden accused Republicans of what Democrats were actually doing. “And here, in my view, is what is true: MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution. They do not believe in the rule of law. They do not recognize the will of the people.”
The revelations from the Twitter Files have exposed the real threat to America: the massive abuses of power by the so-called Department of Justice, Big Tech, and the liberal media. It was a team effort to support one political party – the Democrats.
And their handiwork has left America a “democratic republic” in name only.
