To many conservatives, deplorables, and patriots, the Federal government has become an organized crime junta, growing its reach and power like any cartel, stealing from the people they are supposed to be serving, and openly engaging in graft and corruption. There was a time when graft and corruption were hidden, but now if you are in the Marxist camp, you can flaunt your corruption in public and know that the media will give you a “pass.”
Britannica defines organized crime as a “complex of highly centralized enterprises set up for the purpose of engaging in illegal activities.”
It is easy to look at the actions of the Federal government and reach this conclusion. Equal protection under the law is a fading memory as the criminal cartel in Washington takes overt actions against those not in the cartel, we taxpayers. Just about every policy that we have seen from the Biden junta, whether elected representatives or unaccountable federal bureaucrats, has been an attack on the American people. We need not fear China or Russia. The Biden, Clinton, and Soros crime families are destroying America for them.
Merriam-Webster defines extortion as “To obtain from a person by force, intimidation, or undue or illegal power.” The online dictionary goes on to say,
To extort is literally to wrench something out of someone. Extortion is a mainstay of organized crime. Just as the school bully extorts lunch money from the smaller kids in exchange for not beating them up, thugs extort “protection” money from business owners with threats of violence.
On a nearly daily basis, we see the Feds employ extortionist tactics to intimidate and marginalize voters and censor unacceptable thoughts and views. With increasing frequency and virulence, they encroach on the rights of citizens/serfs and States.
- While Matt Taibbi, the “Twitter files” reporter, was testifying before Congress about the weaponization of the Federal government, IRS agents visited his home unannounced to intimidate him and his family. If you don’t toe the line, the world’s largest terrorist organization will target you.

- The New York Post reported that the FBI arrested a pro-life activist who had already agreed to turn himself into authorities.
Houck’s wife, Ryan-Marie, told Catholic News Agency that a “SWAT team of about 25 came to my house with about 15 vehicles and started pounding on our door.”
“They said they were going to break in if he didn’t open it. And then they had about five guns pointed at my husband, myself and basically at my kids,” she said.
- No one was ever punished when Obama’s IRS illegally targeted conservative groups.
Obama took no action, and his handpicked IRS commissioner, John Koskinen, simply stonewalled congressional investigations. Lois Lerner, the head of the IRS unit at the heart of the scandal, retired with a full pension, and no disciplinary action was taken against any IRS employee.
Finally, last October, the IRS signed a consent decree in federal court in which it admitted to targeting conservative organizations for more than two years, from 2010 through 2013. It confessed that:
its treatment of [conservative organizations] during the tax-exempt determinations process, including screening their applications based on their names or policy positions, subjecting those applications to heightened scrutiny and inordinate delays, and demanding of some Plaintiffs’ information that TIGTA [U.S. Treasury Inspector General, Tax Administration] determined was unnecessary to the agency’s determination of their tax-exempt status, was wrong.
- I am not excusing Trump for storing classified materials improperly in his Mar-a-Lago home. In fact, I wrote an article in which I said that it would be fine with me if Trump, Biden, both Bushes, Pence, Obama, and Clinton were all jailed for mishandling classified materials. They should all be treated alike. Having said that, the raid on Trump’s home was completely unnecessary – as was the armed raid on Roger Stone’s home – designed to intimidate Biden’s political opponents. Everyone knew where Trump’s documents were, and they were under lock and key and protected by the Secret Service. The Biden Junta continues to explore an indictment against Trump for those documents, ignoring the fact that Biden had documents in many locations, not under lock and key, where foreign nationals had easy access to them going all the way back to his time as Senator and Vice President. Which was the greater willful mishandling of documents? Yet, only Trump is being persecuted.
- The Department of Injustice worked to censor unwelcome knowledge of the Hunter Biden laptop and enforce censorship on all-too-willing big tech companies.
- The Department of Injustice threatened to treat parents who protest at school board meetings as domestic terrorists.
Attorney General Merrick Garland sent a memo to the federal law enforcement agency directing it to coordinate with the nation’s 14,000 school districts. This action comes after the Biden administration received a plea from the National School Boards Association (NSBA) to protect schools from the “imminent threat” of parents sending “threatening letters and cyberbullying” school officials. The association considers such activities to be akin to “domestic terrorism.”
“As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes,” wrote the NSBA.
- We were all subjected to COVID fascism (only for a couple of weeks in Florida, but years in most other places). As more information is released that proves we were lied to about tests of the “vaccine” that were never done, claims that the “vaccine” was safe and effective, masking, decontaminating surfaces, etc., it is obvious that all the COVID fascism wasn’t about the vaccine, it was about manipulating and controlling the sheeple. Some State Governors pushed back on the fascism, but most did not, even when facts and data showed that the Feds and Pfizer were deliberately lying to us.
- How many January 6th trespassers have been held in violation of habeas corpus? Recently, with the release of all the footage from that day, we see, yet again, that the Junta has been lying to us.
- The Treasury Department wants to move us all to digital currency so that cash is eliminated, and they can monitor all transactions.
- Credit card companies are being encouraged by the thought police in DC to track firearms transactions to get around the legislation prohibiting a national firearms registry.
- Bank of America even went so far as to “voluntarily” mine their data and give the Feds a list of firearms purchasers who happened to be in Northern Virginia on January 6th. So, the Feds could use this data to persecute people not even suspected of a crime as they went on their fascist fishing expedition all across the nation.
- We have one set of standards and a separate justice system for the ruling junta, as described here.
- Even dedicated Communists, Marxists, America haters, and Leftists think that Alvin Bragg’s case against Trump is politically motivated and, at best, weak. I am no Trump apologist, but the case should be thrown out. As Reuben A. Nogueira pointed out in a Facebook conversation on a close list,
No felony is stated in the indictment, and the supposed, unproven misdemeanor has run its statute of limitations. There is no case. Bragg claims he doesn’t have to name (much less prove) an underlying crime per New York State law. That may be true under New York State law, but that law is in obvious violation of the Sixth Amendment, which guarantees your right “to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation,” so the New York Law is Unconstitutional. The prosecution cannot play “hide and seek” with the charges; otherwise, the accused cannot prepare a proper defense.
Nevertheless, we can expect all motions to dismiss to be rejected by Judge Juan Merchan the judge who clearly and publically leans to the Left. Does anyone think Trump will get a fair trial from the man who presided over the recent Trump organization trial and is known to support Biden and Leftist causes?
As the Feds continue to infringe on our rights and overreach their authority, the courts have largely rolled over. When I mention that the courts need to start enforcing the 10th Amendment and eliminate whole swaths of the Federal government, even conservatives moan that it is too late, that that boat has sailed. That may well be true. We may well become Cuba or Venezuela. Our last line of defense against Federal fascism is the State Governors, but most are unwilling to stand up and be counted. They should be passing laws to stop the Feds.
You don’t stop fascism with more fascism. The point I tried to make in my article about Parental Rights is that the government shouldn’t be passing laws mandating things. They should be passing laws stopping unaccountable and largely unconstitutional bureaucracies from more encroachment – or perhaps defunding whole departments and agencies, as I advocated here.
I blame State Governors for much of the Federal intrusion. The Feds extort the states, and the states are willing dupes. When a state takes one penny of federal money for any program (such as education/indoctrination), they become serfs to the Communist state. There are always strings attached that enable the Feds to interfere with powers that belong to the States under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.
State Governors are our last line of defense against an increasingly tyrannical and overreaching federal bureaucracy. States need to stop taking education and other money from the Feds. Take away the Feds’ lever of interference. Yes, the States might be passing up “free” money. But nothing is “free.” To get that federal money, the States have had to accept federal interference, they have to succumb to federal extortion. Since we spend more per student than every other country in the world, I assert that education would be improved if the States stopped taking Federal money and found ways to limit the reach and power of the Department of Indoctrination and “indoctrination unions” within their States. Let the Feds interfere in Blue states, but in Red states, at least, we should tell the Feds to stay out. When the Department of Injustice sues those States, which they surely will, THAT is our time to use the courts to put teeth in the 10th Amendment.
As Nancy Reagan said, “Just Say No.”
Outstanding article and analysis.
Concur. Outstanding analysis!
Depressing, but outstanding.
When we were Cadets, I had an almost blind trust in “America” and in government. We had a Constitution, after all! Sad to see how far we have wandered from it.
From Townhall:
The U.S. Department of Education proposes a rule allowing biological males to compete on female sports teams. The law would not allow a school or college to receive federal funding if they impose a “one-size-fits-all” policy that bans transgender students from playing on sports teams consistent with their gender identity.
Again, Red states need to turn away federal money so that they cannot be extorted by the feds.
“When a state takes one penny of federal money for any program (such as education/indoctrination), they become serfs to the Communist state. There are always strings attached that enable the Feds to interfere with powers that belong to the States under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.”
I was naively and unquestioningly patriotic in the 1960s, seven years of active military duty.
Not so much anymore.
You have it exactly backwards. All forms of government are parasitical. Governments have been the successful business model that organized crime has adopted and followed since time immemorial.
🤪
everybody needs to stop paying their income tax. all people and companies should do it. states should all start with the flat consumption tax and pass laws outlawing the feds. irs is a joke and was never given the power to tax as they are. congress should get their hands out of the lobbyists pockets and do it now.
I am a huge fan of the Fair Tax, but since it isn’t as useful to corrupt politicians as class warfare, it will never pass.
