The Dems hysterically claim Donald Trump is an evil, racist, tyrant who will destroy our democracy … blah, blah, blah. The Chicken Little narrative has gotten so boring it’s just background noise now. But Gopey Joe and Cackling Kamala are missing a recent development. The United States has never been a democracy. In fact, it’s not even a republic anymore – banana or otherwise. Since we chose the most corrupt, unaccomplished, and mentally deficient President in history to helm our ship of state, we’ve completed a governmental transition – The United States is now an idiocracy.
An idiocracy is a form of government in which the most unqualified among the citizenry are given the reigns of power to see what happens. It’s a bit of political performance art, to entertain a bored population, which thinks freedom and prosperity are forever. As Alfred E. Neuman says: “What could go wrong?”
We knew that Joe Biden wasn’t especially intellectually gifted, and we new that in office he’d do stupid stuff – because Barack Obama said he would. So we sent him to the office with the Resolute Desk, gathered the family, popped some corn, and settled in to see what kind of mischief a government unrestrained by principles could get itself into. Nobody wants to miss a good train wreck.
On the sixth day, God created man and woman and told them to go forth and prosper. Boy did we ever. We copulated ourselves into a population of 8.2 billion children of God. Then Joey from Scranton took something that humans have understood for thousands of years, and made it incomprehensible to the federal government. He appointed intellectual leaders to high government positions, that apparently don’t understand how that reproduction thingy works. We’ve even got a Supreme Court Justice who claims she doesn’t know what a woman is – and she appears to be a woman! Not only that, after claiming she didn’t know what a woman is, Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed by our distinguished members of the Senate. That’s idiocracy in action.
Government at both the state and federal level have decided that we’re not smart enough to select our own mode of transportation. They are mandating and subsidizing battery powered cars, because emissions from burning fossil fuels is super bad – according to government funded idiocrat scientists. With our political selections, we have empowered the government to take away our consumer choices, forcing us to use battery powered vehicles, that must be charged by burning fossil fuels, to eliminate the emissions from burning fossil fuels. Idiocracy.
Our federal government triggered the biggest recession since the Great Depression, by manipulating the mortgage markets to facilitate home sales to people who couldn’t afford them. Some call that predatory lending. Idiocrats call it diversity. The Great Recession of 2008 wiped $11.5T of wealth off the books, and it took America 5 years to dig out of the economic hole dug by our geniuses in D.C. Twelve years after the crash, the people we selected to run the show in Washington are advising banks to approve mortgages for people who can’t afford them – again. Einstein claimed doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result is insanity – but it could also be a whole new level of idiocy.
Since the civil rights movement of the 1960s, being called a racist is about the worst insult that can be leveled at an American. Yet in 2020 we sent a known racist to the Oval Office because he said:
If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.
It seems like we put an idiot in office to keep him from calling us idiots. Once in office, Joe proceeded to normalize government staffing on the basis of skin color. He appointed people to positions from Vice President to Supreme Court justices because they were people of color – and said that was what he was doing. Now he’s encouraging us to segregate our institutions to provide safe spaces for his diversity hires – and it’s starting to look a lot like the 1950s out there. Idiocracy fights racism the only way it knows how to – with more racism.
Our Idiocrat in Chief, Joe Biden, spent $7T that he didn’t have. He picked our pocket with taxes or inflation triggered borrowing, gave a little of it back, called it stimulus, and we thanked him with a midterm election triumph – electing RINOs to run the House and radicals to run the Senate.
Vice Idiocrat Kamala is promising to spend another $1.7T that the government doesn’t have if she’s elected. She’s banking that her base will treat getting a little bit of their own money back – with strings of course – as if it’s a surprise birthday present. She’s hoping we’re just as stupid as she is.
Idiocracy doesn’t only infect the policy makers. It infects the science guys too. In the 1960s, NASA put men on the moon in under 9 years. Every single one of the spacecraft used for that endeavor used thrusters. In 2024, NASA put 2 astronauts into low earth orbit, and can’t bring them back with the same spacecraft – because they’ve forgotten how to make thrusters work.
Kamala Harris isn’t campaigning on a “change of direction” platform. She’s promising to do more of the same stuff that created the current state of government competency. According to polling, around 50 percent of likely voters think that would be swell. They want this sitcom to continue for another 4 years.
That her campaign is even competitive is a sad indictment of the critical thinking skills of the electorate. We don’t know whether the election will be won by the constitutionalists or the idiocrats, but one thing is certain: we’re going to get what we deserve.
