اسرائیل دین تاریخی خود به ایران را بازمی‌گرداند

دو هزار و پانصد و هشتاد سال پیش، کوروش بزرگ، شاه ایران، یهودیان را از اسارت بابِلیان آزاد کرد و آنان را یاری داد تا به سرزمین خود بازگردند و معابدشان را دوباره بنا کنند. او نخستین پادشاهی بود که اصل همزیستی ملل، آزادی ادیان و عدالت برای همه را پایه‌گذاری کرد؛ اصولی که بعدها الهام‌بخش قانون اساسی ایالات متحده آمریکا شدند

امروز، پس از بیش از دو هزاره، گویی تاریخ در حال تکرار است: اسرائیل، این‌بار با ایستادگی در برابر رژیم ستمگر حاکم بر ایران، دین تاریخی خود به ملت ایران را بازمی‌پردازد. ایرانیان، که ۴۶ سال است زیر یوغ ظلم، فساد و خیانت رژیم آخوندی به‌سر می‌برند، بار دیگر در آستانه‌ی آزادی قرار گرفته‌اند. این فرصتی تاریخی برای مردم ایران است تا نظامی دموکراتیک، بر پایه قانون اساسی مدرن و پارلمانی، بنا کنند

نباید فراموش کرد که ۴۶ سال پیش، صدام حسین به ایران حمله کرد و این جنگ را «فتح قادسیه» نامید؛ جنگی که نه‌تنها ایران را ویران کرد، بلکه با همراهی خمینی که آن را «نعمت» نامید، به تثبیت حکومت آخوندها انجامید. با قربانی شدن بیش از یک میلیون ایرانی و عراقی، رژیمی برپا شد که هنوز هم ایران را در اسارت نگاه داشته است

پیروان کوروش در ایران امیدوارند که پرزیدنت ترامپ، با درایت، شجاعت و دید جهانی همیشگی خود، از جان بی‌گناهان در ایران و اسرائیل محافظت کند، و با تحریم‌های هوشمندانه علیه غارتگران ایران، آنان را در اجرای نقشه راه برای تغییر قانون اساسی و نجات ملت ایران یاری دهد

Israel Honors Its Ancient Debt to Iran

2,580 years ago, Cyrus the Great, King of Persia, freed the Jews from Babylonian captivity and helped them return to their homeland to rebuild their temples. Cyrus was the first ruler in history to establish the principles of coexistence among nations, religious freedom, and justice for all—principles that later inspired the Constitution of the United States.

Now, over two millennia later, history seems to come full circle. Israel, by standing firmly against the oppressive regime in Tehran, is repaying its ancient debt to the Iranian people. After 46 years of tyranny, corruption, and betrayal under the Ayatollahs, the Iranian nation stands at the doorstep of freedom and the opportunity to establish a democratic, parliamentary government based on a modern constitution.

Let us not forget: 46 years ago, Saddam Hussein invaded Iran in what he called “the conquest of Qadisiya.” Ayatollah Khomeini welcomed that war as a “divine blessing,” using it to cement his power. Over one million Iranians and Iraqis perished—sacrificed to preserve the rule of clerics in Iran.

The Followers of Cyrus inside Iran hope that President Trump, with his long-standing vision, courage, and clarity, will help prevent the slaughter of innocent people in Iran and Israel.
