The American people, growing weary of the Biden crime wave, elected Donald Trump to remediate the mess that the Dems made of our republic. Trump, being a different kind of President, did something unprecedented upon assuming office – his job. His Department of Homeland Security began rounding up and sending people who had no business being in the United States home.
Among those deported was one Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 gang member. He was sent back to his native El Salvadore, where President Nayib Bukele welcomed him with open arms and a cozy prison cell.
But if President Trump is doing something, it must be bad. So, the “nobody is illegal” Democrats came riding to Garcia’s rescue, making him their cause célèbre.
The propaganda ministry ran endless stories about the Maryland dad, ripped away from his loving family before he had a chance to file his 2024 form 1040.
Former Biden officials became defenders of due process, after spending 4 years turning the rule of law into a bad joke.
El Salvadore became the favorite spring field trip location for Democrats seeking a Latin American vacation on the taxpayer’s dime.
Senator Chris Van Hollen (useful idiot, MD) enjoyed happy hour margaritas with his tatted up “constituent.” He even took cameras along to memorialize the event.
And then Obama Judge Paula Xinis decided she would get on the “do anything to stop Donald Trump” bus. She became Garcia’s guardian angel – ordering the Trump administration to “effectuate” his return to the good ole US of A.
The whole thing made the Supreme Court feel a bit hinky about inferior judges proving that there really are Obama, Biden, and Trump judges in the nonpartisan judicial branch. They ordered Judge Xinis to cool her jets, but stopped short of calling her a constitutionally illiterate imbecile. The Supremes suggested that she take a minute, think about what she was doing, and explain what she meant by “effectuate.” That’s a high-brow way of saying: Rub a couple of brain cells together and come up with a face-saving way to back out of this judicial mess you created.
Well, Judge Paula thought about it for a nanosecond and explained that by “effectuate” she meant get Garcia the hell back on U.S. soil by any means necessary – pronto.
Showing his usual respect to a coequal branch of government, President Trump had his administration effectuate Garcia’s return – pronto. Secretary of State Rubio didn’t send a diplomatic mission to get him back. Nor did Secretary of Defense Hegseth send a Seal team to break him out. President Trump didn’t even call President Bukele and say “pretty please, can we have that sh**bag back?”
Nope. Attorney General Bondi got him back by extraditing him to answer for alleged crimes. It turns out we have an extradition treaty with the good people of El Salvador. That’s a little factoid that should be of interest to Dr. Anthony Fauci. I understand nearly 5,000 Salvadorans died from a virus he may or may not have created. Just saying.
Given that Judge Paula has taken a personal interest in the Garcia family’s welfare, I assume she’ll be presiding over his criminal trial – you know, to make sure he gets “due process” and all. One can hope anyway. If so, there will be a certain poetic justice in the judge who thought Garcia was a swell addition to the American population, spending her days hearing the evidence of what a menace to society he has been.
And what evidence does AG Bondi claim to have implicating the darling of the Democrats?
- Association with a criminal gang designated as international terrorists? Check.
- Involvement in dozens of deaths? Check.
- Trafficking of thousands of human beings? Check.
- Rape and torture? Check.
- Trading human beings like cattle at the slavery and prostitution stockyards? Check.
The fun part is, when the trial is over, Garcia will go back to El Salvador to face justice there anyway, because he’s still an illegal alien here.
After all of that, the Dems are going to look pretty stupid for Using Kilmar Abrego Garcia as their “Trump is a tyrant” poster child.
The trial is going to be a public spectacle. It’s going to last for weeks – laying out Garcia’s depravities in excruciating detail. The evidence will hang around the neck of every Democrat politician like an albatross – highlighting the damage to America which they wish to continue. Most importantly, the Garcia adventure in American jurisprudence will climax just as voters are deciding whether the Democrats can be trusted with power again – as they head to the polls in 2026. It will be glorious.
President Trump, Speaker Johnson, and Majority Leader Thune should send Judge Xinis a bouquet and a Hallmark “Thank You” card (signed by autopen) for effectuating such a midterm electoral crisis for her beloved Democrats.
