Obamagate: The Criminal Conspiracy Of Barrack Hussein Obama
I Left off with an introduction to the coin of the realm in communist/socialist countries and dictatorships, that being political intelligence. Reminiscent of the Stasi State in East Germany or the Hermit Kingdom of North Korea whose people in effect never see the light of day in terms of truth about-well-anything. Dictatorships maintain power through iron fisted control over the populous through the implements of the security state that includes control of all media, the police, military and citizen “rats” paid to help keep an eye out for troublemakers.
And judicious and bodacious use of propaganda that keeps the natives ignorant and stoked up for the cause.
Political intelligence has a place in the tool kit when it is used as part of an influence operation being conducted for a specific purpose, where a narrative is being put together for some alternative option usually involving country leaders. We like to think this is a CIA tool used strictly on other countries as part of counterintelligence operations.
The fear of use and actual abuse of the process-the system-was analogous in this case to the original 1975 Church Commission finding when intelligence sources and methods were abused to spy on and propagandize the American people.
We would have to go back to Nixon and Watergate, or better yet to Johnson and the Gulf of Tonkin lies that launched our involvement in Vietnam to find an event of similar magnitude to what I am about to go through in terms of our government lying to us about political matters.
Many likely think we are too savvy and too inundated with social media and news to be taken in by the above techniques. JFK, RFK, MLK, Watergate, Vietnam, Iraq and other similar political foibles that all happened in our lifetimes.
Many are wrong about that-all it takes is a leader who is unethical, immoral, self-absorbed and willing to do whatever it takes-oath of office be damned-in pursuit of a goal or objective. Oh, and the surveillance state post 9-11 surveillance authorizations that opened Pandora’s Box on government spying in America.
Which is how Obamagate was officially launched on 9 December 2016.
Which might be the worst-or the best of the above referenced schemes from an execution standpoint-considering that it has apparently bypassed the bulk of our population up to today, as evidenced by that pesky survey showing some greater than 60% of Americans believe there is some truth to the Trump-Putin collusion, Russia Russia Russia Pee Pee Hoax.
Although it is sobering to consider that the scandal free Obama Administration (he cried) perpetrated a criminal activity in going after Trump that should be viewed in the same light as the above most notorious malfeasance acts in American political history.
Up to that time the Obama administration had done everything possible to undermine candidate Trump and to escort HRC to the election finish line. A good, valiant and best effort-which is to say a scummy, unethical, oath violating, butt on the scale of justice, abusing the system to go after a political opponent effort.
All that changed on 9 December 2016 when Obama grasped the ring and undertook-took ownership-of the Russia Russia Russia Pee Pee Hoax-and the Russian election interference smear scheme-and put it on steroids to go after a duly elected American President.
Obama could have put it all to bed that fateful day-shut it down-in information operations vernacular. But his ego was too big and his morals and ethics too challenged-he was the man who would be remembered for “stopping the ice melt and the rise of the oceans,” and he had gotten away with too much already to declare “endex” (end of exercise) at this critical inflexion point and walk away.
More practically speaking there was the “matter” he now faced where he and his administration faced the reality-and daunting task-of doing a clean-up on aisle 7 of their perfidy.
They had not exactly been mindful of leaving bread crumbs and what ensued can be thought of as the final assault against now President elect Trump but should soberly be considered as one of the most brilliant-though nonetheless criminal-seditious cover-ups against an elected official-the President-in American history, the ultimate objective seemingly to undermine Trump, but the real objective in the near term was to cover their tracks.
But I’m getting ahead of the story.
You be the judge.
The 9 Dec 2016 PDB draft was chugging along according to schedule-representing the culmination of the IC 2016 election report, when it suddenly and unexpectedly became a problem in the final stages of preparation which involves some type of presidential screener-likely the Chief of Staff or delegated NSC staff Like Susan Rice-or with the DNI PDB briefer himself-providing the final review-chop-before final packaging for delivery to the president.
Every administration has a battle rhythm that works to meet the President’s desired schedule and routine, each a little different-particularly the final sanity check before go-time.
To somewhat belabor what I trust will be thought of as the obvious, the IC via the PDB team does not do North Korean style, Baghdad Bob political analysis or commentary that presents stories that will make the “Great Leader” happy. No self-respecting intelligence professional would be associated with-or participate in-such an effort to produce a bogus analytic judgement based “story” just because some politician wants cover for some unethical acts thought necessary for whatever reason.
The prevailing consensus of the “community Subject Matter Experts (SME”) who were reporting through the aforementioned stages to get to this final 2016 election report PDB, representing their agencies, led by the DNI PDB team, preparing the proverbial homework of the IC for presentation to the President, was that election 2016 was no different than any of the previous decade’s worth of elections.
Characterized by the typical Russian, Chinese, Iranian, North Korea and other bad actors spouting propaganda, taking out ads on fakebook and tweeter, putting forth narratives to undermine candidate messaging while propping up their nonsense through state media outlets.
Pretty much described as pablum and chalk, nothing different than any other election cycle. Perhaps exacerbated through emerging open-source social media tactics which provided greater reach throughout America than in recent years, as well as distinct and stronger ties to academia than seen in past efforts that helped expand messaging to reach younger, more vulnerable demographics, but really nothing much different nor worthwhile to report than any other year.
That message totally bonked with the top tier final review process that is literally putting the actual book together (staged to a tablet by this time-more on that later.) The schedule and content would have already been checked, double checked, sanity checked, finalized and accepted by this late date (8 Dec)-as 9 December 2016 was show time-the day for the IC election summary PDB-but there was a yuge conundrum that emerged-a big problem specifically for the President himself.
His administration had pretty much wholeheartedly endorsed, embraced, propagated and fanned the now known false HRC funded and propagated Russia collusion hoax smear throughout the campaign.
President Elect Donald J. Trump and select members of his team like Michael Flynn were routinely briefed on the PDB by this time. In light of the nonsense team Obama continued to tout about Russian interference coming out of the HRC pity party post-election camp, not to mention the ongoing FBI Crossfire Hurricane running the lawfare side of the hoax, it would be disastrous-preposterous-for the emerging IC PDB message to undermine the entire Russia collusion hoax and put the official imprimatur of the DNI and the IC community behind the opposite message: debunking the entire HRC funded and Obama Administration peddled “scheme.”
By this time the notion of Russian interference in the election was being touted as a fact, as was the companion story that the Trump campaign gave voice to the alt-right, white supremacists and the like, here, here, and the later smear, despite the emerging truth coming out of the IC SMEs that there simply was no there, there in terms of evidence beyond the known smear campaigns undertaken by HRC and parroted by the LSMBTGA.
Since Obama had not done the adult and presidential thing by shutting HRC down from the first time our government “officially” discussed the problem on 3 August 2016, it had emboldened HRC and her team to go public with the smears. It would not be a surprise if the HRC campaign team-busy messaging and running all things campaign related for a troubled and challenged candidate-really believed their own propaganda.
How did the prevailing IC PDB conclusion do such a radical, flipperoo 180 turn from 8 Dec to 9 Dec 2016? It actually didn’t-the Obama administration scrapped it and then made up a narrative to replace it and a strategy to push the narrative. Obama had his administration undertake a sequence of events to make up the facts he needed to comport with the smear that HRC created and spread since July 2016 to distract from her server and email scandal.
Obama-in effect-took ownership of HRC’s hoax. With the lies-smear-and collusion now led by the Obama Administration colluding with the LSMBTGA against a President Elect. You can argue up to the election and perhaps right up to 8 December that it was all somewhat fun and reindeer campaign games, but the effort Obama ordered the troops to undertake on 9 December 2016 was now against a President Elect that he had an obligation to help transition into office.
With help like that…One is reminded of the picture on election day with three seemingly happy campers enjoying the interaction, and one distant, bitter, disgusted, separated human taking it all in with the wonderment of just how fake, phony and chintzy people can be: so disappointing.
The 9 December 2016 PDB briefing was scrapped. In its place Obama launched Obamagate by calling a 9 Dec 2016 “Principals Meeting” of in theory the National Security Council, but mainly Obama’s key advisors. An alternative strategy was put together in order to straighten this mess-the Russia collusion hoax narrative-out.
As Susan Rice would later observe on 20 January 2017 at noon-as she packed out-Obama advised his team to “do things by the book,” only the book she was referring to was Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.
That afternoon Obamagate was launched in earnest as Team Obama conspired to reshape the emerging IC Election PDB narrative into a more malleable and supportive plan of action for a different story that had several key elements or objectives. A story that rose like the Phoenix from the ashes of the day prior IC PDB judgements that nothing Russia did had made any difference in the 2016 election, not changed one vote at the ballot box: that narrative was trashed-thrown out.
Obamagate started out with a handful of specific actions and objectives. One was to get on the same sheet of music-as team players-to get behind the new story that was all about Russian interference in the 2016 election at unprecedented levels that favored Trump over HRC. Second was the fostering of a narrative that Putin interfered on behalf of Trump to get him over the finish line, interference that cost HRC the election. Third was the need to take state level action-sanctions against the Russians to punish them for this action to make it “official.” Fourth was to engage the LSMBTGA to spread the narrative and fan the resulting flames to get legs on the emerging story. Fifth was to up the gain on those judged to be involved in the collusion by expanding the ongoing investigations while simultaneously leaking “stuff” to the LSMBTGA to help them carry water.
A big problem for amateurs dabbling and engaging in information operations is the lack of sequence knowledge-which is a true artform at the highest levels of the discipline necessary to pull things off. Sequence to me involves a process-like a variation in chess-that depends on somewhat precise execution of steps to achieve the desired result.
As we will soon see, this wasn’t it!
