Obamagate: The Criminal Conspiracy Of Barrack Hussein Obama
The Obamagate propaganda blast hit most of the friendly LSMBTGA Paul Revere-like town crier channels that very afternoon-9 Dec 2016. The new alternative story and strategy kicked-into gear with leaks to the LSMBTGA water carriers who went into over drive-exploding with the news that the Russians-Putin-colluded with Trump to steal the election from HRC, here, here, here, here, here. The headlines were clear, loud and unequivocal.
That Trump had colluded with Putin to defeat HRC was now the official United States President Barrack Hussein Obama government led position. Revisit that seemingly innocuous, momentous sentence.
Myriad problems flowed from this sequence of events-Obama’s decision-not the least of which was how sloppy Obama was in spoon feeding the message to the LSMBTGA that he wanted spread throughout the land. He was a little too definitive in his preaching about Russian interference, in effect getting ahead of the scheme by preaching a story-preach, brother, preach-that at the moment he delivered the message had no factual US government basis or corroboration in reality-not in the DNI provided election report, not in the election PDB that was canceled, and not from the DNI SMEs responsible for the report.
It bears “re-mentioning” that Team Trump was receiving PDB briefs and no doubt found it strange and suspicious that the 9 Dec 2016 PDB briefing-like the third installment in the PDB election series-was suddenly canceled at the last possible moment-there would be no PDB briefer showing up at Bedminster or Mar-a-Lago to brief Team Trump.
Replaced by a no notice “Principals Meeting,” which only happens-brings everybody together-for something “big.” Two very last minute and very suspicious events that “nobody” was talking about.
There was an immediate hitch in the Obamagate giddyup that was reportedly caught by master mischief maker Susan Rice, as Obama’s presser framed the case that was needed in terms of the Russia interference, favoring Trump, at the expense of HRC, Russians to be sanctioned and expelled and given mean looks, thousand points of light, Orange Man Bad.
Obama finished the presser but was back within a short period of time to “extend his remarks.”
Reportedly after a talking to from Susan Rice who explained the inconvenient truth that there were no conclusions from the IC supporting the narrative that Obama had just explained in oratorial splendor to the adoring LSMBTGA. Obama had to augment his remarks with a few caveats and the promise of facts to follow when the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Russian Interference was completed to confirm the lies that Obama had just spread (yeah, that’s the ticket!)
Something like the following, go on now, get back out there: “Um, er, ahem, ahhh, er the details that I just foretold via my collusion crystal ball err, ahh, ummm will be documented in a staged ICA that will replace err, ahhh, all the previous IC judgements that errrrr ahhhh, erroneously dismissed Russian election interference as minor:” How do you like me now?
Which even some junior grade, first event reporter should have noticed-picked up on-when Obama showed way too much leg-getting well over his skis-basically framing everything in his first Obamagate presser availability as very specific and detailed, but was now clearly “aspirational” given that the update pointed to the ICA that would get to the bottom of exactly what happened.
We need not spend a second wondering what critical follow up questions were asked of Obama. For instance, hand in the back-Why do we need an ICA when you just told us that the Russians interfered on behalf of Trump, Russians are going to be sanctioned and expelled, Orange Man Bad, etc., etc.,??? Also, its 9 December 2016 on my watch, Christmas is coming up and then New Years, a typical ICA under the best of circumstances takes a month just to complete a DNI terms-of-reference, and six or more months for the actual ICA, assuming consensus: will it be done before you leave office (with an underlying insinuation that Trump might not continue the effort???)
Hahahaha, the ICA was completed in mere weeks as Obamagate plank holder CIA Dir John “Prissy” Brennan took care of it (winky, winky.) When liars and schemers get together and share their tales, it is like a game of liars’ poker where everything is suspect and doable.
Many might recall hearing that the ICA was breathlessly “the consensus of the entire IC, all 17 IC entities” for months on end. Until it emerged that the ICA was not even the consensus of the four stooge entities chosen to do Brennan’s slimy business to rush the slap dash, ham handed ICA to press in record time (including the DNI, CIA, NSA and FBI.)
National Security Agency Director Adm Mike Rogers weighed-in personally-which is about as rare as hens teeth-to non-concur with the primary judgement that drove the rush job in the first place, stating that the “judgement relating to the Russian interference on behalf of Trump was of less sourcing and much weaker provenance than the other judgements that were mere recitation of ordinary foreign adversary election tactics.”
Those of us in the government at the time were well aware that shenanigans were ongoing, as the scuttle-butt made the rounds with insiders that the DNI had signed up to anointing the CIA to “drive the train-” rather than the DNI analytic lead for such matters or the National Intelligence Council, either of which would include representatives from all 17 entities.
The idea to produce a Russian Election Interference ICA but only involve four prime entities to work the production, with no staffing of a terms-of-reference to set the framework and structure of the product, or to assign production tasks to various SMEs who would be responsible for specific areas that would feed into judgements, as well as an agreement on the milestones, timetable and staffing gates, was and is unheard of for anybody who has ever been involved in the process.
The notion that it would be only four entities who would be involved in the production, and it had to be done before Obama left office was a joke. My immediate question at the time that I shared with our agency leadership-is what makes this an ICA??? If the “C” is for Community-but this only involves the apparent “cool kids-” what are we doing here?
Which was laughable-I and others thought it was rumint (rumor intelligence) or some type of tantrum-banging the spoon on the high-chair. Members of our agency PDB team were not involved in any aspect of the revised efforts and were-in fact-not involved in all that was taking place, which was handled entirely by senior staff of the CIA-and not the PDB staff. None of our DNI subject matter expert (SMEs) who were routinely involved in all such product efforts-which eventually have a mandatory check the block staffing process with agency heads-were engaged in the process at all.
The public would not see for years-and let’s face it-the public almost never sees how the IC sausage is made in most cases because of the classifications. But this was markedly different, free range, and none of us in the final analysis saw very much of what was done except for agency heads who were somewhat engaged as silent conspirators to the Obamagate schemes.
Expected to keep silent about the machinations, which in the case of this ICA violated every DNI analytic reporting standing operating procedure protocol that had taken us years to grind out to protect recipients-customers of our products-up to and including the President.
This was a dark day, low point and very black eye on the reputation of the IC, starting with the DNI. It was not the first and most likely won’t be the last, but there is a very big difference between-for instance-classic intelligence failures, such as the 7 October 2023 Hamas terrorist invasion of Israel, and kneeling for your supper-putting together a propaganda product to satiate the demands of an aberrant executive to provide cover for a campaign of lies to facilitate a President-and executive-going after a political opponent.
When that action facilitates attacks against an elected President and continues right up to and after that President is seated, that is serious malfeasance, actual criminality in terms of violations of oaths and everything sacred about government civilian service, as well as seditious: and borderline if not actual treason.
What was the ultimate objective of Obamagate? We have to speculate on that point, but prior to Trump winning the election, it was obviously to prevent that from happening. While afterward-prior to taking office-it was clearly to slime and wound Trump gravely enough that he might be shamed into not taking office: which was one of the 900 things the Obamagate Team apparently did not know about arson, cause that was never going to happen.
Which relegates-downgrades-their sad, feckless, seditionous, kissing-cousin treasonous actions to mere attempts to gain time to cover their tracks and arses. Perhaps best evidenced by the LSMBTGA collusion to get Special Counsel Mueller appointed to gain time and lead and shepherd the cleanup on aisle 7 necessary to cover their tracks and get rid of all the dots, bread crumbs and loose ends that had been left hanging when HRC lost and they had to create new ones because-well-that’s what unethical government civilian servants do when led by an unethical, petty, vain, “renegade” executive who is not shy about trampling rules, convention and protocol in pursuit of political objectives.
At some level-and this is thinking out loud that doesn’t have to make sense-you have to almost admire the chutzpah of the Obamagate Team in consideration of the ruthless actions they had to pull off to choreograph this bodacious and ballsy scheme in relatively public view to take down Trump. A scheme that has seemingly bypassed the public to this day-nearly a decade later.
Now-granted-one can marvel at criminal behavior all day on TV and the news when they undertake extraordinary schemes to do things like breaking into the Louvre and stealing precious artifacts, but at the end of the day it is relative because they are criminals and in the final analysis-no matter how brilliant the scheme-honest citizens want to see them get their just due in terms of charges, trials, court dates and prison sentences-and-yes-returning the jewels.
Just think about what DNI Clapper and CIA Brennan were willing to do to support this Obamagate scheme. Completing an ICA-calling it an ICA in the first place-and then completing it in under 30 days like some college term paper-and then touting it as a serious intelligence product-of the entire IC. That took a lot of guts, nerves and chutzpah-top shelf.
That they would throw their reputations into the crapper to support Obama’s dim witted, malfeasance laden, dead end scheme that was intended to undo an American election-its hard to view it any other way-where we had a clear victor-where they had front row seat knowledge of the HRC schemes-a front row seat as all of HRC’s schemes and crimes unfolded-and yet went after Trump anyway, as if it was a righteous, justifiable action, is just condemning, disappointing, indicting.
But mostly it is revealing. They say pressure does not just form character; it also reveals it. What will be thought of he who solicits that which disgraces him?
