It Is Time To publicly Heal An American Patriot Whose Name Was Dragged Through The Mud: LTG Michael T. Flynn (US Army, Retired) Part 3

It Appears The Monetary Aspect Of The Healing Has Been Consummated. It Might Be Time For Mike To Step Back And Reassess His Trajectory: Is He Part Of The Movement To Go Forward With Trump Policy-Without Trump?

With the recent announcement that LTG Michael T. Flynn (USA, Retired) and the DOJ have reached an accommodation-a settlement- the intent of my two recent and several previous articles on the topic has largely been achieved, e.g., making Mike “whole.”

The component of lawfare that many fail to appreciate is the drip-drip-drip draining of the subjects bank account when fighting government lawfare actions where the government has a never ending well of resources-money-your taxpayer dollars-time, and process-sufficient to break the will-but more importantly the bank account-resources-of any but the independently wealthy among us.

President Trump can fight myriad lawsuits on myriad fronts-all day, every day-but he would obviously like to do something else with the money.

But you and I-ordinary citizens-would go broke trying to fight the government starting at $450 an hour in average legal fees that can increase to over $1500 dollars an hour for a legal team from a first-rate law firm. Mike had some of the best legal firepower money can buy in Washington DC. Who in the end were fired for professional malfeasance-but not before they likely cost Mike over a million dollars in legal expenses: perhaps twice that much.

In trying to clear his name Mike had to sell his house and lost much of the appreciation he earned for his over three decades of service to this nation: and with it any and all prestige and honors that went with it. The strain that puts on a family and relationships that results from being accused of being a traitor is life altering in a very bad way: but that’s what the Judge Emmit Sullivan-did.

So the money is a huge part of making Mike and his family whole. Although as is the norm for these cases, anything really bad that was going to happen, already happened in the slow wheel or turn of justice that characterizes the pace of things in today’s litigious world.

But better late than never.

Make no mistake or use no faulty logic, Mike deserves every penny he receives in compensation for what the government-President Barrack Hussein Obama-did-unleashing the might of the Obama Administration upon Mike-when he characterized Army Veteran Mike Flynn as a threat serious enough to warn President Elect Donald J. Trump about, in the same category of North Korea Kim Jung Il, a maniac, nuclear missile threat to the United States.

LTG Michael T. Flynn (USA, Retired) in the same breath as a maniac wielding nuclear missile threat to the United States.

And many of my (former) friends, colleagues and relatives slurped that stupidity up like potato soup from a homeless support camp: and still believe it.

A pox on them, each and every one.

Break-Break.

Have you heard Dan Bongino is back on the air? I deferred writing an article to welcome him back-announce his return-to follow-up the article I wrote when he departed to become the FBI Assistant or Deputy Director.

We have a problem in Trump world-I hesitate to use the term MAGA, which is a good bumper sticker, but many of us who consider ourselves conservatives-and not republicans-feel there is too much definitional heft missing under that monicker that requires an explanation or reference about policy, beliefs and positions. Far too much to simplify or reduce our beliefs under a mere bumper sticker.

The problem has been explained by Dan on his show for much of the last several weeks and it centers on gatekeepers-pundits. Who are attempting to highjack and waylay the movement by portraying themselves as Trump supporters but undercutting at each turn of the phrase the immediate orbit around Trump. By very slickly and mischievously undermining Trump himself without directly attacking him: which they know would be suicidal to the objective of at least bifurcating the movement, if not wholesale replacing it.

The strategy appears to be based on building upon the piton of popular Trump policy but without the proverbial “baggage” that comes with Trump-the “package.”

The tactics, techniques and procedures-much like the military version employed in information operations-are slick and subtle and subliminal in their somewhat infancy, slowly sneaking up on the end state objective through oblique attacks vice direct action. With subtle themes that pass for seemingly innocuous thoughts and ideas, somewhat the undergirding and consistent messaging, until the objective is achieved when all manner of strategy exposes the game.

Remember when the Tea Party thrust into the national spotlight and republicans leveraged the movement-the momentum-to surge into power on the hill? Many believed this would be a watershed event for republicans akin to what Newt Gingrich delivered in 1995 with the Compact with America.

What is the first thing that started happening to the Tea Party? You had republican leadership undermining and belittling the movement. They were called “whacko birds.” They were accused of not being smart enough to understand that amidst passion and energy and wild thoughts and “radical ideas” that they had to govern.

Republican majorities in both houses of congress worked to marginalize them, which ceded necessary power to democrats who were needed to get legislation passed that republicans were not willing to modify to suit what became a Tea Party voting bloc.

Their own supposed leadership in the House and Senate continuously threw them under the bus because they upset the heretofore gentleman’s agreement that was republican governance on the hill. Where the democrats-now the party out of power-somehow managed to continuously out finesse and outmaneuver the party that was supposed to be in charge by providing necessary folks in the void between the republicans.

It was like the republicans had the keys to the house but gave them to the democrats to safeguard them-from-well-themselves!

We seem to be back to that construct that resulted in a disaster in the Trump first term mid-terms, which was pretty much a self-inflicted wound by the never Tea Party-err, the never Trump republicans who couldn’t seem to find a way to get the vote out and seemed only too happy to return to minority/marginalized party status.

Who seemed hell bent on losing-if that was what was required to put-and keep-the Tea Party in its place. Not unlike what we are seeing today with replays of Obamacare subsidy battles, government shutdowns for ludicrous reasons and the inability of the republican majority to deliver on 80-20 issues represented by the SAVE Act.

Many are rightly worried about turnout for the mid-terms. If we lose focus on the wins-by letting the left dominate the messaging and fall asleep on marketing Trump administration accomplishments-while wringing our hands about marginalia-the failure of republicans to deliver the goods in the senate in particular is going to be fatal.

Like leaving town on recess after failing on the Save Act but keeping the senate technically in session to blunt recess appointments. While conducting no business.

Who is kidding who with this nonsense? Is there anyone out there wondering why the republicans are doing this: could it be to thwart Trump and prevent him from using recess appointments to work around the failure of his party-the majority in the senate-to deliver the goods?

After failing miserably on judicial appointments. Which has resulted in much desired legal and lawfare ramifications failing in the court system because of an apparent lack of judicial muscle caused by a slowed confirmation agenda in the senate.

If the situation was reversed does anyone believe that the democrats would do the same? You bet your donkey they wouldn’t-collegiality means party to the democrats, perhaps the most Stepford-like political movement in American political history.

There is a huge, increasingly vocal, no longer mere undercurrent among the base about the failure to get the republican agenda mobilized, energized, resourced at the federal level, and implemented.

This movement against Trump-which has been best described by Dan Bongino on his Podcast-to undermine Trump has subtle differences. The effort is best characterized as a collusion of influencers-a block of well-known personalities-Pod casters, former solid republicans, MAGA cheerleaders and the like-who want to finesse the future into a world where we can achieve many of the Trump policies-the framework-without Trump.

Of course-that is a given in 2028 when the republicans have to pick a successor: this group is not going to wait for that moment when the upcoming mid-terms can be a watershed moment. In order to do that they must take down the legacy bestowal of Trump to his successor-starting with torpedoing the mid-terms in 2026-which can turn the last two years of Trump upside down by ceding control of the hill and entangling Trump in never ending lawfare that starts with the first impeachment in early January 2027.

With the real target the critical 2028 presidential election, where the goal is to achieve a new lead sled dog who can pursue some of the popular policies but return to the sedate, comfortable, no waves republican policies of the past that were the cause that created Trump in the first place.

These people could give two poops less about what the base really wants: they know better. The common theme among them is Israel blaming and bashing. It seems like all the problems they are conjuring up-that include the unbelievable nuanced belief that Iran is not-has not-does not warrant any action by the US-because they represent no threat-stem from Israel influence.

They repeat things like the lie that Iran’s leaders declared a Fatwa against developing nuclear weapons and therefore, alles claar (all is clear, we’re good.) Quoting Iran’s claim that Iran has deliberately limited their missile development range to under 2500KMs-about 1500 miles-which was at the very least inconvenient in light of the recent 4000KM range attack against Diego Garcia.

I mentioned this emerging cabal in an article about Joe Kent. Why this is a topic to cover under an article about Michael Flynn is that a strange confluence of personalities surged to the perimeter that was the Joe Kent narrative when it became apparent that folks like Dan Bongino was going to call him out for his mistruths and outright lies about a number of topics that would be taken up and trumpeted by what has become an anti-Israel drumbeat that sprang up in the middle of MAGA.

What seems to have precipitated Bongino’s alert in this matter follows up the need to set the record straight about the lies being told by Joe Kent after his recent-somewhat flamboyant-resignation from the National Counter terrorism Center (NCTC.) It is well worthwhile listening to Bongino’s analysis of Kent’s commentary related to a number of issues, including the whole Iran dipsy doo, flipperoo by Kent, who suddenly believes (1) Iran is not a threat (2) we are fighting because Israel forced us to (3) Charlie Kirk was against this fight (4) the FBI did not properly investigate Butler (5) Israel was involved somehow in Kirk’s murder.

And it can all be explained because: it’s a data point.

Bongino’s outing and exposing of Kent’s lies-that appear to be totally self-serving-sparked a self-outing by many who have been engaged in this gatekeeper effort that involves painting Trump as somewhat harmless-a dupe-too stupid to realize that the people around him-who-oh by the way, are totally incompetent and stupider-are keeping the truth from Trump, and he therefore is captive by the oafs he’s surrounded himself by.

Iran is going terrible, Israel is pushing Trump around, gas is higher, prime rate went up, we have too many foreign entanglements ongoing, the sky is falling: you name it, it’s a problem.

And that problem is (shhhhh, Trump-but) not him, it’s the people surrounding him not telling him the truth. Gatekeepers who don’t know what they are doing and are keeping the problems from Trump. With the clear implication that we have to do something quickly, like the mid-terms as a near term measure but work on sealing the deal for 2028.

Kash Patel’s girlfriend went public with the suspicious, near simultaneous bot-like mindless forwarding and echoing common themes used to bash Trump and his orbit through harmonized callouts on a very large scale. She documented the nexus and analyzed in this article these efforts that were focusing on amplifying and adding the weight of legitimacy to counter-Trump narratives through the use of bots.

The names associated with these efforts include folks like Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Mike Flynn associates, Alex Jones, Megyn Kelly, Stanley McChrystal and a number of others who oddly enough are quoting, liking and amplifying folks like Max Boot and Max Blumenthal.

Talk about unholy bedfellows…

Strangely enough, Flynn cohorts led by Ivan Raiklin recently showed up at a little Martin County republican event that Bongino was speaking at and basically made fools and a spectacle of themselves. There is a parade of folks going after Bongino for calling them out, but what were they trying to accomplish in little Martin County by disrupting a republican event focused on fund raising and electing republicans??? By “confronting” Dan, screaming about pedos and calling those around Dan “faggots?” Not a good look.

How strange is it that Bongino calls out Joe Kent and Flynn operatives like Ivan show up to launch an ambush at a little county in Florida to disrupt the event?

There is a very strange dynamic ongoing between many of these supposed Trump-MAGA-supporters. One of the most embarrassing videos making the rounds right now shows Candace Owens pimping her show by explaining how close she is to “getting to the bottom” of whatever she believes happened to Charlie Kirk that involves Israel: which she has been announcing on her show non-stop for going on 200 days and counting (fast forward to the 16 minute mark, although the analysis here is spot on.)

This article lists some claims by Owens that are pure opinion based, thinking out loud “stuff” that is all info and-even if true-is a bunch of noise with very little signal.

Which is a lot of mayhem going on that is evidence that many supposed MAGA supporters are not rowing in the same direction.

To close this out, good for Mike that he finally received some compensation-dispensation-from our government for the wrong he suffered at the hands of President Obama and the lawfare inflicted by the FBI and James Comey: an absolutely disgraceful episode in our history.

I hope he goes on to bring suit against the individuals involved and crushes each and every one.

But it is time to inventory the field and separate out those rowing in the same direction and focused on the indicated lode or north star the movement needs to get to in order to win the midterms.

And identify and marginalize those who have opted to become chaos agents who seem to be rowing chaotically while undermining the movement and getting to a future that is Trump-light in which the difference between the two efforts seems to be just the letter itself: the D or the R.

That is no future to work toward in the wake of demolishing the momentum on the crazy, looney part of the democrat party.

Be weary of the fecklessness of the senate, impossibly close margins in the house, a failure to acknowledge success in the big-top ten objectives-starting with the border and illegals-and the history in the 21st century of how the republican party does not seem frankly capable of embracing and celebrating the W-the dub-somewhat taking on the personality of Charlie Brown, who never kicks the football and likely won’t in the future.

Trump is kicking the hell out of that football, but there is no such thing as success in a team sport with one good player: ask Michael Jordan.
