What does Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith have in common? Besides launching ludicrous lawfare against Trump and some of his supporters, these three are lawyers working for the state who have portfolios in the multi-millions of dollars.
Of course, many have asked “how did they rake in such cash on the basis of a government salary?” That is the multi-million dollar question.
There are many theories, often conspiratorial, as to what Democrats and Leftists are doing in this country, whether it be unfettered illegal immigration, riots in the streets, or foreign wars on steroids. These range from “the surrender of national sovereignty” to “flooding the voting roles with new Dem voters,” or that the Dems are just “plain stupid.” However, I suspect that it’s really none of these that matter to these people.
Instead, I believe, based on the essentials of human nature, that the acceleration of chaos by the Left is really about one thing… hiding their corruption.
William Shakespeare, brilliant bard and even more brilliant political thinker, had King Henry IV advise his son Prince Henry to “be it thy course to busy giddy minds with foreign quarrels, that action, hence borne out, may waste the memory of the former days.” (Henry IV, Act 4, Scene 5)
The purpose of chaos is to take our focus off of other things. Illegal migrants, criminals roaming the streets and the threat of nuclear war, all keep us focused on distractions, as dangerous as they may still be, even as the more serious criminals loot the public treasury. It doesn’t take much brains to implement such a plan, especially when supported by a plaint media that has been bought and paid for. And even as the media focused on the distractions, the politicians have been looting the public treasury and cooking the books by hiding their crimes in the pile of paperwork called the budget.
Unfortunately, far too many folks ascribe political projects that require the deepest of thought and planning, not to mention the execution of precise timing, to the typical politician. I have met and know many politicians over the decades, and I can testify that very few have sufficient intelligence for basic planning, let alone deep planning. Moreover, in my experience extensively deep planning often fails, simply because there are too many variables to account for. It is a key reason why planned economies do poorly and fail. In combat operations, it is the simple plan, adequately resourced and executed in a timely fashion with the utmost violence, that is typically successful. But even simple plans require serious intelligence for success.
Therefore, Leftist politicians of both parties use chaos to distract voters so they can plunder at will, because they don’t have the intellect to succeed without it. The movie Die Hard III has a plot that clearly illustrates this. While the authorities are distracted by various feints, the criminals are going for the loot. But for us, here in the U.S. of A, the script or reality is reversed. The criminals are the authorities, holding political power.
