“Aren’t you afraid to wear that shirt?” asked the lady with a thick Canadian accent. My husband and I were staying at a motel in The Dalles, Oregon, 80 miles east of Portland when she approached us. I was wearing the “Fight, Fight, Fight” T-Shirt with a photo taken seconds after Trump was shot by the first Democrat assassin. The photo was on both the back and the front of the shirt.
She explained that she knew about the violence in Portland, which we called home for many years, and Seattle. She knew that Democrats in these cities focused on hatred toward President Trump & his supporters, and expressed concern for my safety. Indeed, she knew about the man who was stalked and executed by a well-known BLM/Antifa terrorist in downtown Portland simply because he was wearing a red baseball cap (it was NOT a MAGA hat).^ We assured her that we would never again visit Portland, Seattle or Minneapolis.* Normal Americans are not safe in Portland. Not then, not now. This murder was pure Trump Derangement Syndrome!
Thus began a 10-minute conversation during which we discovered this Canadian was well versed in American politics, including the Leftist riots promoted by Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris. She also knew a great deal about Tim Walz who had just been chosen as Harris’s running mate just days earlier. I was impressed because I had never heard of Tim Walz until Comrade Kammie chose him as her running mate.

During breakfast at our motel in Hardin, Montana my “Fight, Fight, Fight” T-Shirt caught the attention of a nice couple from northern California, Cecilia & Mel. We struck up a conversation about our mutual fear that Trump will be assassinated. This conversation took place after the first assassination attempt, and before the second one. We also discussed our mutual fears that Marxist Harris and Maoist Walz will be installed to finish the job of wiping out Americans’ freedoms and turning America over to the Globalists. Even though my husband and I escaped Blue Oregon, where Americans fear speaking their minds, almost four years ago, it is still refreshing to talk freely with sane Americans.
Mel and Cecilia are Californians, but they live in the northern part of the state, far enough away from the woke madness, crime, illegals, et al, that they feel safe. Fortunately for them, most of their neighbors are sane. That is, they are not Democrats.
Living Behind Enemy Lines, Tale #11: Fleeing Tim Walz’s Minnesota
^Surveillance cameras left no doubt who had done it AND this thug was so well known to police. They could have quickly driven to his house & arrested him. The Soros-funded DA wouldn’t let them. He waited six days to issue an arrest warrant, by which time the murderer had fled to another state where US Marshal chased him down.
*My husband and I were married in Minneapolis years long before Democrats ruined it.
