In our last installment of Parody As a Weapon Part CXXII before the November election, we noted the similarities between the denialism of certain segments of the establishment (the mayor of Aurora, Colorado and Martha Raddatz) regarding the presence of illegal alien organized crime in our communities as a result of Biden-Harris border policy failures (or success, depending on what their goals really were), and compared it to government-inspired organized crime from the previous century. In this segment, we will continue to look at organized crime and its practice by the family currently occupying the White House.
On Sunday, December 1, shortly before jetting off to Africa (perhaps to consider setting up a government in exile in a country with lax extradition), Joe Biden announced that he was issuing a blanket pardon for his son Robert AKA “Hunter” Biden for any federal crimes committed from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024 (the date of the pardon), including the firearm offenses he was convicted of committing and the tax offenses to which he had pleaded guilty.
Though Biden had previously promised directly and through his staff that he was not going to take any such action to pardon or commute his son’s sentence, most of us who have observed Biden closely for more than 50 years were not surprised, as the current soon-to-be-evicted occupant of the White House long ago established that he was a liar of the first order.
White House Communications Director Karine Jean-Pierre tried vainly to spin how Biden’s false statements were true at the time, even if the current statement was not true with respect to the politicized nature of the Biden Justice Department. Like most of the other utterances from the current spokesliar, this too failed to persuade, or even pass the smell test.
Another who has served as a spokesman and cheerleader for Joe Biden is entertainer Bruce Springsteen. As a shill for democrat politicians, Springsteen has parlayed his once-formidable talent as a musician and songwriter into fundraising for left wing hacks running for office. He narrated videos for Biden in 2020 (shortly before being arrested for driving his motorcycle under the influence of alcohol on federal land during the Trump administration) and played at Harris rallies in 2024.
It is not a surprise that a man known as “The Boss” would support Joe Biden, given the sentiment expressed in so many of his songs that America is not that great of a country (though that sentiment would tend to make him and Andrew Cuomo supporter). While many thought “Born in the USA”, the name of his 1984 album with an eponymous single was a jingoistic pro-American tune based on the chorus, an actual review of the lyrics reveals it to be a grievance festival. As such, it seems appropriate to use a cut from the album of a once-talented hypocrite to highlight the hypocrisy of the talent-limited occupant of the White House, and his addicted son. I have borrowed the music and meter of the song “Cover Me” in order to re-create the conversations on Nantucket over the Thanksgiving weekend between the smartest guy Joe Biden knows (who hooked his other son’s widow on crack) and the fool who lost Afghanistan.
The times are tough now, just getting tougher
Trump’s re-elected, it’s gonna get rougher
Pardon me, come on Daddy, pardon me
Well, I’m gonna die unless I have the big guy pardon me
You can tell the world I did nothing wrong
But a judge and jury sang another song Pardon me, shut it down and pardon me
Well, I’m gonna die unless I have the big guy pardon me
Cash from Ukraine, and China, too
Most of my share on crack I blew
Turn off the light, button the fly
Before they ask “Who’s the Big Guy”
All Biden world was in on the score
It’s never enough, all want to get some more
Pardon me, come on Daddy, pardon me
Well, I’m gonna die unless I have the big guy pardon me
Out smoking crack, or snortin’ blow
My brother’s widow along can go
Toss out my gun, I’ll play along
What could possi-bly go wrong
This whole world is out there watchin’ all my cases
I’ve seen enough, there’s no one tradin’ places
Pardon me, wrap it like a blanket, pardon me
I can’t say I’m nuts so don’t make me spill my guts, pardon me
Gave up banging strip club sluts no more ifs or any buts, pardon me
Come and make your legacy part of my conspiracy pardon me
Come on Daddy
Come on Daddy
Come on Daddy
Come on Daddy
