Daniel 2:41 – 43 this will be divided kingdom. It will have some of the strength of iron… This kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle… People will mix together but they will not adhere together.
Our fourth empire is militarily strong—and it wield its military might ruthlessly. But, its only engine is money, its only fuel is manufactured fears.
Unlike the other kingdoms of Daniel 2 (gold, silver or bronze), it has no intrinsic value. It never creates conditions that will be universally useful; conditions that people will spontaneously embrace. It brazenly rams its concepts down people’s throats. It does not promote the natural coalescing of the people. It does not create a pride of belonging; on the contrary it divides people to weaken them. It promotes interpersonal resentments.
Money is the weakest mechanism of control. It is the control of the parasites; not of the producers. The Globalists (and their Deep State) produce nothing and provide nothing—they never have. Thus, their control can be broken instantly. It is brittle. So, they manufacture fears—real and false: fears of war, of famines, of diseases, of climatic disasters, of internet chaos… Intangible fears that cannot be seen, therefore cannot be verified nor faced on the individual level because they control the information and verification channels.
Yet, people brought together for money, and through the love of money (and power) are selfish and by nature, they are social climbers—not noble builders. There is no “us” with them; only a bunch of mercenary “me’s”. Their commonality is superficial and contrived. And, Money does not buy loyalty: it only rents it. When the money stops, the rented loyalties vanish.
Ironically, the top elite hates and despises the venal operators they “buy”. A person who can be bought for nefarious purposes becomes despicable in the eyes of the purchaser. The iron and the clay will never adhere together. These characteristics make unity impossible: Thus the fourth empire is indeed a divided empire!
So, while the empire’s powers seem omnipresent and omnipotent, it is a fake: Any real threat to these venal operators’ bribe supply or to their personal safety will make them scamper. Any harsh and profound upset can send them splintering away—each for his own. Real courage—the upright kind—is not found among them.
The fourth empire has spent all its energies to keep their many revolutions and wars going; and every time, in the end, they have run out of steam, so they regroup and try again. They have never developed a voluntary, independent, self-sustaining grass root momentum. The evil cabal can never produce a durable, self-promoting and self-sustained following. They are the opposite of Christ Jesus, who produced a voluntary, durable, self-sustained and growing following. Thus they are the opposite of the very Rock who will destroy them: A stone was cut out, but not by hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them… Not a trace of them could be found (Daniel 2:34 – 35).
