The Constitution. Law And Order. They Are Not Options.

Liberals have to be held accountable for their actions against the law, no matter what position they hold.

 

I will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend, the Constitution of the United States.

The most important part of countless oaths of office taken in the United States.

Last week I published an article on three military officers relieved for open disrespect to President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Peter Hegseth. My point was the service cannot function without a functional chain of command. We also cannot have a functioning judicial system without respect for the law. This week have an officer of a civilian court  disregarding the law the law she swore to uphold. The woman is shocked, shocked I tell you, she is being held to account for her actions.

FBI arrests Milwaukee judge for obstructing immigration arrest at courthouse

FBI agents arrested Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan on charges of obstruction after she allegedly interfered with a federal immigration arrest operation.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced the arrest on social media, stating Judge Dugan misdirected agents from detaining Eduardo Flores Ruiz, an undocumented migrant, after a court appearance April 18.

…Before federal Judge Stephen Dries, Dugan was charged with two federal crimes. The first count is concealing a person from discovery and arrest, and the second is obstruction of federal government proceedings. If convicted, the charges could result in a maximum penalty of six years in prison…

I would like to mention both charges are felonies. The bar has standards. The are low mind you (remember, 99% of the lawyers out there make the 1% look bad) but convicted felons cannot be members. If Judge Dugan is convicted, she loses her law license. I would assume she is no longer qualified as a judge (cannot be sure, we are talking about Milwaukee).

Now on to something in my business we call a clue. This was not a one-time misjudgment or quick action taken without forethought. Why do I say that? From the article, emphasis mine:

Two days before her arrest, outside Judge Dugan’s courtroom, she declined to comment to WISN 12 News on the incident or the ongoing investigation. A single-page white sign was visibly posted on the courtroom door.

The sign, dated April 14, 2025, advises anyone who “feels unsafe coming to the courthouse” to reach out to Judge Dugan’s clerk to request a remote Zoom hearing.

She warned the illegal aliens to avoid the courthouse where they could be arrested. We call that intent.

The warrant for Ms. Dugan shows after hearing of the presence of federal agents in the courthouse intent on arresting Mr. Flores Ruiz, she immediately directed them to the chief judge. Per her courtroom deputy, she was “pushing” Mr. Flores Ruiz’s case through while the agents were out of the area. From the affidavit, when Mr. Flores Ruiz and his lawyer were leaving, “The courtroom deputy then saw Judge DUGAN get up and heard Judge DUGAN say something like ‘Wait, come with me…’ and ‘Judge DUGAN then escorted Flores-Ruiz and his counsel out of the courtroom through the ‘jury door,’ which leads to a nonpublic area of the courthouse.’”

Mr. Flores Ruiz ran from the courthouse but was captured after a foot chase. In spite of Ms. Dugan’s efforts to thwart the law. Strange actions by a judge.

I recently read a comment from a Facebook friend that is more absurd every time I look at it.

“ICE is running roughshod over the judiciary?”

My retort was understandably incredulous:

“Excuse me? Perhaps sir you should read a document called The Constitution of the United States of America, specifically Article VI:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.‘

This woman interfered with ICE enforcing federal emigration law, she needs to be held to account.”

The usual suspects are calling this intimidation of judges and uncalled for. Strange, it wasn’t long ago the then Senate Majority Chuck Schumer was threatening two Supreme Court justices openly, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions!” Let’s not forget a Democrat attempting to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh at his home to prevent his decision in an abortion case.

This is the same party with a DA dropping charges against people causing thousands of dollars of damage to Teslas, but directed her staff to consider race in prosecution. How the hell is this constitutional (14th Amendment) or not a violation of multiple civil right law? Oh, yea, these are liberal Democrats, they are the more equal pigs.

We have work to do, beginning with this “judge.” This “officer of the court” (pardon me while I snicker) needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Upon conviction, she needs to spend time in a federal pen and professionally destroyed. We need to put her grandchildren on welfare (I’m only slightly exaggerating).

If this happens routinely in the future, liberals may get the idea they need to obey the law and if they break it, will suffer consequences. We call this deterring crime. Past time liberals fear the rule of law, not the lawfare they have waged on law abiding citizens since the Clinton years.
