The Democrats Are An Open Threat To Federal Agents

The Democrats want ICE agents unmasked to have them identified, doxed, and their families threatened. You wonder if they can go any lower?

Events of the last two weeks made me recall this quote from one of the greatest films of all time. The Mob has a gentlemen’s agreement if you will. This is the business we have chosen, but it’s between the men. The families are left out of this. If events arise that a man, shall we say, is not able to take of them, the wife and children are provided for. But the Mafia has some standards. The same cannot be said of the current governor of California, or many other liberal politicians.

The moron, err governor of the former Golden State, signed a law banning law enforcement officers from wearing masks during operations. While applying to all cops, it’s particularly targeting agents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

SACRAMENTO, Calif — California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a law banning law enforcement from wearing masks on duty except for things like riot gear, medical masks and undercover work.

Saying it’s the first bill of its type in the country, Newsom…said it was a sign of growing authoritarianism to have detentions in by masked men “hidden from accountability, any transparency, any oversight. That’s Trump’s America…”

…The law takes effect next year. It’s unclear exactly what powers state lawmakers have to regulate the conduct of federal law enforcement. University of California, Davis law professor Raquel Aldana says California is trying to use this law to identify what federal agents can and cannot do within a state.

She said there has to be a line somewhere for states outlawing — as hypothetical extremes — things like murder or torture by federal agents. “At some point, the answer has to be ‘no’ and I think this is what the state of California is trying to do. Establish limits as to how much the federal government can do within the jurisdiction of the state. It’s an issue of state sovereignty.”

Gruesome Newsome is not concerned about illegal aliens, the people of California, law enforcement, anything but himself. He fancies himself as the Democratic nominee in 2028. Newsome should be able to rely on winning his home state. But he wants the support of the illegals in this country so he’ll do anything to keep them here.

I find it interesting this “professor” in Davis has no comprehension of the US Constitution. It states in the Preamble, a major purpose is to “Establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility.” There is also a line towards the end, in Article VI, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby…”

Gruesome and “professor,” it’s called The Supremacy Clause. The state cannot regulate federal law enforcement, end of the discussion. I would also remind you libtards of another case during the Obama years. The state of Arizona, overrun with future Democratic voters passed laws to enforce emigration statues. The Obama Just-Us department sued, saying only the federal government could enforce immigration law. In Arizona v. United States (2012), the Supreme Court threw out the majority of the Arizona statue, agreeing with Obama that only the federal government could enforce immigration law. Then the Obama regime went back to not enforcing emigration statues and allowing in millions of illegal aliens.

The critical point? The Democratic Party has been the number one enemy of law in the United States since the 1960s. But now they are not only opposing the enforcement of law, they are now threatening the officers of the law. Gruesome is not that stupid, he knows this law will be thrown out and is unenforceable. He wants the support of the radicals who make up the Democratic base.

Since the justified shooting of Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson, the families of cops have been targeted by radical leftists. A reporter, in the immediate aftermath of the Brown shooting, broadcast from outside Officer Wilson’s home. Multiple media sources published his address and his wife and two children had to evacuate for their safety. Brown has basically been in hiding since.

This has intensified since the Trump administration has actually started to enforce our border and deport illegal aliens. They want agents outed and doxed to hinder enforcement. Exaggeration? No.

The Democratic Women’s Caucus wrote the ICE and DHS they are concerned gangs dressed up as agents will kidnap women. Curious, they didn’t seem concerned about women being raped by these thugs or having thousands of them (and children both sexes) forced into white slavery. They also can’t show when this happened, and how this would prevent the gang members from doing it anyway.

Democrats are pushing “the ‘No Secret Police’ bill, banning federal law enforcement officers from wearing face coverings during operations and would require them to wear clearly marked uniforms that identify their agency.” I have yet to see an operation where the agents are not in uniform of some sort, with body armor saying “POLICE,” “DHS,” “ICE”, etc.

A cretin, err columnist from the LA Times actually started a piece, “Federal authorities deserve to do their jobs safely. It starts with removing the mask.” She said they need to be in uniform and have their faces exposed. In her article there is this image (a June ICE raid) showing an agent with a mask on, in a uniform that clearly states POLICE. So what is the issue madam? We know it.

 

You want to have your party’s digital Brownshirts identifying federal agents, finding their homes and families, and terrorizing them. Before you had to actually drive by and leave a “message.” As Frank Nitty said to Elliot Nest in The Untouchables, “Nice to have a family. Man should take care to see that nothing happens to them.” Today you send a text message from multiple burner emails and phones showing their children walking to school.

What the Democrats want is to encourage a mass felony against law enforcement agents. Not surprising, they’ve been doing it against local cops for ages. But now they are wanting a goose-stepping digital Blitzkrieg to target federal law enforcement through their families. The politicians use these willing digital operatives and they have plausible deniably in the unlikely evert their operators are caught. The computer operative will face the 10 years in prison, and the senator will say, “I am appalled…”

Funny The Race and other leftwing racing baiting groups are not up in arms over this. Most ICE agents, especially the younger ones (i.e., with young families) are Hispanic. As most illegal aliens are native Spanish speakers, our agents have to be bi-lingual. This is a direct threat against a large group of Hispanics in this country. So why are they not on ABC or NBC, writing columns, visiting the politicians they pay good money for, opposing this? Oh, yea, right.

Don’t forget, these are the same politicians who had no issue with terrorist groups like ANTIFA or Black Lives Matter being masked as they rioted and murdered. No one was threatening their families. But Democrats want to threaten mine. We know why.

I’ve often asked how any cop can be a Democrat (a lot of the chiefs are not cops, just politicians in uniform). If this doesn’t show how loathsome the Democratic Party is, nothing will. They are encouraging violence against federal agents enforcing federal law, all while supporting gang crime, forced prostitution of women and children, and other offenses. But the Democratic Party has only one goal, power. If millions get hurt or killed, they are willing to pay that price. Hopefully others, i.e., the voters, are not and will prevent it at the polls.
