Flynn Has The Dubious Distinction Of Being Setup-Railroaded-by an American President-Barrack Hussein Obama-To Cover-Up Obama’s Criminality in Going After President Elect Trump
There are two aspects of the President Obama led collusion against Donald J. Trump that stick in my craw like no other aspect of this tawdry tail of corruption, ethics violations, a lack of integrity and-most of all-the lack of accountability for these actions.
There is overall disgust for any executive-particularly the President-who has honesty issues-ethical, moral and oath deficient problems.
One is the fact that to this day polls show that the American public still believes-some 60% or more-that there was and is something to the Russia Collusion Hoax. Which is mind boggling and mind blowing that our fellow Americans remain duped-ignorant (as in lack of knowledge-) of the facts, notwithstanding everything that has come public about Obama’s perfidy in engaging his administration to cover up Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (HRC) criminality: and in the final analysis, making it his own.
You really must be living under the dupe of a lifetime rock club with a straw in your own information bathwater not to understand by now how this HRC made-up, 100% Obama endorsed known fairy tale that he promoted-and continues to promote today-as the official US government position-was perhaps the greatest election fraud action committed in US election history (except for maybe Lyndon Johnson in 1948, the JFK election in 1960, right up until the 2020 election.)
It doesn’t make it any less a fraud that they-Obama-were ultimately unsuccessful in pulling off the first attempted coup d’etat in American history.
The second thing (in the craw) is how many of my fellow colleagues-military, civil servants, seniors, politicians-still believe that LTG Michael T. Flynn (US Army, Retired) was somehow a traitor to this country who got what he deserved.
If there was capital punishment for stupidity, ignoramusing (the act of being an ignoramus–I made that one up) or shallow whelping for a cause-bootlicking-sycophantic butt kissing-conniving-the lot of this crew-starting with President Obama and all the way down the line-would go down like the ill-fated Harris hope and joy campaign.
I wrote three articles about the Stasi State Railroading of Michael Flynn when his documentary came out. I wrote the series because I knew, worked with Mike (from afar) and my team supported his efforts against ISIS for a number of years. And he is a fellow Rhode Islander. I was in the government when this charade started against him. From the piece (in regard to Obama’s warning to President elect Trump about Kim Jong Un and Michael Flynn Stasi State Part 1):
My reaction about the reports of Obama’s warning (I was still in the government) was “that low-life, conniving, scheming, community organizing rat basswich:” just imagine, the threat to America of patriot Michael Flynn.
Never mind all the lies and collusion Obama had his administration make up and invested in with his LSMBTGA colluders for the Russia Collusion Hoax: but not Putin, Mike Flynn!
I digress but the one thing the documentary does not well portray is the service and sacrifices of Michael Flynn for this country. It is covered at a high level.
But nobody can appreciate how folks like GEN Stan McChrystal, Mike and special operations forces supported by our exquisite military revolutionized the act of finding, fixing, targeting and killing large-and small-scale pockets of scum bags and maniacs hell bent on killing our military, civilians and citizens overseas. Aided by the Iranian Quds force-Qasam Soleimani-at a time when Obama was playing kissy-face with the Iranians.
Part 2 covered a lot of ground but mostly focused on this aspect of the Iran negotiations and the unforgivable fact that Obama and team never bothered to condition their actions with Iran on stopping attacks against American military and civilians. Paying 150 billion dollars in cash like some mafia drug deal and inking a sweetheart deal mostly giving away the store. While Obama lead Kerry was kissy-facing with the Iranians-Soleimani-the world’s leading terrorist IED mischief-maker-in cocktail parties in Paris and Qatar and neutral spots, while we had Americans dying on the battlefield from Iranian IEDS. The facts are stark and revealing, with this report covering a critical period where negotiations were ongoing with Iran-top secret discussions that reportedly started as early as 2011. From the piece:
In the US case, data collected from ‘Honor the Fallen’, a database created by the Military Times, shows that, of the 5,413 US soldiers killed on operation, where the cause of death was known, some 2,640 were killed by IEDs.
2,591 of these were male, 48 were female. In total, 1,790 troops died from IEDs in Iraq and 828 Afghanistan.
This means that 48.7% of total military deaths between the 9th September, 2011 and the 9th October, 2020 were attributed to IEDs; in Iraq, 52% of forces killed died from IEDs, in Afghanistan it was 48.2%.
It wasn’t simply these back-channel secret negotiations that would have been exposed by Flynn as National Security Advisor. Operation Cassandra was another Obama compromise to appease the Iranians-only this one involved serious crimes and drug trafficking in the United States by Iran proxy Hezbollah, raising money in the US that flowed to militant terrorist groups in Iraq. From the piece:
“There is certainly the elements of Hezbollah that are truly a concern to us what they’re doing,” Brennan said. “And what we need to do is to find ways to diminish their influence within the organization and to try to build up the more moderate elements.”
In practice, the administration’s willingness to envision a new role for Hezbollah in the Middle East, combined with its desire for a negotiated settlement to Iran’s nuclear program, translated into a reluctance to move aggressively against the top Hezbollah operatives, according to Project Cassandra members and others.
When you are looking for the sharpest tool in the kit bag, pass by “Prissy” John Brennan: he is not it. This dopey concept to appeal to the moderate Islamic maniacs schtick nonsense of Team Obama was like approaching the tiger cage wearing milk bone underwear talking nice to the “big kitty.”
It was bad enough when applied to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Iranian Mullahs. But I don’t know anybody in military or intel channels in the US government who would use the term “moderates” in any context whatsoever when it came to Hezbollah or Hamas: same, same.
Remember this gem of incredulity when Team Obama-led by DNI Clapper-attempted to peddle the secular, largely bureaucratic administration bent of the Muslim Brotherhood influence in Egypt? Clapper was justly ridiculed by both sides of the aisle, including lefty regime supporting democrats.
Anything to keep the scam going. The Obama administration paid ransoms for American hostages, denied it and eventually had to admit that the money paid to Iran was part of a condition to release US military hostages.
These efforts would have been of interest to somebody who knew where to look to find deeply classified negotiations. In cases like this the government often uses bigoted compartments to bury via restricted access to sensitive information that might only have a handful-ten or a dozen personnel authorized access to the information.
Which is not complicated-for instance if a US intel officer went to college with an Iranian who later shows up in Iranian leadership, anything produced from that relationship in terms of intelligence would be protected so as not to disclose the source.
A bigger Obama vulnerability would likely have been the role of the Five Eyes (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada) in the Russia, Russia, Russia collusion hoax led out of London Station, CIA, by Gina Haspel.
Recall that Haspel was relegated to London Station Chief-a prestigious post-after she was identified as the CIA officer who authorized the destruction of Abu Ghraib and other “dark site” interrogation tapes under the nose of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence investigation into abuses. Information that emerged when the SSCI was conducting an investigation and the CIA was caught spying on their efforts.
Many lack knowledge about esoteric intel topics like the Five Eyes but the US Intel Community is heavily invested in this World War II era compact that provides reciprocal sharing of intelligence, technology investments and equipment that spans the gambit of intelligence operations. Most importantly Human Intelligence and signals intelligence data sharing, collection sites around the world and mutually developed analytic capability that is largely technology based.
When the National Imagery and Mapping Agency was developing a high definition motion video capability and data specification that would lead to initial instantiation on the Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, there was not only an Australian image scientist embedded in the motion video laboratory in Reston, Virginia but the trials perfecting the implementation were conducted in Australia. Ultimately resulting in the high definition-H.264-engineering specification that was promoted as the NATO standard and paired up with the Hellfire Missile on the Predator.
A lot of good things have come from the Five Eyes data sharing and the Scientific and Technology forum. But a lot of mischief resulted from the Russia Collusion schemes that leveraged folks like Stefan Halper-who made up the narrative used to go after Michael Flynn and also to undermine him by alleging a relationship with Svetlana Lokhova.
As well as Australian Diplomat Alexander Downer, who used associations with the Five Eyes to justify reporting on George Papadopoulos’ alleged comments about Russian cyber hacking of Hillary Clinton’s emails-which the FBI parlayed into a scheme to spy on the Trump orbit (and-yes-it is called spying when you use cyber and SIGINT techniques to gain two-hop access to suspects communications.)
Two-hop being the literal legal definition of the permissible reach of the monitoring-FISA-authority. Although in the Comey operated FBI such restrictions were optional. With Carter Page, Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort living in or hanging around Trump Tower, mere conversations or lunches provided justification to expand the “net”-monitoring-spying-from Papadopoulos to these individuals and so on.
Like an Oprah episode, you get monitored, you get monitored and you get monitored (rinse and repeat.)
The FBI went after the 26-year-old Papadopoulos at Dulles Airport, VA, after a foreign speaking engagement where he was renumerated with 10K in cash but was savvy enough-or tipped off-that the Feds would be waiting to bust him for not declaring the money: one wonders how they knew about it…They were more than frustrated over their misstep and found other charges to pin on him.
The above was all true and applicable but was not the major reason Obama identified Flynn as public enemy number 2.
Some things can’t be hidden. Playing hide the potato is difficult unless you follow New Orleans crime boss Carlos Marcello’s mantra that hung in his office behind his desk: three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead…
I’ve often cited Mickey Rourke’s admonition to William Hurt in Body Heat about arson. The problem with the Obama Administration tendency to go unethical is the adult in the room to prevent scheming arson was supposed to be Obama.
When the administration was trying to make a decision on going after Osama Bin Laden (UBL)-in Pakistan-cross border, obviously a very problematic action if it turned out not to be him and the US lit up some Pakistan VIP living off the grid with his mistress, or some variation thereby, that would have been a bit problematic. Even if it was him-it would still be delicate because of what it said about a supposed ally harboring him within miles of the Pakistan equivalent to the US Military War College…
Of course, Pakistan was one of our “grudging allies” that President Bush had publicly declared was either with us-or against us: there is no middle ground in this fight. Those present when Obama made that call marveled at his demeanor: a very cool customer considering the belief that it was only a 65% probability that it was UBL in the house: while JCS Chair Adm Mullins reported it as a 55% probability. Which would ordinarily be considered an absolute no-go condition. Of Course-there is a difference between the probability of it being UBL and the chances of mission success given that probability.
Either metric is not exactly a compelling case given all the time and attention that had been paid to finding him over some 10 years and counting. Those present when Obama made the go-call were impressed with his decision.
