America’s Exceptionalism celebrated on the 250th Anniversary of our Declaration of Independence comes from National experiences and the unique set of ideas guiding Americans throughout every test and trial. We need to restate the “self-evident”, sacred, and timeless truths of our American identity.
Say, plainly, what ideas must be held close to the heart of every American. What ideas are un-American and anti-American. What ideas are seditious to the U.S. Constitution and a clear and present danger.
We need to say some things explicitly which weren’t necessary to elaborate in our former consensus Culture. Since demographics are destiny, America’s huge population of un-assimilated foreigners challenge the future of American Exceptionalism. The un-assimilated immigrants and the Cultural Marxist-indoctrinated generations to follow are the voters needed to replace Creedal American – and gain permanent power.
The Cultural Marxists are Human Secularist Totalitarians who cosplay as Americans. They are greater enemies to American ideas than the fighting Tories were to the Patriots.
Every uniquely American understanding and application of a Creedal idea has a genealogy. That history is boring to Normies. Irrelevant in the pop culture of partisan politics. And, profoundly important to understand – if you want to preserve it.
So, if you want to keep our National Motto “In God We Trust” – which God is that? Any god?
Because America was 98.2% Protestant at our founding, it wasn’t necessary to write everywhere that the “God” we trust was the God of the King James Bible. Although, it was specified in many ways in state constitutions, laws, and the words of our Founding Fathers.
As America dips below 50% Protestant population, it’s necessary to state unequivocally, today, the “God” trusted is the God worshipped by Christians and Jews. Americans, as an English-speaking People had the King James Bible as the common source. Denominational disputes don’t diminish what is held in common then and now from that source – by Christians and Jews.
So, to begin and the beginning, the most American self-evident truth is there is a sovereign God. That God is the God believed by Christians and Jews.
The God of Christians and Jews gave Americans our individual Rights. Not the State. Not a race. Not a paper.
Can non-Christians be American citizens? Yes. But, to be fully assimilated Americans they have to share the idea that our individual Rights come from the God the Founders knew through the King James Bible.
That uniquely American concepts of religious liberty follow the thread of English Protestant and Dissident Protestant experiences and ideas.
Can some religions be excluded from American religious freedom?
Yes.
Religions which don’t rise to the level of post-Enlightenment Western Civilization aren’t worthy of the being called a religion.
Religions which are anathema to Western Civilization, at war with the West, and seditious to the U.S. Constitution are excluded.
Consequently, no Mayan or Aztec revival religion is allowed. The pagan practices of Indian tribes aren’t allowed. And, Islam must be excluded as a seditious totalitarian ideology and for its backward, barbaric practices.
In God We Trust.
Our God, in America, is the God of Christians and Jews.
Stating this first truth of “these truths are self-evident” is just the start what must be restated clearly and convincingly to keep the Declaration of Independence on course for the next 250 years.
