Another day and another new affront to the Constitution and the American people courtesy of the Biden administration. It happened again in Northern Virginia and came from the same folks who brought America the “parents are terrorists” campaign with the connivance of Merrick Garland, the world’s worst Attorney General. Because they are bigots and racists, the folks at the DOJ responded to a request from a northern Virginia school district for help with racial tensions in their high school by sending them a program that requires students to be segregated by race and which excluded any oversight by parents. It is clearly a racially discriminatory program, and the exclusion of parental oversight is likewise unacceptable. So far, the response of parents to this governmental abuse of power has been muted. Why?!?!?
It probably is not surprising that the DOJ can spread racist garbage to our schools because they have been mandating and encouraging the same behavior for years in corporate America and in the government itself. I personally sat through classes at Peppy Cola nearly 30 years ago in which highly paid consultants insulted white employees based on their race and openly called for racial discrimination in favor of minorities, especially black employees. Since everyone in the class was in management, and it was titled “Corporate Wisdom”, the message from the upper management was clear; get out there and hire blacks, and feel free to fire whites. The wise consultants also advocated for paying black employees more than whites to retain them at a higher rate than white employees. They were so smart that they just knew that over time that would increase the percentage of black employees at Peppy. It was infuriating and insulting, and the debate between the consultants and I got intense. One black manager in the class told me that he deserved to be paid more than me for the same work because his ancestors were paid too little. I asked him if that meant black women should get paid more than him because they were treated worse than black men. He was not happy with the question.
The next morning before class started my boss showed up at the offsite location and wanted to talk to me. He asked me how I was doing, and I said fine, but I was not happy about the class on how to be a racist manager. He said, “Yeah, I heard, and you need to STHU.”
“What?”
“You heard me, Ned. You do NOT want to stand in front of this train, so you go in there and STHU.”
My boss was stand-up guy, so if he was delivering a message that forcefully, it needed to be taken seriously, and urgently. The class did not hear a sound from me over last next day and a half. Of course, I left that class determined to NEVER implement any of the garbage the consultants had suggested. I also knew that my days with a company that advocated racial discrimination were numbered.
A direct order from a manager was enough to silence me for a day or so. What is keeping American parents and conservative politicians silent? Is the future mental and spiritual well-being of their own children not enough to inspire them to stand up and fight this sick racial hatred? Since white people are the primary targets, maybe they should look at what the last group of Americans who were targeted by the government did to win their war. Did they win the battle for their rights by cowering before the media and politicians? Did they do it by not confronting racists when they spewed their hate in public? Did they do it by abasing themselves before their avowed enemies and begging forgiveness for non-existent sins? Of course not!!! They FOUGHT for their rights and were willing to risk their freedom and their lives to get them. One reason was because they knew the bitterness of living without those rights!! White people in America have not had that experience, but there are plenty of racist minority leaders and self-loathing white liberals who would be more than happy to have white Americans live like second class citizens for the sins of long dead racist whites. How do we know this? Because they tell us that is what they want. They say it publicly, openly and in every forum they enter.
Young minorities are not shy or ashamed to demand their rights. They understand the promise of America and that they are entitled to experience it and be rewarded by it. It would be quite amusing to see some racist white consultants teach Corporate Wisdom to that audience:
Instructor: “We are here to talk about the issue of minority privilege. For sixty years, minorities have taken more than their share of government welfare and white people have been paying for that. Now we need to start making amends to white people for that inequity.”
Minority student: “Excuse me?!? What did you just say?”
Instructor: “Acknowledging your privilege will not be easy, but just know that if you deny your privilege, you are acting in a racist manner and proving that you are in fact supporting a racist power structure and engaging in non-white supremacy.’
Minority student: “ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Wait, you are actually serious?!? That’s it, I am done with this noise.”
Instructor: “If you leave the class that will be noted and your managers will be notified of your lack of cooperation and your non-white fragility.”
Minority students: “HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Really? Well guess what, Dexter. If that garbage comes back to me, I will sue your lousy company and you personally, and you will wish you never met me. I am a professional, highly competent manager dealing with a diverse and incredibly productive work team. I do not need some racist white fools telling me that I owe white people because this country redressed its sins against my ancestors. Have a good life, and pound sand. I am out!”
All Americans need to have that same reaction to anyone pushing racist hatred as an academic theory. A hundred or more years ago, the most educated men in the world (women were not generally allowed to be educated, remember) believed all kinds of garbage about racial characteristics that proved to be totally false, but for centuries those “FACTS” were used to justify slavery, caste systems, serfdom, and every other kind of enforced servitude. In the last hundred years much of the world, and most especially western Europe and the Americas, have made remarkable progress in eliminating racism from public life. Now, the Democrat party, left-wing media, and race baiting grifters and politicians are trying to bring it back to justify massive handouts and an unconstitutional expansion of government power. Every American is threatened by that, but the scoundrels pushing the agenda are trying to make it sound like minorities will win and whites will only be getting what they deserve. It is one of the oldest lies in the book and the deadliest. Conservative Americans of all colors, creeds and ethnicities need to stand up to this movement at every opportunity and every venue it which it shows itself. “Racial justice” is hatred disguising itself as justice, and it has no place in this country. If it wins, America dies.

I enjoyed your article. My days would have probably been numbered, too, if faced with the same situation, as a boss towards a minority.
The more this racism nonsense gets used wrongfully, the more minorities appear to be fleeing their previous attitudes. Have you noticed? What we see are more of the same ones being used as if they are fresh recruits in the war to play political war games. I doubt that will ever stop, until the day comes that the Democrat Party is banished from our shores, because of all the successes they have had.
I view racism as a nonstarter because of the ones always using the word, and what it supposedly means. I’ll accept the root word, bias, because that’s the way humans are wired, but racism? Nope. The left has worn the word out, and incorrectly every single time they have used it, and only for petty political gain.
If we stick to accepting the terms the left uses, with words like racism, no one will ever benefit, just cause more harm to all involved because the more it gets used the way it currently is, all it does is cause more problems for those who don’t understand what’s going on, thinking they are benefiting from those liars and thieves. In fact, using the word may be making racists, if you adhere to the left’s definition of the word. How can that help?
I agree with your point about the left commandeering and redefining words. I hate that trend, so I resist it.
That is why I will NEVER call Pete Butthead’s live in lover his wife, or husband, and gay legal unions will never be marriages to me. We need to reject the language of the left and take control of our own language.
